Research has suggested that international students’ transition to the United States is often correlated with less physical activity after arriving in the U.S). One reason might be related to reduced social support when living in a foreign environment. The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to assess the impact of social support on international college students’ physical activity behaviors. Purpose: To justify the prediction by long-term training in women's judo. The article presents a functional analysis of the problem of the prospects for the development of female judoists of 17-18 years of age. The content of the presented work is fundamentally different from most generalizing works. The material of general scientific and special nature is presented, providing an individual approach to forecasting, working capacity and restoration of physical fitness of athletes. Background: Physical activity is important to maintain overall health and wellness even during pregnancy. There are numerous benefits to exercise during pregnancy that include reduced back pain and lower risk of preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. Depression in college athletics has become a growing concern in recent years. Thus, the current review sough to provide a comprehensive overview of the research conducted up to this point on the subject of depression in college athletics, while also revealing areas in which more research is still needed. The initial search of the research databases produced 729 articles. 26 of the articles met the inclusion criteria and were accepted for the review. Assessment Of Middle-Distance Runners Cardiovascular System In Rest And Load Conditions, Rashid Akhadovich Burnashev

Purpose: Assessment of cardiovascular response of qualified middle-distance runners to aerobic and anaerobic physical loads.

Methods: Qualified middle-distance runners at the stage of sportsmanship improvement (n = 20) were studied. Sports qualification - 2 and 1 categories. The analysis of Heart Rate Variability was carried out using the application “CardioMood” with “Polar h10” and “Polar M430”. A 5-minute electrocardiogram recording was performed. Only normal NN cardio cycles were studied. When analyzing Heart Rate Variability, the following parameters were obtained: HR, SDNN, pNN50, TP, entropy (H), modes (Mo), AMo, stress index. Social media has enabled brands to share marketing content and interact with their customers. This research aims to understand the online brand communication strategy by analyzing the posts of fitness brands Nike and Lululemon on Instagram. Through content analysis, both the visual and textual content of an overall 300 brand posts were be examined. The concepts used for analysis include message appeals, photo characteristics, and engagement. The study provides insights into the message characteristics, and persuasive appeal strategies fitness brands use to engage with customers. Purpose: It consists in studying the dynamics of changes in the course of pedagogical experience of the accuracy of kicks under the influence of body rotation to the left and right in 15-16 year old taekwondo athletes. Performance under pressure and psychological momentum are well-documented topics in sports psychology, but most research focuses on “in-game” pressure. This study views pressure more broadly to examine how the external pressure of fans, quantified using the sentiment of tweets mentioning the players, can affect how MLB players perform. Although external pressure is intangible, it can impact a player’s psyche and performance. This investigation focuses on players Chris Sale and David Price.
