Kekerasan seksual pada anak (KSA) merupakan aktivitas seksual yang melibatkan anak-anak oleh orang yang lebih dewasa. Perbuatan ini mengakibatkan trauma, baik fisik, psikis, sosial, maupun perilaku. Fenomena ini tidak selalu terlaporkan mengingat keadaan, kesediaan atau keberanian korban untuk melaporkan, dukungan keluarga untuk mempertahankan laporan ke polisi, dan kepedulian berbagai pihak pada perlindungan anak. Demi melindungi anak maka diperlukan suatu strategi preventif untuk mengantisipasi meluasnya kasus tersebut. This paper intends to clarify the particular issues relating to paragraph 19 of the United Nations Millennium Declaration, on resolving city slum problems. State capture has emerged as a global threat in several countries. The definitions vary from the act of rent-seeking to corruption. Russia, Ukraine, and some countries in Central Asia are several areas where state capture was first observed. Indonesia is not immune from the threat. Several misconducts in the country had already been labeled as state capture. There are some distinctions between state capture and corruption, whereas in a few countries both are considered as the same. Strategies for combating corruption usually involve reducing state capture.

This study offers an alternative design of income tax system namely Pro Corporate Cash-flow Tax (PCCFT). The PCCFT is developed from the angle of Supplyside Tax Policy concept. The study analyzes the restaurant tax levied on Warung Tegal1 in DKI Jakarta and provides solutions for such. Descriptive-qualitative approach (Creswell, 2009) is used, employing both interview and library research. Results suggest that restaurants of every type, including Warung Tegal, have been taxed since 2003. The controversy was caused by negligence of excise officers in socializing the law and blow-ups by the media. The feared concomitant problems of the policy enactment are: revenue threshold exempted from the taxes is too low and the collection system is inefficient. Using Logistic Regression and Hedonic Price Model, this study aims to find the social-economic factors influencing the demand and willingness to pay (WTP) for clean water supply and proper sanitation. This study find that education and age of household head are the affecting factors. Also, it found that per capita expenditure affects the availability of access for sanitation and clean water for all household group. WTP for clean water and sanitation in urban is greater than in rural. In additions, WTP of non poor households are greater than poor household, except for urban area.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development (CD) programs are now a legal requirement that should be implemented by corporations after the enactment of UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 with the limited liability company. Especially for mining and oil corporations, CSR and CD programs are strategic and significant in order to develop good and reciprocal relationships between corporation and its stakeholders. Antidiabetic activity of ciplukan (Physalis angulataL.) herb has a lot to do, as an extracts and infusions, proven to reduce blood sugar levels in rats or mice induced by alloxan. The research objective was to evaluate the antidiabetic effect and identify the content of the chloroform fraction ciplukan herb eluated with methanol-ammonia.
