Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model latihan alternatif yang layak untuk pembakaran lemak dan sebagai latihan non-traumatic untuk orang dengan overweight. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang mengacu pada langkah yang dikembangkan Borg & Gall melalui tahapan: pengembangan draf awal, model awal, model, uji coba produk, evaluasi dan revisi. Subjek uji coba terbatas sebanyak 3 orang dan subjek uji coba lapangan sebanyak 6 orang dengan kriteria mengalami masalah kelebihan berat badan (overweight). Pengumpulan data melalui uji pelaksanaan, penilaian ahli dengan lembar kuisioner, tes pengukuran denyut nadi dan pengukuran penurunan persentase lemak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot; dan menguji perbedaan pengaruh latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran sinyal-sinyal wasit sesuai dengan Fiba rules 2014 untuk Guru Penjasorkes SMA. Metode penelitian ini meliputi : (1)potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) ujicoba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) ujicoba pemakaian, (9) revisi produk,(10) produksi masal. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 33 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket lembar penilaian produk dengan disertai lembar saran dan masukan untuk revisi produk. J-aggregates of anionic meso-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin form at intermediate pH (2.3–3.1) in the presence of NiSO₄ or ZnSO₄ (ionic strength, I.S. = 3.2 M). These aggregates convert to monomeric porphyrin units via metallation with copper(II) ions. The kinetics for the disassembly process, as monitored by UV/vis spectroscopy, exhibits zeroth-order behavior. The observed zeroth-order rate constants show a two-term dependence on copper(II) ion concentrations: linear and second order. Also observed is an inverse dependence on hydrogen ion concentration. Activation parameters have been determined for the disassembly process leading to ΔH^≠ = (+163 ± 15) kJ·mol⁻¹ and ΔS^≠ = (+136 ± 11) J·K⁻¹. A …

This article provides an overview of patience and its associated constructs by examining its role in five domains: (a) confidence and control; (b) distress tolerance; (c) relationship development, maintenance, and repair; (d) character development; and (e) spiritual maturation. It highlights initial evidence that patience contributes to increased self-regulation and impulse control, distress tolerance, self-compassion, mindfulness, empathy in relationships, perspective taking, use of cognitive reappraisals, prosocial ori- entation, character development, and spiritual maturation. Recent progress on the theory of potential-based A-φ formulationin the integral form and its electromagnetic applications are summarized and presented here. By using Lorenz gauge and solving the vector and scalar potential formulations in tandem, the A-φ formulationac-curately captures the correct physics of both electrostatics and magnetostatics. The wide-band stable, dense-discretization breakdown free and structure-independent solver provides an alternative solution to various electromagnetic scattering and circuital problems. Also, the A-φformulationis applied to solve the characteristic modes at low frequencies.

Data has become one of the most important resources in post-modern information society. However, European civil law does not reflect this development adequately. In fact, so far, European civil law seems to struggle with handling data as a legal entity. Against this background, the article provides a transnational overview and a comprehensive analysis of the legal situation in Europe. It discusses why data ownership is widely perceived as a problem on this side of the Atlantic and how this perception can be overcome by a fundamental property law approach.
