The purpose of this quantitative, causal-comparative study was to determine whether school context quality (SCQ) affects students' learning climate and learning strategies in high schools. From the target population of two groups, 702 students of high-performing schools (HPS) and 2,300 students from low-performing schools (LPS), 102 participants were recruited with random sampling. The instrument LCQ (Learning Climate Questionnaire) version-5 was utilized to assess the learning climate and the MSLQ (Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire) part B was used to assess the learning strategies. The purpose of this quantitative study was to investigate the perceptions of high school football student athletes’ quality of their current coach-athlete relationship and their ratings of overall satisfaction within their sport. Additionally, this study aimed to determine if athlete perceptions of the current coach-athlete relationship was predictive of their current ratings of satisfaction. A total of 97 high school football student athletes from six Pennsylvania District III schools completed measures of coach-athlete relationship quality and athlete satisfaction. Participants reported positive perceptions of their current coach-athlete relationship as well as high ratings of overall satisfaction within the athletic domain. Implications …

This quantitative study aimed to explore the impact of social networking sites (SNS) on maternal vaccination decisions. Utilizing purposive sampling, the study ensured a representative sample of mothers or expectant mothers over 18 years old, with at least one child under 18, residing in the United States. Participants completed a composite survey consisting of three individual surveys assessing social media usage, vaccination decisions, and information-seeking behaviors. Despite research studies on the dispositions of successful music educators, few studies have been published on the relationship between Big Five traits and successful private music instructors in a for-profit setting. By documenting these findings, educators will gain insights into effective traits, enabling them to refine their approach to music lessons in a private business setting. This convergent mixed methods case study aimed to understand student and teacher perspectives on twenty-first-century instruction in the music classroom, providing insights to enhance and enrich experiences in musical learning. Data were collected from thirty-one students in a singular grade nine to twelve instrumental band class through interviews, lesson journals, direct observations, surveys, student artifacts, field notes, and pre-and post-test measures. This study examined the effects of sequencing a reduced load of enteric-coated sodium bicarbonate on participants of varying levels of fitness, over multiple days on time to completion, perceived exertion, and blood lactate levels during a timed maximal 1-mile effort. The purpose of this mixed-method study was to investigate levels of PTSD, PTG, QOL, their relationships, and unmet mental health needs of triple-negative breast cancer survivors diagnosed between stages 2b-4 and 2-5 years post-treatment. Participants were recruited through two cancer organizations, breast health navigators, TNBC support groups, and online breast cancer support groups. Sixty-one participants completed the PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version (PCL-C), Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory, and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast (FACT-B). The purpose of this action research project is to help members of First Baptist Church Greenville, KY, interpret and apply the Minor Prophets from a Christ-centered perspective. This project measured church members’ understanding of the Minor Prophets as they pertain to Christians today. It also measured attitudes and affections toward the Minor Prophets.
