This Article recounts a complete history of Indonesia’s implementation of the 1958 NY Convention. In particular, the elaboration and analysis focus on the comparison between related provisions in the 1999 Indonesian Arbitration Law and the Convention’s provisions as well as on several key Indonesian court decisions on enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Different than other writings in this area, this Article looks more closely at the practical issues which affect the way Indonesian courts apply or interpret the 1958 NY Convention, such as procedural hurdle and the judicial capacity to comprehend and understand basic concepts and principles of arbitration. Shaded perennial agroforestry systems (AFS) are regarded as desirable land‐use practices that improve soil carbon sequestration. However, most studies assume a positive correlation between above ground and below ground carbon without considering the effect of past and current land management, textural variations (silt and clay percentage), and such other site‐specific factors that have a major influence on the extent of soil C sequestration. Evaluations on Plasma Prothrombin Time (PPT) and Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT) are required in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stage V to determine the risk of bleeding after hemodialysis (HD) using heparin as the anticoagulant. This study aimed to compare the results of PPT and APTT in pre and post-hemodialysis patients with minimum dose of heparin. This was an observational-analytical study with cross-sectional design. High-intensity exercise (3000-meter runner) contributes to muscle fatigue. Fatigue can be determined by measuring blood lactate levels. Blood lactate levels are a product of anaerobic metabolism. Lactate accumulation due to anaerobic physical activity can inhibit the glycolytic enzyme that affects decreased ATP production, damage of the calcium and sodium pumps in the muscles and causes fatigue. This study was to investigate whether ethanol extracts of leaf and petiole of Centella asiatica has potential as an antimicrobial and can decrease sperm quality and spermatogenic cells of mice. This was a randomized controlled study using Centella asiatica plant from which we made ethanol extract. High molecular weight HA has normal physicochemical, biological, and physiological properties whereas low molecular weight has the property of angiogenesis, inflammation, and suppresses apoptosis. The present study aimed to investigate relations of prior knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and age to competence of dual-expertise teachers. The study was conducted following a research design of ex-post facto. The samples were 102 dual-expertise teachers. To answer its problems, the study collected the data by using questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data gathered were then analyzed employing desctiptive analysis, regression analysis, and partial correlation analysis. As the “trendsetter in education,” the experiments and experiences of Mar Athanasios College for Advanced Studies Tiruvalla (MACFAST) already show it to be an exceptional model of education, innovation, and sustainability that leverages the triple bottom line (TBL), focusing on how projects disturb the planet, affect people, and address profit. Yet MACFAST added two more areas of concern—the passion for study and the purpose of life, making for a quintuple bottom line. Land cover-land use (LC-LU) change has significant impact on wetland ecosystem. This study examined the impacts of LC-LU change on spray wetland ecology at Kihansi Gorge and implications to conservation of fragile biodiversity. Remote sensing methods were used to asses land cover changes from 1990 to 2015 and to forecast change in 2035. It was revealed that forests decreased from 28,454 to 10,897 ha and woodland from 26,903 to 19,914 ha. In 1990, woody cover dominated with a total cover of 38% of the entire catchment. Background: The prevalence of atopic dermatitis (AD) has rapidly increased in the past 4 decades and has been mostly observed in children. The prevalence of obesity has also significantly increased worldwide, suggesting that the two conditions may be associated.

Methods: This retrospective analytic study involved a cross-sectional design and used secondary data taken from the medical record of patients who visited the Pediatric Dermatology Subdivision at Dermatology and Venereology Polyclinic Sanglah General Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. Walter Scott's reinvention in Ivanhoe (1819) of Robin Hood as an Anglo-Saxon freedom fihghter had a lasting impact on later portrayal's of the outlaw. Thomas Miller's novel Royston Gower (1838) reworks Scott's idea of racial conflict between Saxons and Normans to cast Robin Hood as a Saxon freedom fighter to serve the Chartist cause.
