AbstractOnly 41% of first-time college students at a community college in the southwestern United States passed developmental mathematics (DM). To improve the success rate, the state’s higher education coordinating board proposed a corequisite model supporting non-course competency-based options (NCBO). The United States has issues involving child abuse/neglect with children being abused and neglected every 47 seconds. In 2018, approximately 443,000 children in the country were in foster care. The purpose of this administrative study was to identify measures for reducing turnover and improving retention among case managers within a GA agency.
