To respond to the increasing demand for Chinese language teachers in Thailand, Hanban, a non-governmental, public organization affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Education, has employed many Chinese teachers on a voluntary basis. Weighing on this matter, this study explored the perceptions of 13 Chinese language teachers of the difficulties and challenges of being Chinese teachers in Thailand. Online survey questionnaires and individual follow-up interviews were used to collect the data. Findings revealed that participants held a positive perception with regards to being Chinese language teachers in Thailand. The globalization in financial markets has highlighted the importance of a clear understanding of volatility transmission among equity markets in different countries. This paper looks into the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the volatility transmission between the U.S. stock market and five emerging equity markets called Tiger Cub economies in Southeast Asia. As the result of the dynamic conditional correlation GARCH (DCC-GARCH), the U.S. stock market’s volatility links positively to these smaller economies’ volatilities, and these linkages become stronger during the pandemic. Long-term lead (Pb) exposure can affect human health. Used battery recycling is a source of Pb emission, and the smoke from the facility carries Pb particles that accumulate in the soil. This study aimed to determine the concentration of accumulated Pb in the soil around Kadu Manis Battery Recycling Industrial Estate, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia in 2018. In this research, active carbon-based catalyst synthesis and characterization were tested for potential catalysts to be used in dye removal of methylene blue (MB). Water hyacinth is one of the major problems that is facing humankind and especially here in Egypt. One of the implications of industrial activities is environmental pollution. Dyes used in the production of textiles, paper, and clothes are one of the major pollutants. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Penang Island hoteliers cannot perform their job to meet the customers’ expectations due to their high job demands. Hence, this paper intends to examine the predictors of job performance among Penang Island hoteliers. Furthermore, the paper intends to investigate the potential role of challenge demands and hindrance demands as mediating variables. A total of 107 hoteliers from Penang Island hotels participated in the study. This study attempts to investigate how ethical leadership enhances nurses’ in-role and extra-role performances with the mediation of psychological empowerment. We used a cross-sectional time-lag design and collected data from 371 nurses and their immediate supervisors through a questionnaire-based survey. The data on ethical leadership and psychological empowerment were collected from nurses at T1, whereas data on in-role and extra-role performance were collected from their immediate supervisors at T2. The results revealed positive associations of ethical leadership with psychological empowerment, in-role, and extra-role performance. The number of tuberculosis (TB) cases worldwide reached 1.5 million in 2018; thus, TB is considered a deadly disease. TB is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and involves lipid synthesis. Considering the importance of lipid metabolism in bacteria, FabH may be an essential protein target for repressing lipid synthesis. Capsaicinoids from Capsicum annuum demonstrate potent antibacterial activity. This study predicted the ability of capsaicinoid compounds to inhibit FabH. We proposed a technique for improving the platinum (Pt) Schottky contact dark current of the AlN/GaN/AlN/Si(111) substrate. The AlN/GaN/AlN/ heterostructure sample was successfully grown on a silicon substrate by radio frequency molecular beam epitaxy. The high quality of the interlayer heterostructure sample was verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). From the TEM image, a good quality single interface layer with spacing less than 1 nm was detected. The strong significant peaks obtained by X-ray diffraction measurement indicated that the sample has a high structural quality for each grown layer. However, the inhibitory mechanism of ferulic acid on the growth of bacteria, particularly Salmonella and Listeria, has not been elucidated. Black cumin oil (BCO) was often prepared as nanoemulsion to improve its solubility, stability, and bioavailability. This study was conducted to investigate the molecular behavior as well as structural evolution of BCO-surfactant systems during self-assembly micellization using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. تناول البحث مفهوم غاية في الاهمية هو سايكولوجيا الحشود ومدى تأثير هذا المتغير على التميز المنظمي , وهل يسهم هذا المتغير (سايكولوجيا الحشود) في تحقيق التميز المنظمي , وعلى هذا الاساس تمت صياغة فرضيات اثنين لأثبات علاقات الارتباط والآثر بين متغيري البحث , كما تم توزيع (50) استمارة استبانة صالحة للتحليل في بعض اقسام رئاسة جامعة الموصل والتي مثلت مجتمعاً للبحث الحالي , وقد تم التوصل الى عدد من الاستنتاجات والمقترحات والتي تم عرضها في البحث لتمثل ما توصل اليه البحث في جانبه العملي.
