Studies of job burnout have gained appreciable momentum within the construction industry in the past few decades, however literature incorporating the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) is still sparse. Furthermore, a single piece of literature can be traced that utilized the six Areas of Worklife Survey (AWS) as an independent variable influencing burnout among construction professionals. The aim of current study was to investigate numbers of root canal, canal configurations, canal curvatures and pulp chamber of the mandibular first molars using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images in a selected Thai population. Total of 492 mandibular first molars were evaluated. The number of roots, root canals and their root canal configurations were recorded. When c-shaped molars were excluded, 479 teeth were further investigated the number and direction of root canal curvature, also morphological of pulp chamber. This study aimed to investigate fracture strength of restored tunnel preparation with different marginal ridge heights, using various adhesives and restorative materials. 130 intact premolars were randomly allocated into 13 groups based on 3 remaining marginal ridge heights (1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 mm) and 4 adhesive restorative techniques (Optibond™ FL, ER; selective enamel etching mode Single Bond Universal Adhesive, UA; Equia Forte Fil, HGI and positive control, PC) and negative control (NC). Incretins, i.e., glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) promote insulin secretion to reduce postprandial blood sugar. Previous studies found incretins in the salivary glands in rat. However, the role of GLP-1 and GIP in the submandibular gland (SMG) is unclear. Orthodontic miniscrews was developed as an anchorage. Cutting flute geometry of the screw is important for the stability; however, it has not been fully investigated. This study aim to evaluate the effect of cutting flute geometry on cortical bone microdamage and stability. Human bone analogs, 1.0 mm thick, were prepared alongside custom-made Ti6Al4V screws. These screws, with no flutes or modified flute geometries, came in lengths of 1.2, 2.4, and 5.0 mm, each with rake angles of 0° and 20°. This study focused on understanding the oral health and dental prostheses status of patients with mild to moderate dementia at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. A total of 88 patients participated in this cross-sectional study, which utilized the Oral Health Assessment Tool (OHAT) and modified CDA score to evaluate the oral health of patients with a dementia diagnosis. The study revealed significant oral health issues among participants, particularly in terms of gum and oral tissue problems, and oral cleanliness. การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาไปข้างหน้าจากเหตุไปหาผลในผู้ป่วยเข้ารับการรักษารับการรักษาทางทันตกรรรมประดิษฐ์จำนวน 87 คน ผลลัพธ์ของการศึกษาคือคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากและคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพ โดยใช้ดัชนีประเมินผลกระทบของสุขภาพช่องปากต่อสมรรถภาพในชีวิตประจำวันและเครื่องมือวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกฉบับย่อ ตามลำดับ ตัวแปรร่วม ได้แก่ ลักษณะทั่วไป สภาวะสุขภาพและสภาวะสุขภาพช่องปาก เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ การตรวจในช่องปากและการศึกษาจากแฟ้มประวัติ หลังการแก้ไขฟันเทียมครั้งสุดท้าย 1 เดือน เก็บข้อมูลคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากและคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ทางโทรศัพท์ ใช้การทดสอบของการทดสอบวิลคอกซันวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของคะเเนน OIDP และ WHOQOL-BREF เวลาก่อนและหลังการรักษา ข้อมูลทั้งหมดวิเคราะห์ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญร้อยละ 5 ผลการศึกษาแสดงว่าหลังการรักษาผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษามีคะแนน OIDP รวมลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และคะแนน WHOQOL-BREF รวมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยที่เวลาก่อนการรักษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคะแนน OIDP รวมคือจำนวนฟันธรรมชาติและจำนวนคู่สบฟันหลัง ในขณะที่ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคะแนน WHOQOL-BREF รวมคือสถานภาพสมรสและความเพียงพอของรายได้ จึงสรุปได้ว่าภายหลังการรักษาทางทันตกรรมประดิษฐ์ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากและคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพดีขึ้น

Catalyst-free plasma technologies have been successfully utilized for de-inked and hydrogenated processes. These green methods have nonchemical contributions, operating at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, reducing the environmental impact of the process. Two plasma types and arrangements were studied in this research: corona plasma (de-inking) and dielectric barrier discharge plasma (hydrogenation). The results found that the deinkability factors were 48.58% (yellow printed paper), 64.11% (blue printed paper), and 41.11% (red printed paper) without altering the physical properties of the paper itself. This study examined the enhancement of PFOA removal from water using DBD plasma-modified adsorbents, specifically rice husks (RHs) and granular activated carbon (GAC). RHs treated with He-O2 plasma after phosphoric acid activation demonstrated a significant increase in adsorption efficiency, improving from 46.4% to 92.0% under optimal conditions. Adjusting pH to 4 further increased efficiency to 96.7%. The adsorption process followed the Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order kinetics, with a maximum capacity of 565 mg/g. งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นการศึกษาและพัฒนาระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อช่วยวินิจฉัยอาการแพ้ยา โดยใช้ระบบแชทบอทปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่มีการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติ (NLP) และเทคนิคการจำแนกประเภทข้อมูลภาพ ในการวิจัยและพัฒนาแบบจำลองการจำแนกข้อมูลภาพเพื่อการตรวจหาอาการแพ้ยา นักพัฒนาเลือกใช้แบบจำลอง InceptionV3 และแบบจำลอง MobileNetV2 ซึ่งเป็นโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมแบบคอนโวลูชัน ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าแบบจำลอง MobileNetV2 มีประสิทธิภาพดีกว่าแบบจำลอง InceptionV3 โดยมีความแม่นยำสุดท้ายที่ 99.29% อีกทั้งขนาดของแบบจำลอง MobileNetV2 มีขนาดเล็กทำให้เหมาะสำหรับการใช้งานบนสมาร์ทโฟนและยังพบว่าการจำแนกผื่นแพ้ยาสามารถทำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเมื่อนำแบบจำลองไปมาใช้ในแชทบอทที่พัฒนา พบว่าแบบจำลองที่มีค่า Kappa 0.76 มีความเห็นพ้องที่ดีระหว่างการทำนายและค่าจริง ส่วนการทดสอบการพัฒนาและการใช้งานของแชทบอทประสบให้ผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นบวก แชทบอทสามารถตอบสนองสถานการณ์ที่อาสาสมัครทดสอบได้ 100% และมีคะแนน System Usability Scale (SUS) ที่ยอมรับได้ที่ 70.1 ด้วยการพัฒนานี้ทำให้ผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการแพ้ยาชนิดไม่รุนแรง ไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินทางไปโรงพยาบาล ระบบแชทบอทสามารถช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นในการวิเคราะห์อาการแพ้ยา ข้อมูลชนิดการแพ้ยา ข้อมูลบริการคลินิก และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อลดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ ซึ่งยังช่วยลดเวลาเดินทางและค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการไปโรงพยาบาล นอกจากนี้ระบบแชทบอทที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้ยังสามารถเป็นต้นแบบเพื่อสนับสนุนความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีการแพทย์ในอนาคตและการรองรับเข้าสู่ยุคปัญญาประดิษฐ์

Hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent-based ferrofluids were prepared by combining magnetic nanocomposites and hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent, and studies for paraben removal were conducted. The final products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, surface area analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometer, and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. SEM images and XRD pattern showed that the magnetic nanocomposite particles are mostly spherical and the magnetite phase of iron oxide and amorphous silica. However, those methods still require difficult labeling for the reporting of electrochemical signals. Carbendazim (CBZ) is a fungicide that effectively controls fungal diseases like sheath blight, leaf spot, powdery mildew, and pythium root rot in agricultural products. However, CBZ can be a left residue in food and the environment that can affect human health and cause various diseases. Currently, lateral flow immunoassays (LFIAs) are commonly used for measuring and screening diseases or substances; they are low-cost and easily portable. This study investigated the risk of heavy metal leaching from end-of-life thin film solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, commonly disposed of in landfills, potentially contaminating groundwater. Various heavy metals including Al, Ag, Cd, Cu, Cr, Fe, Ga, In, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se, Te, As, Mn, and Zn were studied for leaching using standard methods such as TCLP and SPLP. The research compared the efficacy of these methods and examined the announcement of the Ministry of Industry regarding the disposal of waste or unused materials, B.E. 2023. Structures of pristine (5,5) and (10,0) BNNTs, their Al-, Ga-, Cr- and Fe-doping derivatives, and their adsorption structures with H2O, H2S, SO2, CO2, CO, NH3, N2O, and NO were explored using periodic DFT/PBEPBE/ method. N2O and SO2 adsorbed either on the Cr-(5,5) or Cr-(10,0) BNNT were found to be the strongest and the second-strongest adsorptions, respectively. N2O adsorption either on the Cr-(5,5) or Cr-(10,0) BNNT found as dissociative chemisorption is suggested as the catalyst for reductive conversion of N2O to N2 and O2 gases, of which overall reaction of -0.253 eV was found. Over the last decade, fungal polysaccharides have gained interest for their therapeutic activity as anticancer agent. This research aimed to investigate a newly isolated Trametes polyzona CU07 for its anticancer and antioxidant activity. CTPPs, an obtained crude polysaccharides of T. polyzona were extracted by hot water from its mycelia. Subsequently, the extract was analysed its chemical properties. Scavenging activity on ABTS and DPPH was evaluated for antioxidant performance. Spent coffee grounds (SCG) are a by-product from coffee brewing process. SCG contains a considerable amount of organic compounds and is a great source of antioxidants. This research aimed to evaluate the antioxidant activities of SCG and SCG extracts by comparing different solvent (hexane and 60 - 90% ethanol) extractions, together with determining the effect of different concentration (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25%) of SCG extracts (SCG) and comparing these extracts with commercial antioxidants (BHA (A), BHT (T), tocopherol (TO)) for application to vegetable oil. โคพีพอด Apocyclops royi เป็นแพลงก์ตอนสัตว์ในกลุ่มครัสเตเชียนที่มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการอนุบาลสัตว์น้ำวัยอ่อนเนื่องจากมีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการที่โดดเด่นและสามารถสังเคราะห์กรดไขมันสายยาวไม่อิ่มตัวเชิงซ้อน (LC-PUFA) ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาหน้าที่และการแสดงออกของยีน Fatty acid-binding protein (FABP) ซึ่งเป็นโปรตีนที่มีหน้าที่สำคัญในการขนส่งกรดไขมัน ผลจากการศึกษาลักษณะสมบัติของยีน ArFABP ของโคพีพอดสายพันธุ์ไทย A. royi-TH พบว่าประกอบด้วยบริเวณ open reading frame จำนวน 465 คู่เบส ซึ่งสามารถแปลรหัสเป็นโปรตีนขนาด 154 กรดอะมิโน โดยโปรตีน ArFABP ประกอบด้วยบริเวณ Lipocalin_7 domain ซึ่งมีความเหมือนกับโปรตีน FABP ในโคพีพอด Caligus rogercresseyi 55% จากการศึกษาหน้าที่ของยีน ArFABP ต่อความเกี่ยวข้องในการสังเคราะห์กรดไขมัน PUFA ในโคพีพอด ได้ทำการตรวจสอบการแสดงออกของยีน ArFABP ในตัวอย่างโคพีพอด A. royi-TH กลุ่มที่เลี้ยงด้วย Tetraselmis sp. (TET) เปรียบเทียบกับ Thalassiosira sp. (THA) พบว่าโคพีพอดกลุ่มที่เลี้ยงด้วย THA มีระดับการแสดงออกของยีน ArFABP สูงกว่าโคพีพอดกลุ่มที่เลี้ยงด้วย TET อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของกรดไขมัน พบว่าโคพีพอดกลุ่มที่เลี้ยงด้วย THA มีสัดส่วนของกรดไขมัน LC-PUFA และกรดไขมัน arachidonic acid (ARA) สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่เลี้ยงด้วย TET อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากนี้ผลจากงานวิจัยยังพบว่าระดับการแสดงออกของยีน ArFABP มีการแสดงออกสูงในโคพีพอดที่เลี้ยงในสภาวะความเค็ม 15 พีพีที (ความเค็มต่ำ) เปรียบเทียบกับกลุ่มโคพีพอดที่เลี้ยงในสภาวะความเค็ม 25 พีพีที (กลุ่มควบคุม) โดยพบว่าโคพีพอดกลุ่มความเค็ม 15 พีพีที มีสัดส่วนของกรดไขมัน ARA สูงกว่ากลุ่มความเค็ม 25 พีพีที อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยจากผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่ายีน ArFABP อาจมีบทบาทเกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งกรดไขมันในการสังเคราะห์กรดไขมัน LC-PUFA ในโคพีพอด และจากการศึกษาไมโครไบโอมพบว่าการเพาะเลี้ยงโคพีพอด A. …

Although standard methods for genetic material detection, such as DNA amplification, offer high sensitivity, they also present limitations in terms of cost, instrument complexity, and lengthy detection times. This led to incorporation of the vaccinations into the protection protocol worldwide. The vaccinations could influence metabolisms, microbiome and metabolite distribution throughout human bodies including skin.
