Coxiella burnetii, the causative agent of Q fever, is a Gram-negative intracellular bacterium transmitted via aerosol. Regulatory approval of the Australian whole-cell vaccine Q-VAX^® in the US and Europe is hindered by reactogenicity in previously exposed individuals. The aim of this study was to identify and rationally select C. burnetii epitopes for design of a safe, effective, and less reactogenic T-cell targeted human Q fever vaccine. Immunoinformatic methods were used to predict 65 HLA class I epitopes and 50 promiscuous HLA class II C. burnetii epitope clusters, which are conserved across strains of C. burnetii. HLA binding …

The habenula is a small midbrain structure that is important for brain signaling and learning from negative events. Thus, the habenula is strongly connected to both the reward system and motor regions. Increasing evidence suggests a role for the habenula in the etiology of psychiatric disorders, including mood and substance use disorders. Objectives: This study sought to assess the utility of Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) for nightmares in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Although IRT enjoys a substantial evidence base for efficacy in various populations, data with psychiatric inpatients are lacking.

Participants: Participants were 20 adult psychiatric inpatients (11 male, 9 female; mean age=43.4), in an extended stay psychiatric inpatient facility. All participants were diagnosed with multiple, treatment resistant, comorbid conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance-related disorders. Patients with active psychosis or significant cognitive impairment were excluded.

Objective: To determine the perceived health and safety needs identified by textile workers, managers and experts as well as direct observation of the prevailing health and safety practices in the textile industry.
Methods: The qualitative study using the needs assessment conceptual framework was conducted in July-August 2015 in Karachi, and comprised focus group discussions with textile workers, in-depth interviews with factory managers and health and safety officers, and key informant interviews with relevant stakeholders and experts. Two studies explored individual difference moderators of spillover. Positive spillover occurs when one prosocial behavior leads to an increase in subsequent prosocial behavior, whereas negative spillover or moral licensing occurs when one prosocial behavior leads to a decrease in prosocial behaviors. The moderators of interest were internal motivation, external motivation, and preference for consistency. It was predicted that those who exhibit high external motivation would demonstrate negative spillover, those who exhibit internal motivation would demonstrate positive spillover, and those with high preference for consistency would demonstrate positive spillover. A content analysis of tweets from public information Twitter accounts in Florida counties examines the degree to which county public information officers interact with the publics on Twitter. With multiple decades of offshore hindcasts and long, continuous data sets available, it is possible to create a nearshore synthetic wave record. การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการในการเสริมสร้างความเข็มแข็งด้านศักยภาพภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรี 2) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรี จํานวน 350 คน สําหรับการสํารวจความต้องการ และจํานวน 50 คน สําหรับการทดลองใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม ชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ แบบทดสอบ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความเที่ยงตรง และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความต้องการได้รับการพัฒนาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรีอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ ประกอบด้วย 5 หน่วยการเรียน และผลการประเมินทุกหน่วยการเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และผลการพัฒนาความสามารถส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ 4) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิด การบริหารครูเจเนอเรชั่นวาย 2) วิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายของโรงเรียนเอกชน เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้การวิจัยผสมวิธี ประเมินกรอบแนวคิดโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจํานวน 5 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนในระบบ ประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จํานวน 371 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายของโรงเรียนเอกชน จํานวน 676 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินและแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิด ประกอบด?วย (1) การบริหารครู (2) ครูเจเนอเรชั่นวาย (3) คุณภาพนักเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและมีค่าเฉลี่ยสภาพที่พึงประสงค์สูงกว่าสภาพปัจจุบันทุกด้าน ตามลําดับดังนี้ (1) ด้านการนําเข้าสู่หน่วยงานและการธํารงรักษา (2) ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพและการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (3) ด้านการบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงานและการให้ค่าตอบแทน (4) ด้านการสรรหาและการคัดเลือก จุดแข็ง ได้แก่ การสรรหาและการคัดเลือก การนําเข้าสู่หน่วยงานและการธํารงรักษา จุดอ่อน ได้แก่ การบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงานและการให้ค่าตอบแทน การพัฒนาวิชาชีพและการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ โอกาส ได้แก่ สภาพเศรษฐกิจ และเทคโนโลยี ภาวะคุกคาม ได้แก่ การเมือง และสภาพสังคม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสําคัญ กําหนดกลยุทธ์ และประเมินกลยุทธ์ การกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้อํานวยการสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล รวมจํานวน 464 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามองค์ประกอบการกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษา 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกการกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษา 3) แบบสอบถามเพื่อระบุจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของการกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษา 4) แบบประเมินโอกาสและอุปสรรคของการกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษา และ5) แบบประเมินแผนกลยุทธ์เพื่อกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่ ร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย การวิเคราะห์ SWOT และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบสําคัญของการกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษาฯ ประกอบด้วย4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การจัดและใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และการวัดผลประเมินผลรวมทั้งสิ้น 22 องค์ประกอบ 2) กลยุทธ์การกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษาฯประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์การปฏิบัติ จุดมุ่งหมายเชิงกลยุทธ์ แนวทางการดําเนินการ และตัวชี้วัดความสําเร็จ3) กลยุทธ์การกํากับผลลัพธ์การจัดการศึกษาฯ ในภาพรวมมีความถูกต้อง ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยข้อมูลมีการกระจายตัวน้อย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจําเป็นและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ดําเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีแบบผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลจากโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลจํานวน 226 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารและครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNIModified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดโดยเรียงลําดับความต้องการจําเป็นด้วยดัชนี PNIModified ได้เป็น 1) การกําหนดวัตถุประสงค์ 2) การระบุความเสี่ยง 3) การประเมินความเสี่ยง 4) การจัดการและจัดทําแผน และ 5) การรายงานและติดตามผล สําหรับกลยุทธ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ประกอบไปด้วยกลยุทธ์หลัก 3 กลยุทธ์ กลยุทธ์รอง 12 กลยุทธ์ และวิธีการดําเนินงาน 37 วิธี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาในการบริหารจัดการของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในสังกัดของสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา วิเคราะห์แนวคิดทฤษฎีและการปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการบริหารจัดการสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา และพัฒนารูปแบบและการบริหารจัดการเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อรองรับการเป็นประเทศไทย 4.0 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในสังกัดคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา 19 แห่ง ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสภาสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา ผู้สําเร็จการศึกษาด้านอาชีวศึกษาในประเทศเยอรมนี ญี่ปุ?น ออสเตรเลีย และสิงคโปร์ กลุ่มผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ รวม 216 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยได้รูปแบบและยุทธศาสตร์ในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อรองรับการเป็นประเทศไทย 4.0 มี 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการทํางานเป็นทีมของผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา 3) การมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนในการบริหารจัดการแผนงานงบประมาณที่มีประสิทธิภาพและธรรมาภิบาล 4) สร้างสรรค์พัฒนาวัตถุประสงค์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมายของการบริหารจัดการสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสังคมและประเทศชาติ และ 5) การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีทางอาชีวศึกษา และเป็นโครงสร้างหลักในการสนับสนุนการเป็นประเทศไทย 4.0

การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาเบื้องต้นสำหรับครูประจำชั้นระดับมัธยมศึกษา, วรางคณา โสมะนันทน์

การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาเบื้องต้นสําหรับครูประจําชั้นระดับมัธยมศึกษา และศึกษาผลของการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยออกแบบการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมฯ และระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาผลการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมฯกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นครูประจําชั้นระดับมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ) จํานวน 14 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบวิเคราะห์ทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาเบื้องต้นที่จําเป็น 2) ชุดฝึกอบรมทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาเบื้องต้นสําหรับครูประจําชั้นระดับมัธยมศึกษา 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาเบื้องต้นสําหรับครู 4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับชุดฝึกอบรมผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์ร้อยละความก้าวหน้าของการเรียนรู้ และวิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยเกณฑ์ 80/80 ผลการวิจัยในระยะที่ 1 พบว่าชุดฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ (1) ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้วยการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาและ (2) การฝึกปฏิบัติทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา ส่วนผลการวิจัยในระยะที่ 2 พบว่า 1) ชุดฝึกมีค่าประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 88.20/80.00 ซึ่งเท่ากับเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 2) กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีร้อยละความก้าวหน้าของผลสัมฤทธิ์ภายหลังการเข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมทักษะการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา เท่ากับ 45.00 3) กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของความต้องการในการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนคิดวิเคราะห์ (2) สภาพพึงประสงค์และสภาพแวดล้อมของ (3) ศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมของการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนคิดวิเคราะห์ (4) นําเสนอกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนคิดวิเคราะห์ ประชากร คือ ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 8 จํานวน 2,683 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 335 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ แล้วเลือกการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสํารวจฉบับร่างและแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNIModified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก (X = 3.88) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การสอนคิดวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (X = 3.93) สภาพพึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาครูในภาพรวมพบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (X = 4.32) พิจารณา รายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การสอนคิดวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (X= 4.35) ผลการทดสอบค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลําดับความสําคัญความต้องการจําเป็น ในภาพรวมมีค่า PNImodified เท่ากับ 0.116เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า การสอนคิดวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ มีค่า PNImodified เท่ากับ 0.120 เป็นลําดับที่หนึ่ง ผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม พบว่า 1) จุดแข็ง (S) มีทั้งหมด 3 ประเด็น 2) จุดอ่อน (W)มีทั้งหมด 5 ประเด็น 3) โอกาส (O) มีทั้งหมด 9 ประเด็น 4) ภาวะคุกคาม (T) มีทั้งหมด 3 ประเด็น กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนคิดวิเคราะห์ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 8ประกอบด้วย …

การบูรณาการพลังเด็กและเยาวชนกับพลังชุมชนท้องถิ่นในการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ด้านเด็กและเยาวชน: การวิจัยพหุกรณีศึกษา, สมพงษ์ จิตระดับ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการขึ้นโจทย์วิจัยของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่ชุมชนของโครงการการบูรณาการพลังเด็กและเยาวชนกับพลังชุมชนท้องถิ่น ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพหุกรณีศึกษาด้วยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินพลังบูรณาการฯ 6 ด้าน แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสังเกต ใช้การสัมภาษณ์โดยการสมัครใจ กับบุคลากรขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายในเรื่องการพัฒนางานด้านเด็กและเยาวชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้หลักและเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาพรวมของทั้ง 12 พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่มีจุดแข็งเรื่องพลัง อปท.และพลังเครือข่ายภายใน แต่มีข้อจํากัด คือ พลังเครือข่ายภายนอก รูปแบบของการขึ้นโจทย์วิจัยของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่ชุมชนในการหาต้นทุนในท้องถิ่นทั้ง 12 พื้นที่นั้น จําแนกออกเป็น 3 รูปแบบที่สําคัญ คือ 1) การใช้ปัญหาในพื้นที่เป็นฐานในการขึ้นโจทย์วิจัย 2) ประเด็นที่ต้องเฝ้าระวัง และ 3) การขึ้นโจทย์วิจัยจากต้นทุนในพื้นที่ ข้อค้นพบจากการศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพขีดความสามารถ รวมทั้งเกิดคุณลักษณะของเด็กไทย 10 ประการโดยเน้นการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างพลังเด็กและเยาวชนกับพลังชุมชนท้องถิ่นและพัฒนาเป็นพื้นที่ต้นแบบต่อไป
