This study explores the emotional disconnect between cultural heritage brands and Gen Z users in the digital environment, seeking to create online emotional connection without compromising the abundant cultural legacy. Focusing on the FT Rose brand, firmly established in Qiang culture and unique rose advantages, it utilizes digital ethnography, interviews, and grounded theory. The Emotional-Digital Misalignment (EDM) model pinpoints four primary disconnects: aesthetic, emotional tone, narrative, and platform grammar. This study explores the awareness of the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for College Students in Thailand among Thai college students studying Chinese and examines the motivational and influential factors that affect their willingness to participate. A mixed research method was used. Primary data was collected using a structured questionnaire, interviews and onsite observations, supplemented by secondary data from research papers and online sources. In total, 170 valid questionnaires and 10 interviews were analyzed. AbstractThis study uses Mount Putuo in Zhejiang, China, and Mount Doi Suthep in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as case studies to compare and analyze the development models, cultural connotations, and tourist experiences of "meditation tourism" in the two countries. The research aims to explore the resource composition, development path, and the tension between commercialization and sacredness faced by meditation tourism within the context of Buddhist culture.The study finds significant differences between meditation tourism in China and Thailand: Mount Putuo adopts a "government-led, standardized management" model, while Mount Doi Suthep follows a "community self-governance, natural development" path. This study investigates the correlation between English proficiency and pragmatic transfer in the compliment responses (CRs) of Chinese EFL learners. It aims to (1) compare the CR strategies used in L1 (Chinese) and L2 (English) across different English proficiency levels, and (2) examine how proficiency influences the degree of pragmatic transfer in L2. A sequential mixed-methods design was employed. Thirty Chinese English learners were divided into three IELTS-based proficiency groups (Advanced, Upper-Intermediate, and Intermediate). Based on the changing context of “DIY”, the study further explores the perspectives of independent artists and independent labels in Bangkok, with the aim of mapping the current value chain and business model of Bangkok’s indie music scene. The study is qualitative research. This study examines the Sino-Thai co-produced series My Stand-In as a case of cultural translation and dissemination of Chinese Danmei (Boys’ Love) fiction through transnational screen adaptation. It analyzes narrative transformation, localization, and cultural reproduction across three levels: text, industry, and audience. Reviewing the development of Chinese Danmei from 2006 to 2025, the study shows that My Stand-In exemplifies a collaborative production model in which Chinese platforms provide financing and distribution while Thai teams lead production. This study uses the Rao-san-ling Festival of the Bai people in Dali as a case to examine how festival tourism contributes to the transmission of Bai intangible cultural heritage (ICH) and the creation of sustainable economic value. A qualitative research approach is employed, drawing on literature review, archival materials, and semi-structured interviews with 11 inheritors, organizers, community members, and tourists in the festival area for data collection and coding analysis. The findings reveal that the Rao-san-ling Festival features a complete ritual structure and prominent cultural elements—such as Dabenqu and the Bawangbian dance—which form significant cultural symbols of the event. This thesis explores the competitiveness of Thai durian exports to China amid intensifying regional rivalry. Its objectives are threefold: (1) to evaluate Thailand's internal strengths and weaknesses; (2) to identify opportunities and threats in the Chinese market; and (3) to benchmark Thailand against Vietnam and Malaysia to formulate strategic recommendations. This paper examines the developmental context, stage characteristics, and shortcomings of “Only Henan: The Dramatic Fantasy City”, immersive theater in China through literature review, case analysis, and online text analysis. Research findings indicate that Only Henan achieves strong audience immersion and cultural dissemination through its narrative construction, spatial design, and operational model. This study examines the social media communication strategies of the Bangkok National Museum (BNM) and evaluates their effectiveness in engaging Chinese audiences within a “producer–consumer” framework. Employing a mixed-methods design, the research integrates a questionnaire survey of 200 Chinese respondents with a semi-structured interview with the Museum Director. Quantitative results show that audiences hold highly positive cognitive and emotional evaluations of BNM’s Facebook and Instagram content, particularly its educational and cultural value; however, behavioral intentions, including interaction, recommendation, and cultural product purchase, remain comparatively low. This study examines how intangible cultural heritage (ICH) integrates into cultural tourism through the case of traditional Thai massage. Employing qualitative methods in using interviews and field observations, it delves into Chinese tourists' motivations, perceptions, and authenticity evaluations. Findings reveal tourists are driven by multiple factors—psychological escape, physical recovery, health consciousness—while strongly attracted by UNESCO heritage status and ritualized spaces. This study investigates how storytelling elements within a traditional cultural intellectual property (IP) drive consumer engagement in the global context. Using Black Myth: Wukong—a modern adaptation of Journey to the West—as the central case, the research examines how plot, character, and verisimilitude influence the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of player engagement.A hybrid thematic analysis of 431 comments from Bilibili and YouTube reveals that narrative components activate engagement through distinct mechanisms: plot induces a cognitive–affective–behavioral loop, characters trigger emotional–behavioral transformation, and verisimilitude creates a cognition–behavior bridge. This randomized controlled trial with repeated measures aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated application supported MBCT program in reducing depression among adolescents with NSSI. The sample consisted of 96 participants who met the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to either the experimental group or control group, with 48 participants in each group. Human head lice (Pediculus humanus capitis) are medically significant ectoparasites due to their capacity to harbor pathogenic bacteria and the increasing prevalence of insecticide resistance. A total of 112 head lice specimens were collected from children in Ang Thong, central Thailand. Phylogenetic analysis of the mitochondrial cytb gene identified two well-supported clades, with clade A (69.2%) predominating over clade C (30.8%) in the studied population. Molecular screening revealed a high incidence of bacterial associations, with Staphylococcus aureus detected in 96.4% of specimens and Acinetobacter spp. in 2.7%. The 2024 Doctor of Medicine curriculum at Chulalongkorn University introduced a new assessment system comprising outcome-based assessment system with milestones, a non-tiered grading model with recognition of excellence, a professional development dashboard (PDD), remediation with re-examination, and a faculty-level student profile (FLSP). This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional survey design, complemented by a sequential exploratory element, to compare student and faculty perspectives using a questionnaire across five themes, analyzed with descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U tests, and effect sizes (ES). Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has revolutionized the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Nevertheless, relapse due to loss of CD19 expression remains a major clinical challenge. CD22 serves as an alternative target because of its consistent expression on malignant B cells, even in CD19-negative disease. Optimization of CD22-directed CAR design is therefore critical to enhance antitumor potency and persistence. Two novel anti-CD22 CAR constructs were generated from monoclonal antibody clones 24A7G6 and 29H9C8, each incorporating either a 4-1BB or CD28 costimulatory domain. With the high prevalence of mental health issues, especially among college students, research on help-seeking behaviour is needed. This study aims to investigate the theory of planned behaviour, as well as social stigma and self-stigma as extended factors, in predicting help-seeking intention. Help-seeking intention was measured through the intention to use free-of-charge mental health services provided by the university. This research focuses on Chinese mothers accompanying their children to study in Thailand, exploring their life experiences, identity transformation, and social adaptation within this transnational educational migration phenomenon. A mixed research method (questionnaire survey and interviews) was employed, systematically analyzing data from 151 questionnaires and 13 interviewed mothers. Results show that these accompanying mothers generally possess high levels of education and economic capability, with most abandoning their original professions for their children's education, forming a transnational family structure of husband remaining in China, wife accompanying her child in Thailand. A potentiometric aptasensor was developed for the rapid and label-free detection of Escherichia coli (E. coli), a major food- and water-borne pathogen of public health concern. The sensor utilized a laser-induced graphene (LIG) electrode fabricated by laser engraving on a polyimide substrate, followed by modification with an ion marker, coating with a carboxylated poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC–COOH) membrane, and immobilization of an E. coli-specific aptamer. Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) has become an economically valuable crop with a wide range of benefits. To promote more sustainable agricultural systems, the use of recycled substrates has increasingly replaced traditional fertilizers. However, substrates such as dry chicken manure, vermicompost, and wastewater sludge (WWS) combined with biochar often contain heavy metal contaminants, which may pose health risks through exposure to hemp. Water contamination, particularly from antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, is a significant environmental challenge necessitating the development of new remediation solutions. A promising technique for eliminating CIP from the environment is photocatalysis. The synthesis of C,N-doped TiO2 embedded within magnetite mesoporous silica (MSI) composites is prepared to serve as a promising semiconductor catalyst for photodegradation under visible illumination. Tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT), glucose, and urea are used as precursors in the sol-gel synthesis process, which controls elemental ratios to produce a unique mesoporous composite material intended to improve antibiotic photodegradation in the presence of visible light. This study provides a comprehensive assessment of rainfall over Thailand during the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) event using 41 years of monthly data (1982-2022) from meteorological stations, including total rainfall, average temperature, average wind speed, and average wind direction. The data were processed using Python by estimating spatially dependent monthly variables using inverse distance weighting. Total rainfall during ENSO events lasting more than two years was estimated by calculating ZSI12and analyzing the variable's significance using an inception time for classification model. Protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in financial transactions presents ongoing challenges, particularly in achieving a balance between strong security, fine-grained access control, and system efficiency. Existing approaches often rely on complex cryptographic operations that strain end-user devices or lack the flexibility needed for decentralized environments. Although blockchain provides advantages such as auditability and tamper resistance, its use is often limited by high computational costs and latency.
