Introduction: Falls are the leading cause of injury in older adults, resulting in worsening comorbidities, bone fractures, post-fall syndrome, and soft tissue injuries. This retrospective study aims to investigate the association between fall risk and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores, as well as other risk factors, among older adults in Thailand. Methods: Data on patients who experienced a fall within a 12-month period were collected from medical records at the Geriatric Excellence Center, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. Antithrombin (AT) is a non-enzymatic protein critical for coagulation system regulation. It plays a pivotal role in inhibiting thrombin and factor Xa, which are essential for clot formation. Hereditary AT deficiency is a strong risk factor for occurrences and recurrences of venous thrombosis This study investigates the genetic basis of AT Thai patients with thrombosis, focusing on the SERPINC1 gene, which encodes AT. The research included 15 thrombosis patients who had low AT without known acquired causes and 6 controls with normal AT levels. วิทยานิพนธ์เล่มนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศึกษาพลวัตและโครงสร้างทางอำนาจของรัฐผ่านรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยฉบับปี พ.ศ. 2521 พ.ศ. 2540 และ พ.ศ. 2560 และ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรัฐราชการไทยและกลุ่มทุนผ่านแนวคิดสถาบันนิยมใหม่แนวประวัติศาสตร์ โดยพิจารณาผ่านกรอบสภาวะเส้นบังคับ (Path Dependence) และจุดเปลี่ยนที่สำคัญ (Critical Juncture) และแนวคิดรัฐราชการ (Bureaucratic Polity) โดยรัฐราชการไทยมีรากฐานมาจากการรวมอำนาจของคณะราษฎรและทหารหลังการปฏิวัติในปี พ.ศ. 2475 ซึ่งสร้างระบบที่ข้าราชการพลเรือนและทหารมีบทบาทสำคัญในการบริหารประเทศ การเปลี่ยนแปลงรัฐธรรมนูญในแต่ละครั้งทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในโครงสร้างอำนาจใหม่ และเกิดการปรับตัวของรัฐราชการรวมไปถึงการเปลี่ยนผ่านอำนาจ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2521 มีโครงสร้างแบบรวมศูนย์อำนาจไว้ในมือของรัฐบาล ทั้งนี้รัฐธรรมนูญได้มาจากการรัฐประหารส่งผลให้กลุ่มผู้มีอำนาจจากการรัฐประหารสามารถกำหนดโครงสร้างในรัฐธรรมนูญผ่านการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและกำหนดให้วุฒิสภามาจากการแต่งตั้งทั้งหมด ทำให้เป็นรูปแบบของรัฐราชการ โดยความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรัฐและกลุ่มทุนในช่วงของรัฐบาลเปรม จากวิกฤตน้ำมันทำให้ นโยบายเศรษฐกิจของประเทศมุ่งเน้นการผลิตแบบอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อทดแทนการน้ำเข้า และได้เปิดโอกาสให้ภาคเอกชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดนโยบาย ทั้งยังมีการดำเนินนโยบายแบบส่งเสริมการผลิตและการส่งออก รวมถึงโครงการสนับสนุนทางภาษีให้การลงทุนของต่างประเทศ ภายใต้โครงการอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด ทำให้บทบาทของกลุ่มทุนธนาคารและทุนอุตสาหกรรมค่อนข้างเด่นชัด ผ่านคณะกรรมการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชน ภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2540 มีการเปลี่ยนขั้วอำนาจทางการเมืองมาอยู่ในมือของนักการเมืองที่มีภูมิหลังจากนักธุรกิจ ทำให้ความเป็นรัฐราชการถดถอยไป แต่อย่างไรก็ตามโครงข่ายของข้าราชการก็ได้พยายามเข้ามาแฝงบตัวในบทบาทสำคัญ เช่น คณะร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ และ สมาชิกวุฒิสภา ทั้งนี้รัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2540 มีโครงสร้างแบบเน้นการกระจายอำนาจและเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดนโยบาย แต่ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรัฐและกลุ่มทุนมีความชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้นจากบทบาทของนักธุรกิจที่มานั่งตำแหน่งการเมือง ภายหลังจากวิกฤตต้มยำกุ้ง ทุนธนาคารเริ่มเสื่อมถอยแต่ก็ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากรัฐบาล และการออกนโยบายของรัฐที่ทำเน้นฟื้นฟูพร้อมเติบโต ทำให้นโยบายเน้นไปทางประชานิยมเข้าถึงประชาชน และสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมให้เติบโต ทำให้ทุนอุตสาหกรรม และ ทุนสื่อสาร เข้ามามีผลประโยชน์ร่วมผ่านนโยบายของรัฐบาลเช่น การเจรจาทางเศรษฐกิจไทย-ญี่ปุ่น ภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2560 มีโครงสร้างแบบรวมศูนย์อำนาจโดยอำนาจในการบริหารกลับมาอยู่ในเมือของข้าราชการอีกครั้งผ่านการทำรัฐประหาร และคณะรัฐประหารก็ได้เป็นผู้วางแนวทางการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและกำหนดให้วุฒิสภามาจากการแต่งตั้งทั้งหมด ทำให้ประเทศไทยได้กลับมาเป็นรูปแบบของรัฐราชการอีกครั้ง ซึ่งได้พยายามดึงกลุ่มทุนเอกชนเข้ามามีบทบาทในการกำหนดนโยบายทางเศรษฐกิจ อย่างโครงการประชารัฐหรืออีอีซีที่เป็นการสานต่อโครงการอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ดจากสมัยของรัฐบาลเปรม ทั้งนี้จากวิกฤตโควิดทำให้รัฐบาลได้เน้นออกนโยบายเยียวยาภาคประชาชน ผ่านความช่วยเหลือทางการเงินจากนโยบายต่างๆ โดยสรุป แม้ว่าระบบราชการจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือลดลง แต่ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรัฐกับกลุ่มธุรกิจก็ยังคงมีอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดนแต่ละยุคมีรูปแบบความร่วมมือและการปรับตัวที่แตกต่างกันระหว่างรัฐและกลุ่มทุนในกำหนดนโยบายเศรษฐกิจและการปกครองของประเทศไทย

An Empirical Study Of Interactivity And Companionship Influencing The Reward Of Game Streamers In Douyu, Mu Zhou

The 'streamer' is a new freelancer in the online gaming industry. In this paper, we obtained data for 46 game streamers on Douyu platform and using panel data two-way FE regression we found that: (1) streamers who have more companionship to viewers earned more reward income; (2) the more bullets they got, the more reward income they earned. Especially for head streamers, the ability to get bullets has a positive impact on earning reward income than that of non-head streamers. Previous research had suggested possible links between environmental factors and the surge in COVID-19 cases, but these connections remained uncertain. This study examined the ratios of indoor to outdoor (I/O) environments and investigated potential associations between fine particulate matter (PM2.5), meteorological conditions, and the Case Fatality Rate (CFR%) of COVID-19 in Bangkok and its surrounding metropolitan area from January to December 2021. Lead exposure in industrial environments poses serious health risks. While its detrimental effects on human health are well-known, the connection between lead exposure and alterations in the fecal microbial community remains largely unexplored, highlighting a critical gap in our understanding of its wider health implications. This study explores the fecal microbiota of workers in a lead-utilizing factory, comparing individuals with blood lead levels (BLLs) above and below 3.06 µg/dL, and between those exposed to lead and those not exposed. This study investigates the asset growth anomaly in the Thai stock market, examining whether new factor constructed from decomposed asset components offers superior explanatory power for stock returns compared to the original aggregate asset growth factor. The research analyzes key components of total assets, including both sides of the balance sheet covering investing and financing activities. Our findings reveal that all the new factors constructing based on each component of asset is spanned by all the Fama-French factor. The overall explanatory power of total asset growth is superior. เพื่อศึกษาความไม่ต่อเนื่องทางวาทกรรม การตีความของมารดา และกลวิธีการประกอบสร้างวาทกรรมในเชิงเรื่องเล่าต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลต่อชนชั้นกลางชาวไทย งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพชิ้นนี้ศึกษาตัวบทที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับแม่และเผยแพร่ในปี พ.ศ.2475-2565 อาทิ แบบเรียนภาษาไทย วรรณกรรม ละครโทรทัศน์ นิตยสาร สมุดบันทึกสุขภาพแม่และเด็ก สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ รวมถึงโฆษณา และข่าวในพระราชสำนัก ผลการวิจัยพบวาทกรรมนมแม่ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ยุค ดังนี้ (1) ยุคก่อนกรอบการวิจัย คติทางพุทธให้ความหมายของนมแม่ว่ากลั่นมาจากเลือดในอกด้วยความรักของแม่ น้ำนมแม่เป็นสัญญะของจิตวิญญาณความเป็นแม่ซึ่งส่งผ่านจากเจ้าของน้ำนมสู่ทารก แม้แต่จากแม่นม กระนั้นไม่พบว่ามารดามีบทบาทสำคัญใด ๆ ในเรื่องเล่า (2) ยุคนมแม่อาหารตามธรรมชาติ นมแม่มีสัญญะของอาหารเชิงโภชนาการมากขึ้นและจิตวิญญาณในน้ำนมแม่ส่งผ่านเฉพาะมารดาทางชีวภาพ ไม่ใช่จากแม่นม มารดามีบทบาทมากขึ้นในเรื่องเล่าในฐานะผู้สร้างชาติและมีบุญคุณ (3) ยุคนมแม่แพ้นมผง ด้วยอิทธิพลของโฆษณาและองค์ความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ นมผงเป็นอาหารทดแทนนมแม่ที่สามารถเติมสารอาหารเข้าไปได้ ภาพของมารดายุคใหม่จึงไม่ต้องให้นมแม่ (4) ยุคนมแม่แน่ที่สุด องค์ความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และคติพุทธให้คุณค่าต่อนมแม่ในสื่อทุกประเภท คู่ตรงข้ามเป็นกลวิธีในการสร้างให้นมผงมีความหมายดุจยาพิษ ส่งผลให้มารดาที่เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่เท่านั้นคือแม่ที่ดี (5) ยุคแห่งการกระจัดกระจายของวาทกรรม เริ่มปรากฏการตระหนักถึงระบบคู่ตรงข้ามและการต่อรองวาทกรรมว่านมแม่ดีที่สุดแต่นมผงก็ใช้ได้หากจำเป็น ในอีกพื้นที่วาทกรรมมีการให้คุณค่านมแม่ว่าเป็นน้ำนมคน คือมีความเป็นวัตถุและไม่แฝงจิตวิญญาณของเจ้าของน้ำนม จากปรากฏการณ์บริจาคน้ำนมแม่บนโลกออนไลน์ด้วยการตีความว่านมแม่คนใด ๆ นั้นดีกว่าและปลอดภัยกว่านมโค แสดงให้เห็นอิทธิพลของสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่จัดสรรให้แต่ละกลุ่มวาทกรรมมีพื้นที่อุดมการณ์ของตัวเอง มารดาในยุคออนไลน์มีสถานะเป็นผู้เล่าเรื่องและมีความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคลมากขึ้นกว่าแต่ก่อน ซึ่งด้านหนึ่งช่วยเพิ่มอำนาจให้กับมารดาในการต่อรองกับปิตาธิปไตย แต่อีกด้านหนึ่งกลับพบการผลิตซ้ำบทบาทหน้าที่ของสตรีให้มีจำกัด การตีความด้านการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดามี 2 จังหวะ ครั้งแรกคือช่วงก่อนการคลอดที่สื่อมีบทบาทมาก และอีกครั้งภายหลังคลอดซึ่งประสบการณ์ส่วนบุคคลร่วมกับสื่อที่ใช้มีบทบาทต่อพฤติกรรมการให้นมและความภาคภูมิใจในการเป็นแม่ กรอบความรู้ทางคติพุทธและวิทยาการตะวันตกปะทะสังสรรค์กันตลอดช่วงเวลาทางประวัติศาสตร์ และวาทกรรมหนึ่ง ๆ จะครองอำนาจได้เมื่อกรอบความรู้ทั้งสองทำงานสอดประสานกัน ผู้วิจัยเสนอแนะว่าการสื่อสารเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ไม่ควรเน้นความหมายเฉพาะที่ตัวน้ำนมแม่ ไม่จำเป็นต้องชูภาพความสำเร็จของความเป็นแม่จากมารดาที่ให้นมแม่ปริมาณมาก แต่ควรนำเสนอมิติของความสัมพันธ์ให้มากขึ้นและสามารถให้ข้อมูลอาหารทดแทนนมแม่เพื่อเป็นตัวเลือกต่อมารดาหากจำเป็นต้องใช้

This study investigates Augmented Reality-based Steady-State Visual Evoked Potentials (AR-SSVEP) in Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) systems, utilizing Extended Filter Bank Canonical Correlation Analysis (Extended-FBCCA) for SSVEP recognition optimization across various frequencies in various scenarios. The 10 Hz stimulus consistently achieves the highest recognition accuracy. Frequency-specific variations at 12 Hz, 13 Hz, and 15 Hz highlight nuanced SSVEP responses. White stimuli yield PC-SSVEP recognition ranging from 68.32% to 81.98%, slightly outperforming AR-SSVEP-Controlled (63.59% to 73.23%). Red stimuli impact AR-SSVEP-Controlled less than PC-SSVEP, with recognition ranges of 68.65% to 76.30% and 67.97% to 76.72%, respectively. The objective is to analyze these market behaviors and trading strategies comprehensively. We employ statistical methods, including the Carhart four-factor model, to assess risk-adjusted performance and explore the effects of capital gains overhang and investor sentiment on stock returns. Influence of media agenda-setting, consumer perception, preferences, and experts' opinions towards sustainable meat systems were investigated by text mining, online questionnaire survey, and stakeholder in-depth interviews. Integration of the agenda-setting concerning meat substitutes with the 2022 Chinese government dietary policy and the influence of articles in mainstream news is recommended. This study explored communication competence, small-group communication competence, and the attitudes of lower secondary EFL students towards communication competence in an online project-based learning approach in Myanmar. The study used a mixed-methods research design that integrated surveys, semi-structured interviews, and observations. The study discovered that lower secondary EFL students' online communication competence was slightly high, approaching sufficing competence, while their small-group communication competence in online PBL learning settings was moderately high, approaching maximizing competence. While various transcription factors (TFs) regulate the phenylpropanoid biosynthetic pathway, MYB TFs play a pivotal role in controlling key genes in this pathway. In this study, we identified candidate v-Myb myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog, MYB TFs from our transcriptome database of the Monthong cultivar including five developmental/postharvest ripening stages. Short train rail lines across the United States are seeing increased national funding to reduce toxic chemical spills caused by train derailments, the most notable of which happened in February 2023 in East Palestine, Ohio. A year prior, the film White Noise (2022) featured a similar toxic train derailment incident, taking place, too, in Eastern Ohio, and featuring actors from the town of East Palestine. This article revisits the debate between James Buchanan and Warren Samuels over Miller v. Schoene (1928). The initial court case—concerning the rights of government in the face of conflicting private interests—and subsequent debate between Buchanan and Samuels have important implications for the interrelations between legal and economic processes, the difference between a normative and positive theory of public choice, and the nature of public choice more generally. The measurement of the permanent electric dipole moment of the neutron (nEDM) plays a significant role in searching for sources of beyond standard model CP violating physics. The goal of the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) nEDM experiment is to push the upper limit of the nEDM to < 3 × 10−27 e·cm (68 % CL). A highly uniform magnetic field is key to achieving this sensitivity for the nEDM measurement by reducing the systematic uncertainties associated with the magnetic field non-uniformity. The B0 coil was designed to achieve a field uniformity of < 0.3 nT·m−1 at a nominal holding field of 1 µT. This document will outline a novel technique employed in the construction of the B0 coil using printed circuit boards (PCBs) and will present preliminary field maps obtained with the B0 coil housed in a magnetically shielded room (MSR) at LANL.
