Social Ecological Factors Influencing Participation In Workplace Health Promotion Programming Among University Employees, Emily Frank
Walden Dissertations and Doctoral Studies
Workplace health promotion programming (WHPP) promotes healthy behaviors in employees, reduces negative health risks, reduces overall healthcare costs, and improves workplace outcomes. The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore factors that influenced participation in WHPP among university employees through a social ecological lens. Thirteen university employees participated in semi-structured interviews through Zoom. Interview questions explored …

This phenomenological study explored the perceptions of employees in governmental academic offices concerning the leadership styles that motivate them to be productive and engaged. Utilizing Bernard Bass’s leadership styles, the study examined how these approaches influence employee motivation in the workplace. Ecological Factors And Minority Young Adults’ Trust In Law Enforcement, Jason Boswell
Walden Dissertations and Doctoral Studies
Throughout the past decade, studies have shown that the relationship between police organizations and community members has developed mistrust as more citizens begin to document misconduct by law enforcement officers. Studies have also proven that community members trust the police when they feel the police are fair and just.
