In this article, the authors analyze the impact of Russia-Ukraine war on church-religious life and the state of public consciousness in Ukraine and identify the main trends and contradictions in public reactions to threats to their lives and spirituality. People who deliberately practice eating disordered behaviors as a lifestyle form digital communities known as pro-ana. Pro-ana identity is constructed through the medicalized frameworks of anorexia nervosa that attempt to maximize weight loss and also manage other eating disorder behaviors such as binging and purging. This thesis examines pro-ana materials requested and produced on websites, Whisper, and Reddit, assembling these discursive and image exchanges into discourses that identify and describe eating disorder pathology and recovery. Economic Sanctions have been imposed on nations throughout the Global South during the post-World War Two era. This led to the “Sanctions Decade” of the 1990s which saw the most devastating impacts on civilians in nations like Haiti and Iraq. The 2014 Russian annexation of Crimea resulted in sanctions being imposed on Russia by the European Union (EU), and retaliatory counter-sanctions from Moscow ensued shortly after. This thesis provides an evaluation of a Veterans Treatment Court in the northwestern United States. Previously collected data from clients within the court was analyzed and helped format semi-structured interviews with court employees. The conclusion of this evaluation is that the court would operate more effectively if there was a focus on the recruitment and retention of veteran employees, especially peer mentors. This could be accomplished by policy changes involving hiring new employees.

Interprofessional education (IPE) and interprofessional collaborative practice (IPCP) are associated with improved perception, values, attitudes towards collaborative practice, and therefore benefits patients, practitioners, and health care systems. Notable organizations have long promoted standardized guidelines for best practices in interdisciplinary team-based learning to improve patient safety and health outcomes. The state of IPE in nutrition and dietetics practice was recently addressed by the Nutrition and Dietetic Educators and Preceptors (NDEP) practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. A consequence of globalisation is a growing transport infrastructure which exposes rural communities to a greater risk of crime and increased insecurity. This is compounded by the withdrawal of both market and state in policing, banking, hospitals and postal services leaving rural citizens with what seems to be ontological insecurity. First-year seminar is one approach to increase first-year student retention through involvement, engagement, and integration. This quantitative study examines the influence of first-year seminar on retention of first-year, full-time, four-year degree-seeking students who matriculated during the fall 2016, 2017, 2018 semester and remained enrolled for fall 2017, 2018, 2019 semester at six institutions in two Northwest states in the United States.

This project is a multi-directional approach to increase recognition for labor activist and educator Emma Tenayuca, a lead organizer of the 1938 Pecan Shellers Strike in San Antonio, Texas. We conducted three studies to examine perceptions of grandiose narcissism in college professors. Narcissism might appear incompatible with the profession if professors are viewed fundamentally as helpers or as introverted bookworms. Then again, people might expect professors to display big egos congruent with the prestige of their profession and their privileged public platforms. Our research indicates that professors are generally not seen as highly narcissistic according to the criteria of the Narcissistic Personality Inventory and the Narcissistic Admiration and Rivalry Questionnaire, though they are viewed as more narcissistic than elementary school teachers. บทความนี้ต้องการวิเคราะห์อำนาจทางการเมืองของทหารไทยนับตั้งแต่การรัฐประหารในปี พ.ศ. 2490 จนถึง 2557 ด้วยมโนทัศน์รัฐเสนานุภาพ (praetorianism) โดยพิจารณาการพยายามสถาปนาอำนาจของทหารผ่านระบบกฎหมาย การใช้อำนาจบริหารประเทศ และอำนาจเหนือกิจการความมั่นคงภายใน โดยอำนาจของกองทัพในแต่ละยุคสมัยมีระดับที่แตกต่างกัน การปกป้องสถาบันกษัตริย์มีความสำคัญสูงสุดสำหรับรัฐเสนานุภาพไทย ทั้งในแง่ที่ “ระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นประมุข” เป็นทั้งอุดมการณ์ พันธกิจ และเป็นแหล่งอ้างอิงความชอบธรรมของกองทัพ การสร้างรัฐเสนานุภาพไทยเกิดจากความร่วมมือกันระหว่างกองทัพกับพันธมิตรในเครือข่ายรอยัลลิสต์ รัฐเสนานุภาพไทยสามารถผลักดันนโยบายการพัฒนาไปในทิศทางที่ต้องการ ขยายอำนาจหน้าที่ของทหารในปัญหาความมั่นคงภายในออกไปอย่างกว้างขวาง จำกัดอำนาจพลเรือนเหนือกิจการภายในของกองทัพ พร้อม ๆ กับทำให้ประชาธิปไตยแบบรัฐสภาอ่อนแอลง ประการสำคัญ นับตั้งแต่การรัฐประหาร พ.ศ. 2490 กลไกอำนาจของกองทัพได้ถูกสถาปนาลงสู่โครงสร้างส่วนบนของอำนาจ  ทำให้กองทัพสามารถบ่อนเซาะเสถียรภาพของรัฐบาลจากการเลือกตั้งได้อย่างง่ายดาย ดังเช่นที่เกิดขึ้นกับรัฐบาลพลเรือนหลังการรัฐประหารในปี พ.ศ. 2549

วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความนี้คือเพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์กรอบความคิดสามเหลี่ยมเหล็กที่ถูกมักใช้อธิบายพลวัตเศรษฐกิจการเมืองของญี่ปุ่น แต่ยังขาดการผนวกมาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับกระบวนการกำหนดนโยบายต่างประเทศของญี่ปุ่น บทความนี้เลือกเอานโยบายต่างประเทศญี่ปุ่นที่มีต่อการพัฒนาอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงด้านการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศมาเป็นกรณีศึกษา เนื่องจากอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีการลงทุนจากบริษัทเอกชนญี่ปุ่นอยู่จำนวนมาก หน่วยงานราชการและเอกชนของญี่ปุ่นได้แสดงความต้องการการพัฒนาการเชื่อมโยงในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงไปยังกลไกและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหลายวิธีการ ดังนั้นการศึกษาการแสดงความต้องการ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักการเมืองพรรคเสรีนิยมประชาธิปไตย (LDP) หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานธุรกิจจะช่วยทบทวนกรอบความคิดสามเหลี่ยมเหล็กว่ายังมีความสามารถในการอธิบายพลวัตทางเศรษฐกิจการเมืองญี่ปุ่นได้อย่างไร และเป็นการผนวกเอาการวิเคราะห์สามเหลี่ยมเหล็กและการกำหนดนโยบายต่างประเทศญี่ปุ่นเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นพหุนิยม (pluralism) ของการกำหนดนโยบายต่างประเทศญี่ปุ่น

วัตถุประสงค์หลักของบทความวิจัยมุ่งอภิปรายการใช้ภาพเล่าเรื่องเพื่อเป็นเสียงสะท้อนผ่านการสื่อสารที่สามารถมองเห็นในชุมชนท้องถิ่นโดยคนในชุมชนเป็นผู้เล่าและสะท้อนเสียงส่วนลึกที่สุดในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดินในอุทยานแห่งชาติทับลาน อนึ่ง ผู้เข้าร่วมในการศึกษามีจำนวน 6  คน จาก18 คนในงานวิจัยเพื่อร่วมในการวิจัยภาพถ่ายเล่าเรื่อง ได้แก่ ชาวบ้าน เอ็นจีโอ และพระนักพัฒนาในตำบลไทยสามัคคี ซึ่งประโยชน์จากการใช้ภาพถ่ายเล่าเรื่องจะช่วยบันทึกเรื่องราว สะท้อนแง่มุม และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ถือเป็นประจักษ์พยานในการศึกษาปัญหาที่ดิน อีกทั้งช่วยพัฒนาความสามารถของพลเมืองในการถกแถลงสาธารณะโดยใช้ภาพถ่าย ดังนั้นการศึกษานี้นำมาสู่การจุดประกายให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของการใช้ภาพเล่าเรื่องว่าเป็นวิธีการในการเข้าถึงแก่นแท้ในความรู้สึกเชิงศีลธรรมของประชาธิปไตยแบบปรึกษาหารือผ่านมุมมองของประชาชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนร่วมกันและเข้าถึงผู้กำหนดนโยบาย ทั้งนี้การนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้เน้นเพื่อการพัฒนานโยบายสาธารณะและการเติมเต็มการศึกษาประชาธิปไตยแบบปรึกษาหารือในการจัดการปัญหาความขัดแย้งเรื่องที่ดิน

บทความเรื่องนี้ศึกษาปัญหาอาชญากรรมลูกผสมที่เป็นปัญหาสำคัญในสังคมไทย โดยวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจากการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร พบว่าปัญหาอาชญากรรมในสังคมไทยในศตวรรษที่ 21 ถูกปรับเปลี่ยนจากการเป็นรูปแบบเดี่ยวมาเป็น “อาชญากรรมลูกผสม” ซึ่งเป็นการผสมผสานกันระหว่างอาชญากรรมรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ทั้งอาชญากรรมรูปแบบเดิม อาชญากรรมรูปแบบใหม่ อาชญากรรมรูปแบบอื่น ๆ และที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ทำให้เป็นอาชญากรรมแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ มีความซับซ้อน เชื่อมโยงสาเหตุจากปัจจัยการเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคมโดยเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมในระดับมหภาค ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมในระดับจุลภาค ปัจจัยด้านกายภาพ/ชีวภาพ และปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา ที่ประสานสอดคล้องกับวิธีการก่ออาชญากรรม ทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้าใจรูปแบบที่แท้จริงของอาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นได้โดยง่าย นอกจากนี้แล้วอาชญากรรมลูกผสมจะแตกต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับอาชญากรผู้วางแผนเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของการก่ออาชญากรรมนั้น โดยมีลักษณะสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้กระทำผิดหรืออาชญากรมีการรวมตัวกันเป็นเครือข่าย/องค์กรมากขึ้น กระทำการข้ามรัฐ/ไร้พรมแดน พึ่งพาเทคโนโลยี และใช้วิธีการที่หลากหลายซึ่งส่งผลกระทบในวงกว้าง ไม่จำกัดช่วงเวลาและสถานที่ สร้างการเลียนแบบ เข้าถึงเป้าหมายได้ง่าย ไม่จำเป็นต้องเผชิญหน้ากับเป้าหมาย คุ้มค่ามากที่สุดในการก่อเหตุต่อครั้ง เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ติดตามตัวผู้กระทำผิดมาลงโทษได้ยาก ทำให้ต้องใช้บุคลากรและงบประมาณจำนวนมากในการปราบปราม ป้องกันและแก้ไข

ความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้ส่งผลกระทบอย่างรวดเร็วและรุนแรงต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในปัจจุบัน ภาครัฐจึงจำเป็นต้องปรับตัวเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการเปลี่ยนผ่านในทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และการจัดสรรผลประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีได้รับการจัดการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ที่ผ่านมา แม้ประเทศไทยจะมีการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล แต่การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่สังคมดิจิทัลที่เท่าเทียมกันยังคงเป็นความท้าทาย งานวิจัยนี้ใช้แนวทางเชิงคุณภาพ ศึกษาการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของภาครัฐในปัจจุบัน ผ่านระบบการให้บริการในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประกอบด้วยระบบการออกใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และระบบให้บริการรับคำร้องขอหนังสือเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมสรรพากร ระบบการจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า ระบบพิธีการศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมศุลกากร และระบบการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำนักงานประกันสังคม รวมทั้งศึกษาองค์ประกอบความสำเร็จการใช้งานระบบดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษาพบว่าองค์ประกอบความสำเร็จของการปรับใช้ภาครัฐดิจิทัลอยู่ที่การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านดิจิทัล การส่งเสริมทักษะด้านดิจิทัล และการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมของภาครัฐเพื่อให้ตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของประชาชนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

บทความเรื่องนี้ได้นำเสนอความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความคิดทางการเมืองของ John Stuart Mill ว่าด้วยแนวทางการป้องกันทรราชของเสียงข้างมาก โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบปรัชญาการเมือง ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ตีความตัวบทอย่างละเอียด ผลการศึกษาพบว่าทรราชของเสียงข้างมาก ในทัศนะของ Mill คือ สภาวะที่คนฝ่ายเสียงข้างมากในสังคมกดขี่หรือละเมิดเสรีภาพของคนฝ่ายเสียงข้างน้อยในสังคม ซึ่งมีอยู่ด้วยกัน 2 ประเภท คือ (1) ทรราชของเสียงข้างมากโดยกฎหมาย (2) ทรราชของเสียงข้างมากโดยสังคม หรือทรราชของเสียงข้างมากโดยมติความคิดเห็นและอารมณ์ความรู้สึกที่แพร่หลายของคนส่วนใหญ่ในสังคม Mill หวาดกลัวทรราชของเสียงข้างมาก และถือว่ามันเป็นความชั่วร้ายประการหนึ่งในสังคมประชาธิปไตย ดังนั้นเพื่อป้องกันทรราชของเสียงข้างมาก Mill จึงเสนอว่าปัจเจกบุคคล สังคม และรัฐ ต้องมีหลักการสำคัญอันเป็นแนวคิดและแนวปฏิบัติร่วมกัน ซึ่งได้แก่ (1) หลักแห่งอรรถประโยชน์ (2) หลักแห่งเสรีภาพของปัจเจกบุคคล (3) หลักแห่งขันติธรรม (4) หลักแห่งความเป็นภัยอันตรายแก่ผู้อื่น (5) หลักแห่งการมีส่วนร่วม (6) หลักแห่งการปกครองแบบมีตัวแทน และ (7) หลักแห่งการกระจายอำนาจและการปกครองท้องถิ่น

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) สำรวจภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนจากการสื่อสารทางการเมืองในพื้นที่ออนไลน์ของผู้ออกเสียงเลือกตั้งครั้งแรก ในช่วงของการเลือกตั้งทั่วไป พ.ศ.2562 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะของห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนในพื้นที่ออนไลน์กับทัศนคติทางการเมือง 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อน โดยใช้พหุวิธีวิจัย การศึกษาพบว่าองค์ประกอบหนึ่งของห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนในแง่ข้อมูลหรือชุดความคิดหลักหนึ่ง ๆ ได้รับการตอกย้ำและกระจายออกไปผ่านการทำซ้ำและการสนับสนุนในกลุ่มแบ่งขั้ว ส่วนลักษณะการกลั่นกรองและคัดสรรข้อมูลโดยระบบอัลกอริทึมพบในบางวิธีศึกษา ขณะเดียวกัน ภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติทางการเมืองของบุคคล ซึ่งสร้างภูมิทัศน์ทางความคิดรายรอบแต่ละบุคคลเอาไว้ เมื่อผนวกกับประเด็นเรื่องปัจจัยทางเทคโนโลยีและการรวมกลุ่มสังคมจะทำให้เกิดการสร้าง “พื้นที่ทางความคิด” ขึ้นมา สำหรับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะห้องแห่งเสียงสะท้อนในการวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ 1) อัลกอริทึมสร้างภาวะฟองสบู่ตัวกรอง 2) แนวทางในการเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการเมืองของผู้ใช้ออนไลน์ 3) ทัศนคติทางการเมืองและบริบท/สถานการณ์แวดล้อมทางการเมือง และ 4) รูปแบบเครือข่ายทางการสื่อสารที่มีส่วนร่วมในพื้นที่ออนไลน์

การปฏิรูปโครงสร้างการอภิบาลน้ำของไทยเกิดขึ้นหลังจากเหตุการณ์น้ำท่วมใหญ่ พ.ศ. 2554 เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงอุทกภัยและสร้างความมั่นคงในภาคการผลิต มีผลต่อสมดุลอำนาจทั้งในการกำหนดนโยบายและการปฏิบัติตั้งแต่ในระดับชาติจนถึงท้องถิ่น บทความปริทัศน์ชิ้นนี้สะท้อนความก้าวหน้าและความท้าทายในการจัดการน้ำของประเทศไทยภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดการอภิบาลน้ำแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการจัดการน้ำในปัจจุบันเริ่มให้ความสำคัญต่อวิถีชีวิตผ่านการใช้พื้นที่รับน้ำนองและโครงการจัดการน้ำชุมชนด้วยข้อมูลสารสนเทศ แต่มิได้ทำให้เกิด “จุดเปลี่ยนแห่งความร่วมมือ” อย่างแท้จริง เนื่องจากการเปลี่ยนศูนย์อำนาจการจัดการน้ำไปสู่ระบอบรัฐราชการอย่างเข้มข้น ทำให้ชาวชนบทที่รองรับน้ำท่วมให้ภาครัฐมีวิถีชีวิตอยู่บนความไม่แน่นอน และยังเปิดโอกาสให้ภาคการเมือง ภาคประชาสังคม ชุมชนท้องถิ่น และภาคส่วนอื่น ๆ ในการมีส่วนร่วมกำหนดนโยบายน้อยเกินไป จึงขาดการบูรณาการความรู้ที่หลากหลาย และการกำหนดสิทธิในการจัดการน้ำร่วมกันอย่างเสรี การต่อรองระบอบอภิบาลน้ำควรต้องดำเนินต่อไปให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการที่แท้จริงของสังคม

การบริหารจัดการภัยพิบัติภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์การเตรียมพร้อมแห่งชาติ (พ.ศ. 2560-2564) : กรณีศึกษาโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา, วรัชยา เชื้อจันทึก

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการภัยพิบัติภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์การเตรียมพร้อมแห่งชาติ (พ.ศ. 2560-2564) และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการภัยพิบัติภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์การเตรียมพร้อมแห่งชาติ (พ.ศ. 2560-2564) ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (questionnaire) กับ 1) บุคลากรขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ประกอบด้วย นายกองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นหรือตัวแทน ปลัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เจ้าพนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย นักสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 104 คน 2) บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล พยาบาลวิชาชีพชำนาญการ เจ้าพนักงานสาธารณสุขชำนาญงาน จำนวน 60 คน 3) ตัวแทนชุมชน จำนวน 140 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 304 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับการบริหารจัดการภัยพิบัติภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์การเตรียมพร้อมแห่งชาติ (พ.ศ. 2560-2564) ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.06, S.D. = 0.52) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ การพัฒนาศักยภาพระบบการเตรียมพร้อม (  = 4.15, S.D. = 0.54) รองลงมาคือ การเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือการเตรียมพร้อมรับมือ ( = 4.06, S.D. = 0.60) การบริหารจัดการแผนแบบบูรณาการ ( = 4.02, S.D. = 0.66) และการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของทุกภาคส่วน ( = 3.89, S.D. = 0.43) ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการภัยพิบัติภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์การเตรียมพร้อมแห่งชาติ (พ.ศ. 2560-2564) ได้แก่ การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของทุกภาคส่วน ประกอบด้วยการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของชุมชน การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) และการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของประชาชน

อินเดียกับการจัดการจลาจลในกรณีแคชเมียร์, สุรัตน์ โหราชัยกุล, สิริกร ธารีรัตนาวิบูลย์

นับตั้งแต่ได้รับเอกราชในปี ค.ศ. 1947 อินเดียก็เผชิญความท้าทายด้านความมั่นคงมาโดยตลอด ในบรรดาความท้าทายเหล่านั้น การก่อจลาจลในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับแคชเมียร์หรือในแคชเมียร์ ปัญจาบ ภูมิภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และนักซาไลต์ เป็นภัยคุกคามที่บั่นทอนความมั่นคงแห่งชาติของอินเดียมากที่สุด บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพียงข้อเดียวคือ เพื่อตอบคำถามวิจัยว่าอินเดียมีวิธีจัดการกับปัญหาจลาจลในแคชเมียร์อย่างไร ในขณะเดียวกันก็มีข้อโต้แย้งสำคัญสองประการ คือ (1) การก่อจลาจลในแคชเมียร์มีปัจจัยภายนอกมาเกี่ยวข้องอย่างสำคัญยิ่ง ทำให้รัฐบาลอินเดียแก้ปัญหาได้ยากลำบาก และ (2) การแก้ปัญหาแคชเมียร์ของอินเดียมีหลักคิดและวิธีตรงกับกรอบความมั่นคงแบบดั้งเดิมและกรอบความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ผสมผสานกัน ต่างจากโลกวิชาการที่มักจะมองกรอบทั้งสองแยกจากกันสิ้นเชิง บทความแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน ส่วนแรกบรรยายพัฒนาการประเด็นปัญหาการจลาจลในแคชเมียร์ ส่วนที่สองอธิบายการจัดการจลาจลแคชเมียร์ของอินเดีย และส่วนสุดท้ายสรุปเนื้อหาใจความของบทความพร้อมทิ้งท้ายด้วยข้อคิดบางประการ
