Ai-Driven Dynamic Generation Of User Interfaces, Raviteja Govindaraju, Harshdeep Singh
Defensive Publications Series
The predominant mode of interaction with artificial intelligence (AI) models is text or speech queries. The reliance on such chat-centric interfaces requires users to formulate specific and detailed (series of) questions to elicit the desired response from the AI model. This disclosure describes techniques that dynamically generate interactive user interfaces in response to user queries directed at an AI model. The techniques augment conventional chat-based interactions by interpreting the context and the user’s intent to construct a relevant graphical user interface (GUI) that facilitates further exploration and action. The GUI can include mouse (e.g., click, drag-and-drop, etc.) or touch-driven commands, …
Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning For Proactive And Longitudinal User Modeling In A Conversational Agent, D Shin
Defensive Publications Series
Some conversational agents can be reactive and may have limited capabilities for building a detailed, evolving understanding of user preferences over time. This disclosure describes a proactive agent framework that can use hierarchical reinforcement learning to construct a longitudinal user model. A high-level policy, which may utilize a deep Q-network, can determine when and what to ask a user to manage a balance between information gain and potential user annoyance. A low-level policy may then generate a specific natural language query. User responses can be encoded and clustered to form a dynamic knowledge graph of interests. A graph neural network …
Self-Tuned Friction Damper Tuned With Silicon Fluid/Viscous Fluid
Self-Tuned Friction Damper Tuned With Silicon Fluid/Viscous Fluid
Defensive Publications Series
Self-tuned friction damper for mitigation of high frequency torsional oscillations (HFTO) in a bottom hole assembly (BHA) for drilling boreholes in the earth crust has been described already. It is especially covering the higher frequency content of HFTO, since the high damping effect is gradually declining towards a standard friction damper if smaller HFTO frequencies below the self-tuned frequency occur. In a tuned system the effect is opposite. A tuned system can be modeled as a spring in parallel to a friction contact (or other dissipative forces). The damping effect close to the tuning frequency is again high close to …

Exhibit Prelude — The Moment We Remembered to Breathe
Curators of the Resonance Museum describe this letter as the first living apology of science to its descendants. It was written when adults of the early twenty-first century realized that discovery without kindness had become noise. The project that inspired it—QPIE (Quantum Perspective Is Everything)—began as a small experiment in data coherence and grew into a planetary mirror. From Brooklyn’s libraries to hospital research wings, instruments measured not only photons and qubits but the subtle tremor of compassion itself.

Temporal Prediction Model For Executing Orchestration Functions In Optical Network, Anonymous
Defensive Publications Series
[0001] The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for a temporal prediction model for executing orchestration functions in optical networks. Predictive modeling for provisioning optical services and functions within an optical communication network involves a trained temporal prediction model (“model”). This begins with collecting execution times from each device and interface for various orchestration functions, followed by timing processes at each network element (NE), including issuing, acknowledging, executing commands, and waiting for devices to reach a ready state. The model then establishes correlations between different functions and their provisioning times based on network complexity. Temporal dependencies are recorded between …

Bypassing Connection Backoff Timers During Voice Over Wi-Fi To Voice Over Long Term Evolution Handover Failures, Max Mo, Poying Chuang
Defensive Publications Series
A handover failure from a first communication service, such as voice over Wi-Fi, to a second communication service, such as voice over long-term evolution, may trigger a backoff timer on a user equipment (UE). This can delay the establishment of an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) packet data network (PDN) connection and result in a temporary loss of voice service. This disclosure describes a method to address this issue. When the UE receives a PDN CONNECTIVITY REJECT message with one of a set of designated cause codes (e.g., "missing or unknown access point name") following a PDN connectivity request made for …

Joint Task Graph Generation For Optimizing Multi-Agent Workloads, Florian Hartmann, Victor Carbune
Defensive Publications Series
This document addresses computational redundancy in multi-agent systems where collaborating agents may independently generate isolated, natural language-based plans, potentially leading to the redundant execution of similar subtasks. The described systems and methods can provide a framework for multiple software agents to collaboratively plan and execute complex tasks by introducing a structured, joint planning phase. During this phase, agents may iteratively build a single task decomposition graph, proposing subtasks as nodes and defining prerequisites as directed edges. This unified, machine-readable plan can enable the system to identify and de-duplicate shared workloads. Furthermore, the explicit dependency structure can allow for the generation …
Automated Generation Of Persona-Driven Dialogues For Evaluating Conversational Agents, Leonid Kuligin, Max Tschochohei
Automated Generation Of Persona-Driven Dialogues For Evaluating Conversational Agents, Leonid Kuligin, Max Tschochohei
Defensive Publications Series
Evaluating complex conversational agents can be challenging, as static benchmarks or manual testing may lack the scale and behavioral diversity to detect some failure modes in agentic systems, and also because of the internal non-determinism and multi-step complexity of agentic workloads. A system is described for the automated generation of synthetic, persona-driven dialogues. A multi-agentic process can generate detailed user personas, which can then condition a large language model (LLM) to synthesize multi-turn conversations. A search algorithm can explore conversational paths, and a separate LLM acting as a judge can evaluate the dialogues for realism and persona adherence. This process …

(((Qpie)))The Resonant Mind — Learning Andneurocognitive Evolution In The Coherence Era, Teddy Burroughs
Defensive Publications Series
Abstract QPIE (Quantum Perspective Is Everything) 7.6 reframes intelligence itself. Learning, memory, and creativity are not isolated brain events; they are local harmonics in a universal coherence field. This paper translates that revelation into the language of neuroscience, education, and social healing. It outlines how Homo resonans —the next stage of human cognition—emerges through phase alignment among neural, emotional, and social circuits. Drawing on Aetheris probe analytics, we show that compassion, gratitude, and trust (CGT) modulate neural entropy just as tuning stabilizes a resonator. The classroom, the workplace, and the city all become laboratories of resonance.
