Adolescent pregnancy is a significant public health and social challenge, with around 90% of these pregnancies occurring in low-and middle-income countries. This study aims to determine the prevalence of adolescent pregnancy and its associated factors among older adolescents in Mpigi district, Uganda. A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted from September to October 2024 among adolescent girls aged 15 to 19 years in Mpigi district, Uganda. Participants were selected using a multistage sampling approach from 12 villages within the district. This thesis presents a comparative study of large-scale Buddhist paintings Gwaebulhwa in Korea and Thangka/Thongdrol in the Himalayan region focusing on their function, iconography, and socio-cultural context within outdoor ritual practices. The research aims to identify the core ritual functions of these monumental artworks, analyze their iconographic elements, and investigate the economic and institutional structures surrounding their production and use. Employing a mixed-methods approach that integrates fieldwork, expert interviews, and iconographic analysis, the study reveals that while both traditions fulfill similar ceremonial roles, they diverge significantly in visual style, theological content, and socio-economic frameworks. This study examines the role of webtoons as a transmedia storytelling tool in enhancing fan engagement within the K-pop industry, with a focus on the collaboration between the K-pop boy band ENHYPEN and the webtoon 'Dark Moon'. The study aimed to compare the accuracy of digital centric relation (CR) recordings from intraoral scanners with conventional CR bite registration through a quantitative comparison of occlusal contacts. This cross-sectional study involved 29 healthy adults. CR was recorded using the bimanual manipulation technique, guided by silicone bite indexes (Silagum-Putty; DMG, Germany). Conventional bite registrations were made with vinyl polysiloxane (O-Bite; DMG, Germany), and digital interarch relationships were captured using an intraoral scanner (iTero Element 2; Align Technologies, USA). This study investigates how K-POP influences the market positioning of C-POP through a detailed case study of the Chinese idol group, SNH48. SNH48 initially adopted the J-POP model from its Japanese counterpart, AKB48, but later transitioned to a K-POP-influenced approach. By analyzing SNH48’s shift from J-POP to K-POP, this research explores the externalization business model employed by Chinese entertainment companies. Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) presents the highest cancer burden in Northeast Thailand, with global-leading incidence rates of 71.3 per 100,000 in males. Despite the launch of the Cholangiocarcinoma Screening and Care Program (CASCAP) in 2013 across 20 provinces, the complex interrelations among demographic, behavioral, and clinical factors influencing early detection remain unclear. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and logistic regression to examine determinants of early CCA screening outcomes and develop evidence-based risk stratification strategies. This study explores the influence of K-pop fan culture on the behavior and engagement of Indonesian fans of the Korean Basketball League (KBL). As K-pop expands globally with its emotionally driven and participatory fandom, similar fan practices are increasingly seen in sports fandom. Based on in-depth interviews with 15 Indonesian KBL fans aged 20 to 32, the study investigates how behaviors such as organizing fan projects, creating fan art, fan videos, fanfiction, and collecting merchandise like photocards are applied to the KBL fandom. Cambodia’s macroeconomic growth since the 1990s has not been paralleled by proportional improvements in rural livelihoods, where the majority of the population continues to experience poverty and development stagnation. การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในยุคดิจิทัลของตลาดน้ำโบราณบางพลีทั้ง 6 ด้าน และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการส่งเสริมการตลาดเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนตลาดน้ำโบราณบางพลีให้เกิดความยั่งยืนในยุคดิจิทัล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสังเกตผู้ค้าขาย ผู้ดูแลชุมชน และนักท่องเที่ยว รวม 12 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ค้าขายในชุมชนส่วนใหญ่ยังใช้วิธีการขายแบบดั้งเดิม แต่ก็มีบางส่วนเริ่มปรับตัวให้มากขึ้นกับวิธีการทางดิจิทัล โดยในภาพรวมของการส่งเสริมการตลาดในปัจจุบัน คือ 1. ด้านโฆษณา มีการทำคลิปวิดีโอลง Facebook แต่ยังมีน้อย 2. ด้านการส่งเสริมการขาย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นในรูปแบบบริการและลดราคา แต่การใช้ผ่านช่องดิจิทัลยังน้อยอยู่ 3. การขายโดยบุคคล เป็นวิธีหลักที่ใช้ก็คือการพูดและโน้มน้าวในการขายของ 4. การประชาสัมพันธ์ มาจากป้ายและการบอกต่อ 5. การตลาดทางตรง ไม่มีการทำเนื่องจากเป็นวิธีที่เข้าใจยาก และ 6.การตลาดออนไลน์ มีบ้างเฉพาะบางร้านเท่านั้น สำหรับการเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนานั้น เสนอให้มีการจัดตั้งองค์กรส่งเสริมความรู้ดิจิทัลในชุมชนเพื่อสร้างพื้นฐานการใช้งาน และขยายการใช้แพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ที่หลากหลาย เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มใหม่

Diphenylamine (DPA) derivatives are multifunctional compounds with potential applications as antioxidants in polymer materials and as antitumor agents targeting microtubule dynamics. This study employed an integrated computational approach combining machine learning-based Quantitative Structure–Activity Relationship (QSAR) modeling, quantum chemical calculations, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to guide the rational design and activity prediction of novel DPA derivatives. Molecular descriptors were generated and selected using advanced feature selection techniques, including permutation importance and Genetic Function Approximation (GFA). การขนส่งทางเรือมีบทบาทสำคัญต่ออุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและก๊าซธรรมชาติ โดยเฉพาะในกิจกรรมการสำรวจและผลิตนอกชายฝั่ง ซึ่งการใช้พื้นที่บนเรือขนส่งสินค้า (deck cargo) มีการใช้ประโยชน์เพียง 63.57% ในปัจจุบัน การขนส่งสินค้าไปยังแท่นผลิตหลายแห่งยังคงใช้เส้นทางตรง ซึ่งต้องพึ่งพาเรือรับส่งพนักงานในการขนย้ายพนักงานและขับเครนยกสินค้าที่แท่นผลิต สำหรับสินค้าในประเภท bulk cargo แม้ว่าจะมีการขนส่งตามความจุของเรือในแต่ละรอบ แต่บางครั้งแท่นขุดเจาะปลายทางไม่สามารถรับสินค้าได้เนื่องจากยังไม่มีการใช้สินค้าและพื้นที่ไม่เพียงพอในการรับสินค้าเพิ่ม งานวิจัยนี้เสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการขนส่ง โดยการลดจำนวนรอบการขนส่งจาก 4 รอบเหลือ 3 รอบต่อสัปดาห์ และปรับปรุงเส้นทางการเดินเรือโดยใช้ทฤษฎี spoke-hub distribution ในการรวมสินค้าให้เหมาะสมที่แท่นผลิตที่คัดเลือก พร้อมใช้เรือรับส่งพนักงานในการกระจายสินค้า อีกทั้งยังใช้ระบบการวางแผนความต้องการวัสดุ (MRP) สำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้า bulk cargo เพื่อลดต้นทุนการใช้น้ำมันของเรือขนส่ง ผลลัพธ์จากการจำลองสถานการณ์พบว่าแนวทางนี้สามารถลดต้นทุนการใช้น้ำมันได้ระหว่าง 26.74% ถึง 28.43% การปรับปรุงที่เสนอไม่เพียงแต่จะช่วยลดต้นทุนการขนส่ง แต่ยังเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการใช้พื้นที่บนเรือขนส่ง อีกทั้งยังช่วยลดภาระการขนส่งเกินความจำเป็นและเพิ่มความสามารถในการรองรับสินค้าในแต่ละรอบได้มากขึ้น ทำให้กระบวนการขนส่งสินค้าทางเรือมีความยั่งยืนและมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ Generative AI อย่างมีจริยธรรมในการทำวิจัยและการเขียนทางวิชาการเพื่อการตีพิมพ์ของนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร อันนำมาสู่การจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการใช้ Generative AI อย่างมีจริยธรรมในการทำวิจัยและการเขียนทางวิชาการ ดำเนินการศึกษาโดยใช้เทคนิควิจัยเชิงปริมาณ สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการกำหนดคุณสมบัติแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) มีขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 125 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสองกลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (t-test Independent) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีลักษณะการใช้ Gen. AI สำหรับการทำวิจัยอยู่ในระดับ “น้อย” เหมือนกันกับการทำบทความวิจัยเมื่อพิจารณาถึงการยอมรับได้ถึงการใช้ Gen. AI อย่างมีจริยธรรม (Ethic) สำหรับการทำวิจัยอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” เช่นเดียวกันกับการทำบทความวิจัย ในส่วนระดับความรู้และเข้าใจ Gen. AI (Understand) ของนิสิตนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” แต่ในส่วนของระดับการประเมินผล Gen. AI (Evaluate) อยู่ในระดับ “มาก” ที่สำคัญปัจจัยทางด้านระดับการศึกษา ระดับความรู้และเข้าใจ Gen. In response to the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, many research groups have addressed the urgent need to develop effective interventions against the virus by focusing on the SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro). The Mpro is a conserved viral enzyme essential for antiviral drug development. This study employed an integrated computational strategy combining ligand-binding pathway exploration and machine learning-based QSAR modeling to design potent SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitors based on organoselenium (ebselen) and thioester scaffolds. South Korea’s persistently high youth suicide rate presents an urgent public health challenge, particularly among high school students facing extreme academic pressure and deeply rooted cultural expectations. While the South Korean government has introduced various national mental health policies and school-based initiatives, many adolescents remain reluctant to seek help due to stigma, shame, and fears of burdening others—barriers that are intensified by collectivist cultural values. This study examines how suicide prevention programs in Seoul’s high schools align with national policy goals and address cultural factors influencing adolescent help-seeking behaviour. Developing an electrokinetic (EK) barrier to hinder mangrove seedlings from heavy metal (HM) absorption is a novel technology for conducting mangrove reforestation within contaminated environments. The objectives of this study were (1) to investigate mangrove seedlings in a saltwater environment under the presence of a micro-electric field with HM exposure, and (2) Discover the effects of HM exposure on the morphological changes of the seedlings in accordance with time. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกและวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพในการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกของภาคการบินของประเทศไทย ทั้งในเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ โดยเน้นสองแนวทางหลักได้แก่ การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานของอากาศยาน และการใช้เชื้อเพลิงอากาศยานแบบยั่งยืน (SAF) โดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ประเมินของ IPCC ร่วมกับแบบจำลองการประมาณการใช้เชื้อเพลิง โดยเป็นการคำนวณในระดับ Tier 3 ซึ่งครอบคลุมทั้งช่วงการขึ้นลง (LTO) และช่วงขณะทำการบิน (Cruise) การศึกษานี้ได้วิเคราะห์ภาพอนาคตในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2568–2593 ผ่าน 3 ภาพอนาคตได้แก่ (1) ภาพการเติบโตตามปกติ (Business as Usual, BAU) (2)ภาพ Efficiency and SAF Adoption Scenario (ESS) และ (3)ภาพ Accelerated Decarbonization Scenario (ADS) โดยแต่ละภาพอนาคตมีสมมติฐานที่แตกต่างกันในด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของอากาศยานและสัดส่วนการใช้ SAF โดยในภาพ ESS และภาพ ADS สมมติให้มีการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพอากาศยานสูงสุด 15% และใช้ SAF ในสัดส่วน 50% และ 70% ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2593 ตามลำดับ ในขณะที่ BAU มีการปรับปรุงในระดับต่ำ ผลการศึกษาระบุว่า ภาพอนาคต BAUที่ไม่มีมาตรการเพิ่มเติม การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกในปี พ.ศ. 2593 จะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 32 ล้านตันคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า (million tonnes of CO2 equivalent, MtCO2e) ขณะที่ภาพ ESS และภาพ ADS จะสามารถลดการปล่อยได้เหลือประมาณ 14 MtCO2e และ 9 MtCO2e ตามลำดับ โดยมีการใช้ SAF ประมาณ 5,612 ล้านลิตรในภาพ ESS และ 7,854 ล้านลิตรในภาพ ADS จากผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า SAF …

The global success of K-pop has significantly influenced the development of T-pop, especially in terms of production model, artist training, visual aesthetics, and digital marketing strategies. However, despite K-pop's rapid global expansion, T-pop's growth, especially in the Chinese market, remains limited. This study explores how T-pop can borrow successful elements of K-pop's business model to enhance its appeal among young Thai Chinese. The study adopted a mixed methods approach, combining quantitative data obtained through an online questionnaire survey of 396 Chinese university students in Thailand and qualitative insights obtained through interviews with five music industry professionals. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาระบบประเมินความพร้อม Internal Compliance Program (ICP Readiness Assessment Platform) เพื่อสนับสนุนการกำกับดูแลการค้าสินค้าสองทาง (Dual-Use Items: DUI) ของประเทศไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดทำระบบ ICP ในภาคเอกชน การศึกษาเชิงปริมาณดำเนินการกับกลุ่มผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 200 ราย โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) และการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรหลัก พบว่ามีปัจจัยสำคัญ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การกำกับดูแลกิจการและความเป็นผู้นำ (Corporate Governance and Leadership Oversight: CGLO), (2) กรอบกฎระเบียบภายนอก (External Regulatory Frameworks: ERF), (3) อิทธิพลจากห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain Influence: SCI), และ (4) แนวโน้มธุรกิจที่ส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและจริยธรรม (Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethical Practices: CSR) นอกจากนี้ การมีระบบ ICP ภายในองค์กรยังมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของระบบ ICP (Higher Firms’ Performance of ICP)ในส่วนของการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารหน่วยงานรัฐทำให้ได้ข้อค้นพบเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรใหม่อีก 1 ตัว คือ “ผลประโยชน์และสิทธิพิเศษที่ได้รับจากการเข้าร่วม ICP (Benefits and Privileges of Participating in ICP)” ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจจัดทำระบบ ICP ของบริษัทเอกชน ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการพัฒนา แพลตฟอร์มประเมินความพร้อมระบบ ICP (ICP Readiness Assessment …

Childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (cSLE) is an autoimmune disease caused by immune system dysfunction, leading to the formation and accumulation of immune complexes and proinflammatory cytokines and affecting to tissue damage and abnormalities in multiple organ systems, respectively. The Akt signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the survival and proliferation of cancer cells and has emerged as an attractive target for anticancer drug development. This study aimed to modify and enhance the efficacy of resveratrol in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Five resveratrol derivatives (RD) were evaluated for their anticancer activity and their ability to target the Akt/mTOR pathway in NSCLC cell lines, specifically A549 and H23. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis revealed that two derivatives, RD2 and RD3, had very similar chemical structures but exhibited different levels of cytotoxicity.
