Background: Premature sexual intercourse among adolescent can be linked to HIV and sexual transmitted diseases and unintended pregnancy. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and factors associated with safe sex behaviors among adolescent vocational students in Nakhn Ractchasima province, Thailand. Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study(n=332) was conducted from August-October 2018 by using self-administered questionnaire. Bivariate (Chi-square test) and multivariate analysis ( logistic regression) were performed to identified the factors associated with safe sex behaviors among adolescent vocational students in Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between brand equity and behavioral intentions (i.e., repurchase, recommend) as well as the moderating role of consumer determinants (i.e., trust, satisfaction, perceived electronic word-of-mouth) in this relationship within hedonic and utilitarian high-involvement product settings. The study employs a quantitative approach in which the cross-sectional survey was made to collect the data in Bangkok, Thailand. น้ำมันเมล็ดมะรุมเป็นแหล่งของกรดไขมันไม่อิ่มตัวเชิงเดี่ยวที่ดี และมีฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพสูง งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาการสกัดน้ำมันจากกากเมล็ดมะรุมหลังการสกัดเชิงกลด้วยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาวะเหนือวิกฤต โดยทำการทดลองในช่วง 40-70 องศาเซลเซียส และ 150-300 บาร์ที่อัตราการไหลคงที่ 10 กรัมต่อนาที เป็นเวลา 300 นาที ในเครื่องสกัดขนาด 130 มิลลิลิตร ร้อยละผลได้น้ำมันของเมล็ดมะรุมโดยใช้เครื่องอัดสกรูเดี่ยว คือ ร้อยละ 12.50 กากเมล็ดมะรุมมีน้ำมันเหลือ ร้อยละ 12.31 จากการสกัดด้วยปิโตรเลียมอีเทอร์แบบซอกห์เลต ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์ประกอบของกรดไขมันของน้ำมันจากกากเมล็ดมะรุมที่สกัดด้วยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาวะต่าง ๆ และการสกัดด้วยตัวทำละลายมีองค์ประกอบที่ใกล้เคียงกัน โดยมีกรดโอเลอิกปริมาณมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 ภาวะที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการสกัดด้วยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาวะเหนือวิกฤต คือ ความดัน 300 บาร์ อุณหภูมิ 60 องศาเซลเซียส สามารถสกัดน้ำมันได้ร้อยละผลได้สูงสุด คือ ร้อยละ 10.46 ซึ่งคิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.97 ของปริมาณน้ำมันที่เหลืออยู่ในกากเมล็ดมะรุม และมีความสามารถในการละลาย คือ 9.59 กรัมน้ำมันต่อกิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ และฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบสูงสุด คือ ร้อยละ 91.02±0.62 และ 42.87±2.89 ตามลำดับ และมีปริมาณ แอลฟา-โทโคฟีรอลสูงสุด คือ 246.06 มิลลิกรัม/100 กรัมของน้ำมัน

แรงงานก่อสร้าง เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง จากแนวโน้มการขยายตัวของอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง ทำให้เกิดความต้องการแรงงานและที่พักแรงงานเพิ่มมากขึ้น ผู้ประกอบการหรือบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง จะต้องรับหน้าที่จัดเตรียมที่พักสำหรับแรง งานก่อสร้าง เพื่อเป็นแหล่งพักอาศัย ทำให้เกิดความสะดวกต่อการทำงานและการควบคุมบริหารงานก่อสร้าง โดยเฉพาะโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ที่ต้องอาศัยแรงงานจำนวนมากในการดำเนินงาน แต่จากการศึกษางานวิจัยที่ผ่านมา พบว่า ลักษณะที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้าง ร้อยละ 70 มีการจัดพื้นที่และใช้วัสดุในการก่อสร้างต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน ไม่ได้รับการจัดการเรื่องสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยที่ดี รวมถึงสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ที่ควรได้รับ งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิด วิธีการ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้างของ 2 บริษัทที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างที่มีการจัดที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ในเขตเมืองของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดที่พักแรงงาน รวมถึงทัศนคติของแรงงานก่อสร้าง และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษาแบ่งได้เป็น 4 ส่วนหลัก ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 แนวคิดในการจัดการที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้างของ 2 บริษัทที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา ผู้ดำเนินการจัดการที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้างโดยมุ่งเน้นเรื่องคุณภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ด้วยการจัดที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้างให้มีสุขลักษณะ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี ซึ่งส่งผลให้แรงงานทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และยังช่วยป้องกันปัญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงาน ส่วนที่ 2 วิธีการจัดการที่พักแรงงานก่อสร้าง ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 12 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1.การเลือกทำเลที่ตั้ง 2.การจัดผังบริเวณ 3.การก่อสร้าง (โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน สาธารณูปโภค และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก) 4.การจัดแรงงานเข้าพักอาศัย 5.การจัดการเดินทาง 6.การจัดการสุขลักษณะ 7.การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม 8.การจัดการความปลอดภัย 9.การบริการรักษาพยาบาล 10.กฎระเบียบและบทลงโทษ 11.การสื่อสารและอบรมให้ความรู้ 12.การจัดการงบประมาณ ส่วนที่ 3 ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการ พบว่า มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องการหาทำเลที่ตั้งที่เหมาะสม ภายใต้งบประมาณและพื้นที่ในเมืองที่จำกัด และปัญหาจากพฤติกรรมส่วนบุคคลของแรงงานเอง และส่วนที่ 4 ทัศนคติของแรงงานก่อสร้าง พบว่า แรงงานมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการพักอาศัยในที่พักที่จัดให้ทั้ง 2 บริษัทที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพของนิสิต นักศึกษาด้านความรู้ ทักษะ ประสบการณ์ในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ อินเตอร์เน็ต สภาพการเรียนการสอนในปัจจุบันและสภาพที่มุ่งหวัง 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันโดยใช้การเรียนรู้ด้วยปัญหาเป็นฐานและเทคนิคซินเนคติกส์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบ 4) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบ ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการพัฒนารูปแบบ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 คน นิสิต นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิตจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาครัฐบาลและเอกชนจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนิสิต/นักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้เรียนด้านความรู้ ทักษะและประสบการณ์ในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ตและสภาพการเรียนการสอนในปัจจุบัน 2) แบบประเมินโดยใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมแบบรูบริค 3) แบบประเมินรับรองรูปแบบ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนจากรูปแบบ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิตจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันฯ และ 2) เกณฑ์วัดและประเมินความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมแบบรูบริค ใช้ระยะเวลาทดลอง 8 ครั้ง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ค่า ANOVA รูปแบบการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ (Repeated Measures Designs) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. รูปแบบคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันโดยใช้การเรียนรู้ด้วยปัญหาเป็นฐานและเทคนิคซินเนคติกส์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถทางนวัตกรรมของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) วิธีการเรียนการสอน 2) เนื้อหา 3) แหล่งทรัพยากรเรียนรู้ 4) การวัดและประเมิน 5) ผู้อำนวยความสะดวก 6) เครื่องมือคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและสื่อ โดยมี 8 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การรับรู้และให้คำนิยามของปัญหา 2) การวิเคราะห์ 3) การอภิปราย 4) การกำหนดแนวทางแก้ปัญหา 5) การค้นคว้าและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 6) การแก้ปัญหา 7) การแบ่งปัน และ 8) การวัดและประเมินผล 2. …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาผลของความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนกลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งโดยใช้การสร้างแผนผังออนไลน์ร่วมกับแท็กคลาวด์ (2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในช่วงก่อนเรียน ระหว่างเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนกลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งโดยใช้การสร้างแผนผังออนไลน์ร่วมกับแท็กคลาวด์ และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนระหว่างนักเรียนกลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งแบบออนไลน์กับนักเรียนกลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งโดยใช้การสร้างแผนผังออนไลน์ร่วมกับแท็กคลาวด์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนมัธยมวัดธาตุทอง จำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งโดยใช้การสร้างแผนผังออนไลน์ร่วมกับแท็กคลาวด์ และกลุ่มควบคุมที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งแบบออนไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) แบบวัดความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (2) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม และ (3) ระบบการเรียนรู้ด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างข้อโต้แย้งโดยใช้แผนผังออนไลน์ร่วมกับแท็กคลาวด์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Repeated Measured ANOVA ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าระหว่างเรียนและก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (2) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถในการให้เหตุผลทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่านักเรียนกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
