An Overview Of The Rochester Drug Free Streets Initiative: A Developing Strategy That Addresses The Open-Air Marijuana Market Located In The Conkey & Clifford Neighborhood, Pedro O. Vazquez Gonzalez

Theses

Because low-level marijuana possession is not illegal in New York State, the police have difficulty intervening and eliminating the open-air marijuana markets in the City of Rochester. Project HOPE, a non-profit organization, is trying to find another way to intervene in the Conkey and Clifford neighborhood, and bring to an end the open-air marijuana market in that neighborhood. The object of this research is to identify the problems that are caused by the open- air marijuana market in the Conkey and Clifford neighborhood. Scholarly Works

Prosecutorial discretion is a critical part of the administration of immigration law. This Article considers the work and responsibilities of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) trial attorneys, who thus far have not attracted significant scholarly attention, despite playing a large role in the ground-level implementation of immigration law and policy. Development Of A Bead-Based Suspension Array For Detection And Differentiation Of Salmonella Spp. In Poultry, Muhsin Aydin

Student Theses and Dissertations

Salmonella is the leading cause of foodborne illnesses in the United States. The goal of this study was to develop a sensitive, rapid, and specific bead-based multiplexing array system to identify Salmonella at the serotype level as a method of effectively monitoring food samples for the presence of …
