การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการฝึกพิลาทีสต่อสมรรถภาพปอดและความมั่นคงของกล้ามเนื้อแกนกลางลำตัวในสตรีวัยหมดประจำเดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีวัยหมดประจำเดือน อายุ 45-59 ปี จำนวน 24 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 12 คน ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มทดลอง ได้รับการฝึกพิลาทีส ครั้งละ 60 นาที 3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นระยะเวลา 6 สัปดาห์ และกลุ่มที่ 2 กลุ่มควบคุม ใช้ชีวิตประจำวันตามปกติ ไม่ได้รับการฝึกใด ๆ โดยก่อนและหลังการทดลองผู้วิจัยทำการทดสอบตัวแปรด้านสรีรวิทยา ตัวแปรด้านสมรรถภาพปอด ตัวแปรด้านความมั่นคงของกล้ามเนื้อแกนกลางลำตัว และตัวแปรด้านความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อหายใจ จากนั้นนำค่าที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติ โดยวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างก่อนและหลังการทดลอง โดยการทดสอบค่าทีแบบรายคู่ (Paired t-test) และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่ม โดยการทดสอบค่าทีแบบอิสระ (Independent t-test) ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดลอง 6 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มฝึกพิลาทีสมีการเพิ่มขึ้นของค่าปริมาตรการหายใจปกติ (TV) ค่าปริมาตรสูงสุดของอากาศที่หายใจออกอย่างเร็วและแรงเต็มที่ (FVC) ค่าปริมาตรของอากาศที่ถูกขับออกในวินาทีแรกของการหายใจออกอย่างเร็วและแรงเต็มที่ (FEV1) ค่าปริมาตรของอากาศจากการหายใจเข้า-ออกเต็มที่ในเวลา 1 นาที (MVV) และค่าแรงดันการหายใจออกสูงสุด (MEP) แตกต่างกับก่อนการทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับตัวแปรด้านความมั่นคงของกล้ามเนื้อแกนกลางลำตัว พบว่ากลุ่มฝึกพิลาทีส ค่า Trunk flexion test (TFT) ค่า Side-bridge test ข้างซ้าย (SBL) ค่า Side-bridge test ข้างขวา (SBR) ค่า Trunk extension test (TET) ค่า Plank test (PT) ค่า Curl-up test (CUT) และ ค่าความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อหลัง เพิ่มขึ้นแตกต่างกับก่อนการทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม …

นวัตกรรมการสร้างสรรค์ตราสินค้าเครื่องแต่งกายบุรุษสตรีทแวร์ จากสิ่งทอเส้นใยตาล สำหรับกลุ่มเซนเนียลเจเนเรชั่น ด้วยแนวคิดการออกแบบหมุนเวียน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาสิ่งทอเส้นใยตาล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเริ่มจากศึกษาคุณสมบัติคุณลักษณะของเส้นใยตาลที่ได้จากการเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตรและนำมาทดลองแปรรูปเพื่อเป็นสิ่งทอ จากการศึกษาพบว่าคุณลักษณะของเส้นใยตาลมีความยาว 7-14 เซนติเมตร มีสีเหลืองเมื่อแห้งจะเปลี่ยนเป็นสีน้ำตาล และมีความกระด้าง จากการทดลองสามารถทำให้เส้นใยมีความนุ่มขึ้นด้วยการนำไปต้มกับน้ำขี้เถ้าในปริมาณ ขี้เถ้า 500กรัม น้ำ 15 ลิตร ต่อเส้นใย 300 กรัม และนำมาทอผสมกับฝ้ายเพื่อเป็นสิ่งทอโดยใช้อัตราส่วนดังนี้ อัตราส่วนที่ 1 เส้นใยตาล 50% ผสมฝ้าย 50% สิ่งทอที่ได้มีควากระด้างมาก อัตราส่วนที่ 2 เส้นใยตาล 30% ผสมฝ้าย 70% สิ่งทอที่ได้มีความกระด้างน้อยลง และอัตราส่วนที่ 3 เส้นใยตาล 15% ผสมฝ้าย 85% สิ่งทอที่ได้มีความนุ่มอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเจน สามารถนำไปผลิตเป็นสินค้าไลฟ์สไตล์เช่น เสื้อผ้า กระเป๋า หมวก รองเท้า นอกจากนี้สิ่งทอจากเส้นใยตาลที่ได้สามารถเป็นวัสดุทางเลือกที่ช่วยลดขยะทางการเกษตร ทำให้เกิดการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าเป็นวัสดุทางเลือกที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน

การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะน้ำเกินในผู้ที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว เพศชายและหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด โดยจับคู่ให้มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกันในเรื่องเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 30 คน โดยกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติและกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพร่วมกับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะน้ำเกิน และแบบสอบถามประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับหัวใจล้มเหลวและภาวะน้ำเกิน ผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .95 และ .80 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้วยสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะน้ำเกินในผู้ที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวในกลุ่มทดลองหลังได้รับโปรแกรมพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะน้ำเกินในผู้ที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวที่ได้รับโปรแกรมพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-T cells) have shown a prominent success in hematologic malignancies and are being widely investigated to overcome heterogeneity and immune suppressive environment in solid tumors. B7 homolog 3 (B7H3), an overexpressed antigen across multiple cancers with restricted expression on normal tissues, serves as a potential target for CAR T cells therapy. Consuming alcoholic beverages is well-known to have a part in causing inflammation and obstructing the function of the digestive system, and it may lead to leaky intestines. However, the relationship between alcohol consumption and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) remains a subject of controversy continued. In general, alcohol can promote intestinal bacterial dysbiosis and also result in endotoxin release by Gram-negative bacteria. This stimulates many immune cells to produce inflammatory cytokines in the gut. วัตถุประสงค์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของผลิตภัณฑ์รองเท้าฟุตบอลและเครื่องมือการตลาดดิจิทัลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์รองเท้าฟุตบอลของผู้บริโภคชาวไทยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคคลที่มีสัญชาติไทยผู้มีประสบการณ์ในการซื้อรองเท้าฟุตบอล อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม Google Form ที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างค่าคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ พบว่าค่าที่ได้คือ 0.9 และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.84 ผู้วิจัยเก็บแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จาก กลุ่มของเฟซบุ๊ค โดยคัดเลือกกลุ่มสำหรับแลกเปลี่ยนข่าวสารและซื้อขายรองเท้าฟุตบอล ได้แก่ 1) สตั๊ดของแท้ หายาก ราคาถูก 2) รองเท้าสตั๊ดหายาก - ของแท้ - ราคาถูก ซื้อ-ขาย 3) พวกบ้า Mizuno Nike Adidas Thailand 4) Adidas Football TH 5) Nike Football TH II วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติในการทดสอบสมติฐาน ใช้ค่าสถิติสมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ โดยตั้งระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่ 0.05ผลการวิจัย เมื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านผลประโยชน์หลัก ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์พื้นฐาน ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่คาดหวัง ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นส่วนเพิ่มเติม ปัจจัยด้านศักยภาพเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ การตลาดผ่านช่องทางการเสิร์ช การตลาดผ่านการประชาสัมพันธ์ออนไลน์ การตลาดแบบพันธมิตร การตลาดโฆษณาด้วยรูปภาพ และการตลาดผ่านสื่อสังคม ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์รองเท้าฟุตบอลของผู้บริโภคชาวไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และการตลาดผ่านอีเมล ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์รองเท้าฟุตบอลของผู้บริโภคชาวไทยสรุปผลการวิจัย ปัจจัยด้านผลประโยชน์หลัก ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์พื้นฐาน ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่คาดหวัง ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นส่วนเพิ่มเติม ปัจจัยด้านศักยภาพเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ การตลาดผ่านช่องทางการเสิร์ช การตลาดผ่านการประชาสัมพันธ์ออนไลน์ การตลาดแบบพันธมิตร การตลาดโฆษณาด้วยรูปภาพ และการตลาดผ่านสื่อสังคม ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์รองเท้าฟุตบอลของผู้บริโภคชาวไทย

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะผู้ส่งสารในโฆษณา (ได้แก่ มิติด้านความเชี่ยวชาญ มิติด้านความน่าไว้วางใจ และมิติด้านความน่าดึงดูดใจ) และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคตราสินค้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น (ได้แก่ ทัศนคติต่อโฆษณา ทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า และความตั้งใจซื้อของผู้บริโภค) และ 2) อิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะผู้ส่งสารในโฆษณาต่อพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคตราสินค้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จาก 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุระหว่าง 24 - 44 ปี ที่เคยซื้อและใช้งานสินค้าเครื่องปรับอากาศ Daikin ภายในช่วงเวลา 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 110 คน และ 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุระหว่าง 24 - 44 ปี ที่เคยซื้อและบริโภคสินค้าบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป Nissin ภายในช่วงเวลา 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 110 คน รวมทั้งหมด 220 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะผู้ส่งสารในโฆษณาที่เป็นผู้มีชื่อเสียงที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมมากที่สุด คือ มิติด้านความน่าดึงดูดใจ ขณะที่คุณลักษณะผู้ส่งสารในโฆษณาที่เป็นตัวการ์ตูนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมมากที่สุด คือ มิติด้านความเชี่ยวชาญ นอกจากนั้น คุณลักษณะผู้ส่งสารในโฆษณาที่เป็นผู้มีชื่อเสียงที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคตราสินค้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นมากที่สุด คือ มิติด้านความน่าดึงดูดใจ และคุณลักษณะผู้ส่งสารในโฆษณาที่เป็นตัวการ์ตูนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคตราสินค้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นมากที่สุด คือ มิติด้านความเชี่ยวชาญ

Self-medication is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the use of medicines to treat self-recognized symptoms or ailments without consulting a physician. Self-medication practice was found among children either self-practice or with caregiver assistance. This study aimed to assess the prevalence and patterns of self-medication practice in children. This study utilized systematic review and meta-analysis by searching papers published during 2013 to 2022 in PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Embase. The two sets of keywords “children” and “self-medication” or “non-prescription” were used. It was found that 4,333 articles were retrieved. This research was aimed at precisely estimating the probabilities associated with the presence of Salmonella and E .coli contamination in feed at the entry of broiler and broiler breeder farms. The samples were taken from four different farms during six weeks located in Chonburi Province, Thailand. เอกัตศึกษาเล่มนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากฎหมายของไทยและเวียดนาม ตลอดจนปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการลงทุนทางตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และเพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของกฎหมายของไทยและเวียดนาม ตลอดจนปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการลงทุนทางตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผู้ศึกษาได้เปรียบเทียบสิทธิประโยชน์ตามพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการลงทุน พ.ศ. 2520 กับกฎหมายการลงทุน ปี พ.ศ. 2563 (The Law on Investment 2020) ของเวียดนาม รวมถึงปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการลงทุนทางตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของไทยและเวียดนาม ได้แก่ ความตกลงการค้าเสรี สัญญาว่าด้วยการเก็บภาษีซ้อน อัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศ เสถียรภาพทางการเมือง ประชากร และภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อทราบความแตกต่างของกฎหมายของไทยและเวียดนาม ตลอดจนปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการลงทุนทางตรงต่างประเทศของไทยในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อได้แนวทางในการส่งเสริมการลงทุนทางตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของประเทศไทย จากการศึกษาพบว่า มาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนตามกฎหมายส่งเสริมการลงทุนของประเทศไทยและประเทศเวียดนามในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความแตกต่างกัน โดยมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนของเวียดนามในบางเรื่องให้สิทธิประโยชน์มากกว่ามาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนของไทย นอกจากนี้ เวียดนามยังมีความได้เปรียบในปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการลงทุนทางตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับประเทศไทย ปัจจัยเหล่านั้นได้แก่ การจัดทำความตกลงการค้าเสรี อัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศ เสถียรภาพทางการเมือง และประชากร

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์และข้อถกเถียงเพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์การก่อตัวของการเกิดสนามวาทกรรม “ความผิดเพศ” ภายใต้บริบท “สังคมนิยมชาย” ในสังคมไทย โดยมุ่งศึกษาภาคปฏิบัติการของสนามวาทกรรม “ความผิดเพศ” ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่เป็นการปะทะกันระหว่างชุดวาทกรรมรักต่างเพศและชุดวาทกรรมรักเพศเดียวกันแบบคู่ตรงข้าม เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และการเกิดความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อกลุ่มเกย์เพศชายกลุ่มต่างๆ ในสังคมไทย ผ่านการวิเคราะห์สื่อทางสังคมในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ และสื่อวัฒนธรรมป๊อป อาทิ ละครชุด ภาพยนตร์ บทเพลง หรือหนังสือ ตลอดจนการแสดงออกเชิงสัญลักษณ์อย่างเทศกาลไพรด์ รวมไปถึงการวิเคราะห์ชุดวาทกรรมทางการอย่าง “กฎหมาย” ได้แก่ ร่างพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์เพื่อการสมรสเท่าเทียม และร่างพระราชบัญญัติคู่ชีวิต ที่สังคมไทยยังคงมีปัญหาด้านตัวบทกฎหมายการเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมและการได้รับความคุ้มครองทางสิทธิและเสรีภาพของกลุ่มเกย์ที่มีข้อจำกัด สะท้อนให้เห็นการแย่งชิงพื้นที่ทางวาทกรรมในสนามวาทกรรมความผิดเพศที่นำไปสู่การเกิดความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อกลุ่มเกย์ ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มเกย์เพศชายในสังคมไทย ยังคงได้รับผลกระทบจากสนามวาทกรรม “ความผิดเพศ” โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการได้รับความคุ้มครองด้านสิทธิเสรีภาพและการเข้าถึงสิทธิตามกฎหมาย และขาดกฎหมายที่รองรับการแสดงออกและการเข้าถึงสิทธิของกลุ่มผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศที่นำไปสู่การเกิดความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อเกย์เพศชายกลุ่มต่าง ๆ โดยงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ได้สร้างคุณูปการทางวิชาการด้านการศึกษาวาทกรรมและการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม และสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายทางเพศ ตลอดจนสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านอาชญาวิทยาเกี่ยวกับความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อกลุ่มเกย์ให้เกิดความชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงทดลองทางคลินิก (Clinical Trial) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีน้ำตาลและมวลน้ำตาลในขนมหวานที่มีชื่อเสียงประจำจังหวัดในประเทศไทย โดยรายชื่อขนมหวานได้รับการคัดเลือกจากการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) ให้เป็นขนมหวานประจำจังหวัด 10 ชนิด ได้แก่ โรตีสายไหม ข้ามหลาม เฉาก๊วย ข้าวแต๋นน้ำแตงโม ขนมโมจิ กะละแม ขนมหม้อแกง ขนมปังชีสเชคสับปะรด กะหรี่ปั๊บ และขนมสาลี่ จากร้านค้าผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายที่เป็นที่นิยมของนักท่องเที่ยวประจำจังหวัด 3 อันดับแรก 10 จังหวัด จำนวน 30 ร้านค้า วิเคราะห์คุณค่าทางโภชนาการ ด้วยวิธี High performance liquid chromatography method วิเคราะห์การปนเปื้อน เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพความปลอดภัยของขนมหวานทางกายภาพและจุลชีววิทยา ด้วยวิธี High performance liquid chromatography method, Total plate count และ Yeast and Mold count ตามลำดับ และศึกษาวัดค่าดัชนีน้ำตาลและมวลน้ำตาลในขนมหวาน ด้วยวิธีเก็บตัวอย่างเลือดในอาสาสมัครสุขภาพดี จำนวน 96 คน สุ่มอาสาสมัครเป็น 8 กลุ่มๆ ล่ะ 12 คน หลังรับประทานขนมหวานที่มีปริมาณคาร์โบไฮเดรต 50 กรัม (1 หน่วยบริโภค) เปรียบเทียบกับสารละลายน้ำตาลกลูโคสมาตรฐาน (Baseline) เพื่อหาระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดที่เวลา 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 และ 120 นาที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณค่าทางโภชนาการของขนมหวานให้พลังงาน คาร์โบไฮเดรตและน้ำตาลค่อนข้างสูง มีขนมหวานที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คุณภาพความปลอดภัย จำนวน 8 ชนิด ได้แก่ โรตีสายไหม ข้าวหลาม ข้าวแต๋นน้ำแตงโม ขนมโมจิ ขนมหม้อแกง ขนมปังชีสเชคสับปะรด กะหรี่ปั๊บ และขนมสาลี่ มีค่าดัชนีน้ำตาล (Glycemic Index; GI) ในขนมหวาน …

This study aimed to assess the efficacy of an educational program utilizing Facebook and Line platforms in mitigating alcohol consumption intentions among such workers in Bangkok. Utilizing a randomized controlled trial methodology, the study focused in Bangkok. A total of forty-four participants were allocated into either the intervention (n=22) or control (n=22) groups. This study evaluated M1 and M2 macrophage polarization in human periapical cysts and granulomas through an immunohistochemical analysis and investigated the correlation between the macrophage polarization and histopathological diagnosis, clinical features and lesion volume using cone-beam computed tomography. The periapical biopsies histopathologically diagnosed as radicular cyst (n=52) and periapical granuloma (n=51) were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Immuno-expressions of CD68 and CD163 were quantified. The CD68/CD163 ratio was adopted to represent M1 or M2 macrophage polarization. Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment (aMCI) is the deterioration of cognitive function, where those with the amnestic subtype have memory decline and may conversion to Alzheimer’s disease. This study is both a systematic review and meta-analysis on 3.798 MCI individuals and 6.063 healthy controls and a case-control study. The case-control study included 121 MCI and normal volunteers aged 60-75. Collectively, the dissertation aimed to explore the relationship between biomarkers, psychological symptoms, and neuropsychological assessment in MCI. การก่อสร้างแผ่นผนังคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปส่วนใหญ่จำเป็นต้องติดตั้งชุดงานระบบ (เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, และสุขาภิบาล) ซึ่งถูกฝังภายในผนังคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูประหว่างกระบวนการผลิต ดังนั้นการติดตั้งงานระบบอย่างถูกต้องมีคุณภาพดีส่งผลให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไรก็ตามการติดตั้งงานระบบด้วยคนงานยังคงก่อให้เกิดปัญหาจากความไม่ชำนาญหรือประสบการณ์ของคนงานในการเลือกอุปกรณ์และตำแหน่งของการวางชิ้นงาน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของการติดตั้งชิ้นส่วนงานระบบในแผ่นผนังคอนกรีตโดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีโลกเสมือนจริง ระบบตรวจสอบจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก คือระบบตรวจสอบชนิดของวัสดุงานระบบและระบบตรวจสอบตำแหน่งและลำดับการติดตั้งวัสดุงานระบบ โดยงานวิจัยมีขั้นตอนการพัฒนาระบบดังนี้ การปรับแต่งโมเดลปัญญาประดิษฐ์ด้วย Mask R-CNN, การประมวลผลรูปภาพด้วย Instant Segmentation, การพัฒนาระบบสำหรับปฏิบัติการบนเครื่อง Microsoft HoloLens, การพัฒนาระบบโอนถ่ายข้อมูลด้วย Restful API และทดสอบระบบการติดตั้งชิ้นส่วนงานระบบบนโมเดลกรณีศึกษา ผลวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบสามารถตรวจสอบการติดตั้งระบบบนโมเดลกรณีศึกษาแผ่นผนังคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีความจริงเสมือนแบบผสมร่วมกับโมเดลปัญญาประดิษฐ์ Modified Mask R-CNN โดยการทดสอบกำหนดเกณฑ์ผ่านคือ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่มากกว่า 80% สำหรับการตรวจสอบชนิดวัสดุ และเกณฑ์ผ่านสำหรับการตรวจสอบตำแหน่งและลำดับการติดตั้งวัสดุคือ ค่าความคล้ายกันมากกว่า 80% โดยการตรวจสอบในแต่ละขั้นตอนใช้ระยะเวลาอยู่ที่ 15-25 วินาที และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนเฉลี่ยสำหรับแสดงผลโมเดลสามมิติน้อยกว่า 0.5 เซนติเมตร

Water, a green solvent in organic synthesis, poses challenges due to its high polarity, leading to poor solubility of organic compounds. To address this challenge, employing amphiphiles to create nanoreactors enhances homogeneity and reaction efficiency. Recently, catanionic vesicles generated by combining oppositely charged amphiphiles, have shown promise as alternative nanoreactors. However, their full potential remains unexplored. In this study, we designed novel CatAnionic vesicles derived from N,N-dialkyldithiocarbamates (DTCs), synthesized through a one-step condensation with excellent yields. Objectives: Our study aimed to explore the effects of a therapeutic lifestyle modification (TLM) intervention on cardiometabolic health, sexual functioning, and health-related quality of life in perimenopausal Chinese women. Methods: This was a 12-week, two-parallel arm, randomized controlled trial conducted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine, Kunming City, China. Ninety-four eligible perimenopausal women aged between 40 and 55 years were randomly assigned to either a TLM intervention or usual care at a 1:1 ratio.
