“Judge Theodore McMillian: Beacon of Hope and Champion for Justice” illuminates the heroic groundbreaking accomplishments of Judge McMillian, who was a trailblazer in Missouri courts. Judge McMillian was Missouri’s first Black judge to sit on the state circuit court, state appellate court, and federal appellate court. Professor Tokarz traces Judge McMillian’s early life and career to demonstrate his life-long dedication to challenging disparities in the community and in the legal system. Background: The role of the nurse and the way in which nursing care is delivered has undergone significant change in recent years. Enrolled nursing, in particular, epitomises the extent of these changes. The scope within which enrolled nurses (ENs) may now practice grows ever wider, reaching into the skill domains once reserved for registered nurses (RNs). Medication administration is one such example. These changes, while addressing issues of nursing shortages and workforce flexibility, have also resulted in increasing role confusion between RNs and ENs, creating issues around appropriate delegation and adequate supervision.

This Article traces two interwoven jurisprudential genealogies. The first of these focuses on the emergence of neutrality in speech and press doctrine. Content and viewpoint neutrality are now the bedrock principles of modern First Amendment law. Yet the history of these concepts is largely untold and otherwise misunderstood. Scholars usually assume that expressive-freedom doctrine was mostly undeveloped before the early twentieth century and that neutrality was central to its modern rebirth. But this view distorts and sometimes even inverts historical perspectives. วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาพฤติกรรม “หิวแสง” และนำข้อมูลมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหารูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากพฤติกรรม “หิวแสง” โดยใช้รูปแบบงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและงานวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ที่มีการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารทางวิชาการ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมมนา สื่อสารสนเทศ เกณฑ์การสร้างมาตรฐานการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์และประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้วิจัย มาเป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์และสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบของนาฏยศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ในครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) บทการแสดง โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 องก์ ได้แก่ องก์ 1 จุดเริ่มต้นของการ “หิวแสง” องก์ 2 การได้รับแสง และองก์ 3 การรักษาแสง 2) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ ใช้ลีลาแบบการเคลื่อนไหวในชีวิตประจำวัน (Everyday Movement) ตามหลักนาฏยศิลป์หลังสมัยใหม่ ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ไทยตามแบบแผน การด้นสนและการทำซ้ำ 3) การคัดเลือกนักแสดง ไม่จำกัดเพศ ใช้นักแสดงที่มีความสามารถทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ไทย และความสามารถที่หลากหลาย 4) อุปกรณ์การแสดง ใช้อุปกรณ์ที่สอดคล้องกับบทการแสดง มีความเหมาะสม และเน้นการสื่อความหมาย 5) เสียงและดนตรีประกอบการแสดง ประพันธ์ขึ้นใหม่โดยใช้ดนตรีไทย สลับกับเสียงที่มีบรรยากาศในการนำเสนอการตัดต่อข่าว 6) เครื่องแต่งกาย ออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกายให้เหมาะสมตามบทการแสดงโดยใช้สัญลักษณ์เพื่อสื่อความหมาย และการแต่งกายตามบทบาทของตัวละคร 7) พื้นที่แสดง ออกแบบโดยใช้พื้นที่ห้องโล่งสี่เหลี่ยมเป็นพื้นที่การแสดง 8) แสง ใช้แสงที่สื่อความหมายและสะท้อนอารมณ์ตามบทการแสดง นอกจากนี้ผู้วิจัยยังได้คำนึงถึงแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน โดยคำนึงถึงแนวคิดที่สำคัญ 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การคำนึงถึงพฤติกรรม “หิวแสง” 2) การคำนึงถึงการสะท้อนปัญหาสังคม 3) การคำนึงถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในงานนาฏยศิลป์ 4) การคำนึงถึงการสื่อสารกับผู้ชม 5) การคำนึงถึงการใช้สัญลักษณ์ในการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ และ 6) การคำนึงถึงทฤษฎีทางด้านศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยทั้งหมดนี้มีความสอดคล้องและตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยทุกประการ

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาความรู้ วิเคราะห์ ตีความบทเพลง และเลือกใช้เทคนิคที่เหมาะสมในการบรรเลงบทเพลงสำหรับเปียโนประเภทนอคเทิร์นที่ประพันธ์โดยผู้ประพันธ์เพลงในยุคโรแมนติกและยุคศตวรรษที่ยี่สิบ อาทิ เฟรเดริค โชแปง โคลด เดอบุสซี และโลเวลล์ ลิเบอร์แมน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 15 บท ผลการวิจัยแสดงการตีความบทเพลง การนำเสนอเทคนิคการบรรเลง ตลอดจนการถ่ายทอดและนำเสนอบทเพลงอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ รวมทั้งวิธีการและขั้นตอนการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการแสดงเดี่ยวเปียโน ที่จัดขึ้น ณ Tongsuang's Concert Salon and Gallery ปทุมธานี เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 6 เมษายน พ.ศ.2566 เวลา 14.00 น. ใช้เวลาแสดงรวมประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องการรําปะเรเรของชาวญัฮกุร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมา รูปแบบ และองค์ประกอบการแสดง ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ และการสังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรําปะเรเรของชาวญัฮกุร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ แต่เดิมเป็นการรวมตัวของชาวบ้านร้องรําทําเพลงในยามว่างหลังการทํางาน จนมีการพัฒนามาเป็นการแสดง จากการสนับสนุนของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนให้มีการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรม ทําให้ชาวญัฮกุรมีการจัดการแสดง ในปี พ.ศ. 2566 ได้นําการแสดงพื้นเมืองญัฮกุรผสมการแสดงพื้นเมืองอีสาน และท่าเลียนแบบของมนุษย์และสัตว์ โดยแบ่งรูปแบบการแสดงออกเป็น 2 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ การแสดงบนเวที และการแสดงในขบวนแห่ เพื่อสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงประเพณี ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และการละเล่น มีองค์ประกอบของการแสดง คือ ผู้แสดงอายุระหว่าง 10 - 60 ปี นิยมแสดงเป็นคู่ แต่งกายโดยใช้เสื้อพ็อก ผ้าถุงสีแดง สร้อยลูกเดือยและดอกไม้ติดผม มีการร้องเพลง ตีโทนประกอบ และการเปิดไฟล์ดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสานกับการตีโทน ระยะเวลาการแสดงบนเวที 5 - 6 นาที ส่วนในขบวน 40 - 60 นาที แสดงในงานส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีแห่หอดอกผึ้ง โดยจะแสดงบนเวที ลานกว้างหรือเส้นทางในหมู่บ้าน โดยใช้หอดอกผึ้งจําลองหรืออุปกรณ์ตกแต่งรถแห่ในขบวนเป็นอุปกรณ์ประกอบฉาก มีท่ารำ 13 ท่า เริ่มรำท่าที่ 1 จนครบห้องเพลง แล้วเริ่มชุดท่ารําใหม่ตามลําดับจนจบการแสดงแถว 5 รูปแบบ ผลการวิจัยนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาด้านนาฏยศิลป์ไทยเป็นการอนุรักษ์ และสืบทอดศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นให้คงอยู่ต่อไป

พัฒนาการของการแสดงในงานพระนครคีรี, ธีวรา วิโนทกะ

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง พัฒนาการของการแสดงในงานพระนครคีรี เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการของการแสดงในงานพระนครคีรี โดยมีขอบเขตของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้คือ พัฒนาการของการแสดงในงานพระนครคีรี ครั้งที่ 1 ถึงครั้งที่ 34 (ปี พ.ศ. 2529-2563) โดยศึกษาค้นคว้าและรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และสรุปผล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การแสดงในงานพระนครคีรีมีการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยยังยึดการแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีเป็นหลัก รูปแบบของการแสดงที่พบในงานพระนครคีรี คือ 1) โขน 2) ละคร 3) รำ 4) ระบำ 5) การแสดงพื้นบ้าน 6) การแสดงสร้างสรรค์ 7) การแสดงดนตรี 8) มหรสพต่าง ๆ โดยการแสดงจะปรากฏอยู่ในจุดต่าง ๆ ภายในงานพระนครคีรี ซึ่งผู้วิจัยจำแนกพัฒนาการของศิลปะการแสดงออกเป็น 3 ช่วง โดยแบ่งจากหน่วยงานที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านการจัดการแสดงและรูปแบบการแสดงที่ถูกปรับเปลี่ยนไปในแต่ละปี คือ ช่วงที่ 1 พ.ศ. 2529-2548 ยุคทดลอง ช่วงที่ 2 พ.ศ. 2549-2557 ยุคพัฒนา ช่วงที่ 3 พ.ศ. 2558-2563 ยุคปัจจุบัน ซึ่งงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ถือเป็นการเผยแพร่ศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวให้กับจังหวัดเพชรบุรี รวมไปถึงยังเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจจะศึกษาต่อไป

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโครงสร้างสัทสัมพันธ์กับระดับการกลายเป็นศัพท์ของคำประสมภาษาไทย งานวิจัยเก็บข้อมูลจากอัตราส่วนค่าระยะเวลาพยางค์ซึ่งเป็นค่าทางกลสัทศาสตร์ที่บ่งชี้การเน้นคำและโครงสร้างสัทสัมพันธ์ระดับคำของคำประสมภาษาไทย ร่วมกับค่าบ่งชี้การกลายเป็นศัพท์ในเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งแสดงถึงระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในแง่มุมต่าง ๆ ของกระบวนการกลายเป็นศัพท์ทั้งสิ้นสามค่า ได้แก่ 1) ระดับความหมายเชิงประกอบซึ่งบ่งชี้ระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงความหมาย เก็บข้อมูลจากการทดลองตัดสินคำศัพท์ 2) ค่าระยะเวลาตอบสนองซึ่งบ่งชี้ระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงหน่วยคำวากยสัมพันธ์ เก็บข้อมูลจากการตัดสินของผู้พูดโดยใช้แบบสอบถามระดับความหมายเชิงประกอบ และ 3) ความถี่การปรากฏซึ่งบ่งชี้ระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเชิงการใช้ เก็บข้อมูลจากค่าความถี่ในคลังข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโครงสร้างสัทสัมพันธ์ของคำประสมสัมพันธ์กับระดับการกลายเป็นศัพท์ตามสมมติฐาน โดยคำประสมที่มีระดับการกลายเป็นศัพท์สูงนั้นมีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับคำเดี่ยวคือประกอบด้วยคำสัทสัมพันธ์หนึ่งคำและมีรูปแบบการเน้นแบบ เน้นรอง-เน้นหลัก ในขณะที่คำประสมที่มีระดับการกลายเป็นศัพท์ต่ำนั้นมีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับวลีสองพยางค์คือ ประกอบด้วยคำสัทสัมพันธ์สองคำ แสดงผ่านรูปแบบการเน้นแบบ เน้นหลัก-เน้นหลัก ข้อค้นพบของงานวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าเมื่อคำประสมผ่านกระบวนการกลายเป็นศัพท์ โครงสร้างสัทสัมพันธ์มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากโครงสร้างที่มีหลายคำสัทสัมพันธ์ควบรวมกลายเป็นคำสัทสัมพันธ์เดียว โดยมีการลดลงของอัตราส่วนค่าระยะเวลาควบคู่ไปกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างทางสัทสัมพันธ์ด้วย

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ผู้วิจัย ได้ศึกษาสาเหตุและผลกระทบของการเกิดภาวะการเรียนรู้ถดถอยและนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหารูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากภาวะการเรียนรู้ถดถอย โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการทดลองและวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ผลงานการแสดงทางด้านศิลปะ ที่มีการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารทางวิชาการ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมมนา สื่อสารสนเทศ เกณฑ์การสร้างมาตรฐานในการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์และประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้วิจัย มาเป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการสร้างสรรค์ในครั้งนี้ แบ่งออกเป็น 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) บทการแสดง ได้มาจากการศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุและผลกระทบของภาวะการเรียนรู้ถดถอย โดยแบ่งการแสดงออกเป็น 4 องก์ ได้แก่ องก์ที่ 1 บทนำ องก์ที่ 2 สาเหตุของภาวะการเรียนรู้ถดถอย องก์ที่ 3 ผลกระทบของภาวะการเรียนรู้ถดถอย และองก์ที่ 4 บทสรุป 2) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ มีการใช้ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ตะวันตกในรูปแบบต่างๆ ได้แก่ นาฏยศิลป์รูปแบบบัลเลต์คลาสสิก นาฏยศิลป์รูปแบบแจ๊สสมัยใหม่ นาฏยศิลป์สมัยใหม่ นาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัย นาฏยศิลป์หลังสมัยใหม่ ที่ใช้การเคลื่อนไหวในชีวิตประจำวัน และการเคลื่อนไหวลีลาท่าทางแบบทำซ้ำ การด้นสดและการใช้ศิลปะการแสดง 3) คัดเลือกนักแสดง คัดเลือกจากทักษะความสามารถทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ตะวันตก การด้นสดและศิลปะการละคร ประสบการณ์ของผู้แสดง และมีคุณลักษณะของผู้แสดงอันพึงประสงค์ โดยไม่คำนึงถึงเรื่องเพศและรูปร่าง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 7 คน 4) อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง ใช้แนวคิดการใช้สัญลักษณ์ในการสื่อความหมายทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม อีกทั้งการคำนึงถึงความเหมาะสมในการเลือกใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง ได้แก่ เก้าอี้ สมุด ชั้นวางของ ขนม หมอน กระเป๋า 5) เสียงและดนตรีประกอบการแสดง ใช้เสียงระฆังโรงเรียน เสียงเข็มนาฬิกา เสียงข่าวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาทางด้านการเรียนรู้ถดถอย และปัญหาทางด้านการศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเสียงดนตรีบรรเลง 6) เครื่องแต่งกาย ใช้แนวคิดการใช้สัญลักษณ์ในการออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกายตามบทบาทของตัวละคร โดยการเลือกใช้เครื่องแต่งกายในชีวิตประจำวันและเครื่องแบบนักเรียน 7) พื้นที่การแสดง ใช้พื้นที่ห้องสตูดิโอ ในการถ่ายทำการแสดง 8) แสง ใช้ทฤษฎีทางด้านศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ ในการออกแบบแสงที่สื่อถึงบรรยากาศและอารมณ์ของการแสดง นอกจากนี้ผู้วิจัยได้คำนึงถึงแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ โดยคำนึงถึงแนวคิดสำคัญ 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การคำนึงถึงแนวคิดภาวะการเรียนรู้ถดถอย 2) การคำนึงถึงแนวคิดการสะท้อนปัญหาสังคมไทย 3) การคำนึงถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ …

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากคำพังเพยที่สะท้อนถึงสังคมไทยในปัจจุบัน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย การสำรวจข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ สื่อสารสนเทศ การสังเกตการณ์ สัมมนา ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้วิจัย และเกณฑ์การสร้างมาตรฐานในการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ นำข้อมูลมาตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ตามกระบวนการที่กำหนดไว้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากคำพังเพยที่สะท้อนถึงสังคมไทยในปัจจุบัน มีรูปแบบในการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ทั้งสิ้น 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) บทการแสดง ออกแบบบทการแสดงโดยวิเคราะห์จากคำพังเพย แบ่งออกเป็น 42 ฉากการแสดง 2) นักแสดง ใช้การคัดเลือกนักแสดงที่มีทักษะในการแสดงที่หลากหลายรวมทั้งรูปร่าง สัดส่วน สีผิว และ เพศ ที่หลากหลายในการแสดง 3) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ ใช้ลีลาการเคลื่อนไหวในชีวิตประจำวัน การด้นสดตามหลักของนาฏยศิลป์สมัยใหม่และหลังสมัยใหม่ รวมทั้งลีลาการเคลื่อนไหวเชิงละคร 4) เครื่องแต่งกาย ใช้เครื่องแต่งกายที่มีความหลากหลายของเชื้อชาติ อาทิ ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี อินเดีย เป็นต้น และเครื่องแต่งกายที่สามารถสวมใส่ได้ชีวิตประจำวัน 5) อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง ใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดงที่พบเห็นได้ง่ายในชีวิตประจำวัน 6) เสียงและดนตรีประกอบการแสดง เสียงดนตรีรูปแบบบรรเลงในการใช้ประกอบการแสดง 7) ฉากและพื้นที่การแสดง ใช้สถานที่จริงให้มีความสอดคล้องกับบทการแสดง 8) แสง ใช้แสงธรรมชาติให้มีความสอดคล้องกับบทการแสดง นอกจากนี้พบว่ามีแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากคำพังเพย 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) คำพังเพย 2) สังคมไทย 3) ความหลากหลายทางด้านวัฒนธรรม 4) ความหลากหลายในงานนาฏยศิลป์ 5) การใช้สัญลักษณ์ในผลงานสร้างสรรค์ 6) แนวคิดทางด้านทัศนศิลป์ นาฏยศิลป์และดุริยางคศิลป์ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยทั้งหมดนี้มีความสอดคล้องและตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ ของการวิจัยทุกประการ

Operating room (OR) managers struggle to manage day-to-day surgical operations while meeting and exceeding organizational productivity amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The deferral of surgeries contributes to millions of backlogs of surgical case volume and unintended negative consequences.
