Students in university settings require English academic vocabulary to succeed in academic English (Phoocharoensil, 2015). Vocabulary learning strategies (VLS) are tools to help learners acquire and improve vocabulary knowledge (Nation, 2001), and an examination of the dynamic nature of employing VLS should be conducted (Gu, 2020). Dynamic assessment (DA) is an alternative assessment that consistently and systematically combines assessment and instruction to help learners reach their zone of proximal development (ZPD) by using mediation from more competent others (Lantolf & Poehner, 2004). สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการแปลการเล่นคําจากหนังสือ The Unofficial Harry Potter Joke Book: Great Guffaws for Gryffindor ของ Brian Boone จากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย ตัวบทเป็นการนำเสนอมุกตลกหลากหลายรูปแบบในบริบทของหนังสือและภาพยนตร์ชุดเรื่องแฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์ ซึ่งการนำเสนอมุกตลกนั้นมีการใช้การเล่นคำที่โดดเด่น การแปลการเล่นคำในคู่ภาษาที่มีลักษณะการใช้ภาษาที่แตกต่างกันนั้นมีความท้าทายและไม่อาจทำได้ง่าย ผู้วิจัยนำแนวทางการแปลการเล่นคำของเดิร์ก เดอลาบาสติตา มาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการแปลการเล่นคำในตัวบท ประกอบกับการศึกษาโครงสร้างและบทบาทการเล่นคำในภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย และแนวทางการนำเสนอความตลกในบริบทภาษาไทย เพื่อให้เข้าใจลักษณะการเล่นคำและสามารถถ่ายทอดบทแปลที่รักษาไว้ซึ่งการเล่นคำและความตลกได้อย่างเหมาะสม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การแปลเพื่อรักษาการเล่นคำในตัวบทมุกตลกซึ่งเป็นเป้าหมายหลักของสารนิพนธ์เล่มนี้ สามารถทำได้โดยใช้แนวทางการแปลการเล่นคำของเดิร์ก เดอลาบาสติตา และคำนึงถึงลักษณะการเล่นคำที่เหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในภาษาไทย รวมถึงสร้างสรรค์ความตลกในบทแปลตามแนวทางการนำเสนอความตลกที่รวบรวมโดยนารีรัตน์ บุญช่วย จึงทำให้สามารถถ่ายทอดบทแปลที่คงไว้ซึ่งการเล่นคำที่ใกล้เคียงกับต้นฉบับและสร้างความตลกสนุกสนานให้กับผู้อ่านบทแปลได้

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอประมวลศัพท์การตลาดบริการซึ่งประกอบด้วยศัพท์เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การวางแผนการตลาดบริการ การวัดคุณภาพและการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของการให้บริการ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทฤษฏีที่เกี่ยวข้องและกระบวนการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ เพื่อนำประมวลศัพท์ที่ได้มาใช้เป็นเอกสารอ้างอิงสำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขา นักศึกษา นักการตลาด นักแปล ล่าม รวมถึงบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจศึกษาทางด้านการตลาดบริการ การจัดทำประมวลศัพท์การตลาดบริการนั้นได้มีการอ้างอิงทฤษฏีและแนวทางในการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ที่นักศัพทวิทยาได้นำเสนอไว้ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) การกำหนดหัวข้อ วัตถุประสงค์การศึกษา ขอบเขตการศึกษา และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (2) การทบทวนวรรณกรรมทางศัพทวิทยาและศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตลาดบริการ (3) การสร้างคลังข้อมูลภาษาและการดึงศัพท์จากคลังข้อมูล (4) การสร้างมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ของศัพท์ในสาขาการตลาดบริการ และ (5) การจัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลศัพท์เบื้องต้น การจัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลศัพท์ รวมถึงการเขียนคำนิยามเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการกำหนดศัพท์เทียบเคียงในภาษาไทย ประมวลศัพท์การตลาดบริการประกอบด้วยศัพท์ทั้งหมด 31 คำ โดยจัดเรียงตามกลุ่มมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ และลำดับของมโนทัศน์ในมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ การนำเสนอศัพท์แต่ละคำประกอบด้วยศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ ศัพท์ภาษาไทย ประเภทของคำทางไวยากรณ์ ขอบเขตข้อมูลที่พบศัพท์ มโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์พร้อมคำอธิบายบริบทที่พบศัพท์ นิยามศัพท์ รูปศัพท์อื่น และข้อมูลอ้างอิง

This research investigates the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, represented by ESG scores, and Probability of Financial Distress Risk (FDR), as proxied by Ohlson O-Score, for firms operating in the Asia-Pacific region from 2010 to 2022. In addition, the aforementioned relationship during economic crisis and the level of market development is also investigated. The findings reveal a negative association between ESG performance and the probability of FDR in which the increase in ESG performance reduces the likelihood of FDR. This study investigates the impact of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on corporate financial performance in Japan, with a particular focus on the role of environmental regulations. We hypothesize that while lower GHG emissions generally enhance financial performance, the benefits diminish beyond a certain point. Additionally, we examine how stringent environmental regulations influence this relationship. We use total GHG emissions and total GHG emissions per company’s enterprise value including cash (EVIC) as the proxies. This paper examines how financial liberalization, institutional quality, and mobile banking adoption affect the probability of a banking crisis using a panel of 36 countries over the period 2000 – 2021. Our key inference is that the relationship between financial liberalization and the probability of a banking crisis is depended in institutional quality. In strong institutional quality countries, the impact of financial liberalization on the probability of a banking crisis is a concave curve, increasing the likelihood of a crisis at low to moderate liberalization levels and reducing it at medium to high levels. The purpose of this research was to study perceptions and experiences of sexual harassment among 355 LGBTQ students in the University. Data was collected by self-administer questionnaire to find perceptions and experiences of sexual harassment. Descriptive, Pearson’s Chi-square and Fisher exact were performed to describe and determine the associations. The research findings indicate that the majority of research participants were perceived to sexual harassment at a moderate level. There was a moderate tolerant attitude towards sexual harassment, and there were experiences of verbal, non-verbal, and physical sexual harassment at a moderate level. Factors Associated With Glycemic Control Level Among Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients At Public Health Centers In Bangkok, Thailand, Uraiwan Thamkhuru

Background: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus becomes a major health problem in many countries. Consequently, Type 2 DM is one of important public health problems in Thailand. In 2019, there are 14,025 registered cases of Type 2 DM that received health care services at 68 Public Health Centers, Bangkok Metropolitans Administration while 7,283(52%) of them were uncontrolled blood sugar; HbA1C ≥ 7% , and 6,742 (48%) were control blood sugar level; HbA1C <7% (BMA, 2019). Objective: This study aims to determine the proportion of uncontrolled and controlled level of glycemic control, to explore levels of self-efficacy, self-care behaviors, and social support, and to identify the influencing factors on Glycemic Control among Type 2 DM patients at Public Health Centers in Bangkok, Thailand. Last, this study aims to describe which social support channels that Type 2 DM patients at Public Health Centers in Bangkok, Thailand acquires. Method: A Cross-sectional Study was used in this study. 411 participants from 5 Public Health Centers, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) was conducted in this study by face-to-face interview based on the questionnaire. Sampling technique, this study used purposive sampling and simple random sampling technique. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the characteristics of participants. The bivariate analysis was used to identify factors associated (a crude odds ratio) with glycemic control level (p-value < 0.2). A multivariable model (binary logistic regression analysis) was used to identify factors associated (an adjusted odds ratio) with the dependent variable (glycemic control level). The association was declared significant at p-value < 0.05. Result: 214 (52.1%) of participants were controlled glycemic level (HbA1C<7%), while 197(47.9%) of participants were uncontrolled glycemic level (HbA1C ³ 7%). Most of the Participants had medium self-efficacy 248(60.3), medium self-care behavior 248(60.3), and moderate social support 129(31.4). Adjusted Odds Ratio of uncontrol glycemic control increased with higher level of self-efficacy, self-care behavior, and social support. 110(55.8) of participants who acquired social support from the doctor (secondary social support group) with control glycemic level (HbA1C <7%). 52(44.4) of participants who acquired social support from their family (primary social support group) with control glycemic level (HbA1C <7%). Conclusion: The findings of this study could be used to develop an intervention program for Type 2 DM patients, patient group, family, friends, and public health volunteers at Public Health Centers in Bangkok (BMA)in order to improve the glycemic control level.

This experimental research examines the effect of management’s perspective on auditors’ judgment when they review management discussion and analysis (MD&A). This study predicts that prompting management’s perspective would benefit auditors by enabling them to more accurately review MD&A whether or not the MD&A is materially misstated. Contrary to our expectations, prompting auditors with a management’s perspective will backfire. The results find that auditors prompted by management's perspective are significantly more likely to accept MD&A that has an abnormally positive tone. In other words, auditors are less likely to ask management to alter MD&A that has such abnormally positive language. Management’s …

การบังคับใช้กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทำให้ธุรกิจต้องพัฒนาคุกกี้แบนเนอร์เพื่อเก็บการให้ความยินยอม แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังไม่พบงานวิจัยในประเทศไทยที่สามารถแนะนำลักษณะการออกแบบของคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ที่ผู้แวะชมยินยอมให้บันทึกข้อมูล โดยเฉพาะการบันทึกคุกกี้ที่ไม่จำเป็น งานวิจัยนี้วิเคราะห์ตัวแปรทางการออกแบบของคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ที่มีผลต่อการยินยอมให้บันทึกคุกกี้ไม่จำเป็นเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ให้สามารถโน้มน้าวผู้แวะชมให้ยินยอมบันทึกคุกกี้ไม่จำเป็น การศึกษานี้มุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ผลของ (1) ตำแหน่งคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ (2) ความเคลื่อนไหวของโลโก้บนคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ และ (3) การแสดงคำว่าคุกกี้บนปุ่มของแบนเนอร์ ต่อ การยินยอม การศึกษานี้เป็นการทดลองในสภาพตามจริง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ผลกระทบของ (1) ตำแหน่งคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ (2) ความเคลื่อนไหวของโลโก้บนคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ และ (3) การแสดงคำว่าคุกกี้บนปุ่มของแบนเนอร์ ต่อ การยินยอม ไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทว่าเมื่อผู้วิจัยลองวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการยินยอม เมื่อมีและไม่มีความเคลื่อนไหวของโลโก้บนคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ จำแนกตามเพศ ผู้วิจัยพบว่า การยินยอมของหน่วยทดลองเพศชาย เมื่อโลโก้บนคุกกี้แบนเนอร์มีและไม่มีความเคลื่อนไหว แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ข้อสรุปจากงานนี้ต่อยอดองค์ความรู้การวิจัยในบริบทของการออกแบบคุกกี้แบนเนอร์โดยผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องอาจใช้ผลการวิจัยนี้เพื่อออกแบบคุกกี้แบนเนอร์ได้ถูกต้องและไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

This research aims to study male consumers' brand equity of Chanel. A qualitative method was used to collect data through 12 in-depth interviews. The respondents are 12 Thai male millennials, who are aged between 23 - 38, living in Bangkok, Thailand, and have purchased a product from Chanel within the last 12 months. The findings of this study indicate that male consumers had a good brand recall of Chanel. This individual study explores the Filipino Consumer Perceptions of Thai Fashion Brand GENTLEWOMAN and the quality of the brand’s activism messaging through social media. The data was collected using in-depth interviews on 10 respondents, Filipino females, aged between 20 to 35, the average target consumer of GENTLEWOMAN products. The findings suggest that Filipino Consumers have a very positive perception of GENTLEWOMAN. They find the price to be good, regardless of whether it was purchased through the gray market or through official distribution. The objective of this research is to explore the purchase behavior toward luxury fashion brands among Thai Generation Y consumers during the economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research utilized a qualitative approach to gather information from 10 key informants aged 31 to 42, residing in Thailand and spending more than 500,000 Thai baht annually on luxury fashion products. The findings indicate that Thai Gen Y consumers are active followers of economic news and current events, as they consume news on a daily basis and discuss it with their social circle. The objectives of this research are as followed: to explore Brand image and customer loyalty toward Haidilao Thailand and to investigate the relationship between the two variables. The study collected two hundred fifty-eight participants who is living in Bangkok for at least three months, aged between 20 and 50, and who have dined at Haidilao in the past three months. The findings reveal a positive perception of Haidilao's brand image among respondents (M = 3.89). The objective of the paper is to study the effects of perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived enjoyment (PE), perceived cyber risks (PCR) of AI chatbots on the purchase intention (PI) of EVs among consumers in China. This survey research examines the influences of millennial consumers' perceived value and attitude on usage intentions towards spa. An online questionnaire was developed to collect data from 207 male and female respondents, aged between 27 and 39 years, living in Thailand, with prior experience of at least one spa within the last six months. ในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ 2) เพื่อออกแบบและทดลองใช้กระบวนการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่นำองค์ความรู้จากการศึกษาบทความวิจัย ตำรา และเอกสารต่างๆ เพื่อสร้างกระบวนการการฝึกอบรมผ่านกระบวนการแบบกลุ่ม (Focus Group) และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) จากบุคคล 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ จำนวน 5 ราย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 3 ราย และนักวิชาการด้านวาทนิเทศ จำนวน 2 ราย เพื่อนำไปสู่การออกแบบการฝึกอบรม โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรวมจำนวน 13 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ ประกอบด้วย 5 คุณลักษณะ ได้แก่ 1) Identity เอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตนที่ชัดเจน 2) Consistency ความสม่ำเสมอ 3) Creativity ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 4) Content เนื้อหา และ 5) Sincere ความจริงใจ ซึ่งทั้ง 5 คุณลักษณะดังกล่าวต้องมีความน่าเชื่อถือ (Ethos) และสร้างอารมณ์ร่วม (Pathos) ให้กับผู้ติดตาม ในขณะที่ความเป็นเหตุเป็นผล (Logos) กลับลดความสำคัญลง เช่นเดียวกับ การจัดเรียง (Arrangement) การออกแบบเพื่อความสวยงาม (Style) การนำเสนออย่างเป็นระบบ (Delivery) ส่วนการคิดค้นเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจ (Invention) การพูดหรือการแสดงเพื่อสร้างการจดจำ (Memor) ยังคงเป็นประเด็นที่สำคัญอยู่ เช่นเดียวกับการสื่อสารเชิงวจนะภาษา Verbal และ และอวจนะภาษา Non-Verbal นั่นเอง นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่า 2) การออกแบบและทดลองใช้กระบวนการฝึกอบรมในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ นั้น คุณลักษณะที่มีสำคัญในการฝึกอบรมทุกกิจกรรมได้แก่ Identity เอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตนที่ชัดเจน รองลงมาได้แก่ Creativity ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ Content เนื้อหา และ Sincere …

Methods: A cross-sectional study conducted using an online survey in English operated through the Google platform by convenience sampling among overseas Chulalongkorn University students. The sample size was calculated by the Yamane formula with a minimum sample size of 297 after adding 10% compensation. โรคติดต่อหลายโรครวมถึงโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา2019, วัณโรค และโรคไช้หวัดใหญ่สามารถแพร่กระจายการติดต่อได้ทางละอองชีวภาพจากผู้ป่วย การศึกษาเพื่อการหามาตรการจัดการที่เหมาะสมที่แต่เดิมใช้วิธีการตรวจหาการแพร่กระจายของจุลชีววิทยาและการปนเปื้อนของโลหิตถูกเปลี่ยนไปเป็นหลักการฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก การรักษาทางทันตกรรมนับว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหัตถการที่ก่อให้เกิดละอองฝอยดังกล่าว แต่พบว่ามีการศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศัลยกรรมช่องปากจำนวนน้อยมาก โดยส่วนใหญ่งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องของละอองชีวภาพที่เกิดจากทันตกรรมจะมุ่งไปที่การรักษาในทางทันตกรรมหัตถการและปริทันต์ งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์คือต้องการที่จะใช้หลักการฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็กในการวัดปริมาณของละอองชีวภาพที่เกิดขึ้นจากหนึ่งในกระบวนการศัลยกรรมช่องปากคือการตัดฟัน โดยงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นไปในรูปแบบการทดลองตัดฟันในระบบปิดจากการใช้เครื่องมือ 3 ชนิด คือ 1.หัวกรอเร็ว 2.เครื่องพีโซอิเล็กทริค 3.หัวกรอไมโครมอเตอร์ เป็นเวลา 1 นาที และวัดปริมาณละอองชีวภาพที่เกิดขึ้นในรูปแบบของ ฝุ่นละออง PM1, PM2.5 และ PM10 ด้วยเครื่องวัดอนุภาคในอากาศ โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่าการใช้เครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชนิดในการตัดฟันสามารถสร้างละอองชีวภาพขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 ปริมาณละอองชีวภาพทั้ง PM1, PM2.5 และ PM10 สูงสุดเกิดจากการใช้หัวกรอเร็วตามมาด้วยการใช้เครื่องพีโซอิเล็กทริคและหัวกรอไมโครมอเตอร์ตามลำดับ โดย ณ เวลาที่ปริมาณละอองชีวภาพสูงสุดของแต่ละการใช้เครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชนิดจะมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 และการใช้หัวกรอเร็วจะต้องการเวลามากที่สุดโดยใช้เวลา 16 นาที 40 วินาที เพื่อให้ค่าละอองชีวภาพกลับสู่ค่าเริ่มต้น ในขณะที่การใช้เครื่องพีโซอิเล็กทริคใช้เวลา 13 นาที 20 วินาที และการใช้หัวกรอไมโครมอเตอร์จะใช้เวลา 8 นาที 20 วินาที นอกจากนี้จากการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการตัดฟันโดยการใช้หัวกรอไมโครมอเตอร์จะสร้างละอองชีวภาพน้อยที่สุดและไม่เกินข้อกำนดคุณภาพอากาศในอาคารขององค์การอนามัยโลก ขณะที่การใช้หัวกรอเร็วและเครื่องพีโซอิเล็กทริคจะสร้างละอองชีวภาพในปริมาณที่สูงกว่าข้อกำหนดคุณภาพอากาศในอาคารดังกล่าว การจัดการอากาศอย่างเหมาะสมควรจะถูกพิจารณามาใช้เพื่อป้องกันการติดต่อโรคติดเชื้อทางอากาศ โดยเฉพาะในระหว่างการใช้หัวกรอเร็วและเครื่องพีโซอิเล็กทริคในการตัดฟัน และควรจะมีการกำหนดมาตรฐานระดับปริมาณของละอองชีวภาพที่เหมาะสมในคลินิกทันตกรรม

This paper aims to examine how US-China trade war impacts on Thailand's electronics industry which is important to Thai economy in term of export. The study uses input-output table to show the connection of Thailand's electronics sector with other industry through its participation in global value chain. Moreover, the study uses a Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model by using the reclassified General Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) database to simulate the results from the set-up scenarios. This study aimed to study the self-directed learning in online English reading of secondary school students after they attended a CALL (Computer-assisted language learning) learner training. The ten-week training was designed based on the framework of Knowles (1975) and Romeo & Hubbard (2011) which included three types of sessions--training, consultation, and self-learning. The training sessions were structured using six steps of self-directed learning and included three parts: pedagogical training, strategic training, and technical training in each session.
