Research indicates that accountability system has not been effectively implemented yet and the pattern is found out to be bureaucratic. In order to revitalize this system, we should emphasize and pay more attention on: (1) the improvement of capacity in strategic planning formulation process, and (2) the effectiveness of performance monitoring and evaluation. To accelerate both, the support of proper Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) and e-Government system is of vital importance. Upaya menurunkan prevalensi kurang gizi pemerintah membuat program Keluarga Sadar Gizi (Kadarzi). Cakupan Kadarzi Kota Depok tahun 2011 rendah (12,7%) dan prevalensi gizi kurang, pendek, kurus berturut-turut 7,89%, 7%, 4,75%. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap status gizi balita 6 - 59 bulan berdasarkan Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure (CIAF). Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder hasil survei Kadarzi 2011. Survei dilakukan di sebelas kecamatan Kota Depok menggunakan desain cross sectional. Otitis media supuratif kronis merupakan penyakit telinga umum di negaranegara berkembang. Komplikasi otitis media supuratif kronis tipe bahaya mempunyai tanda dan gejala klinis yang khas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profil penderita otitis media supuratif kronis (OMSK) tipe bahaya di RSUP H. Adam Malik. Penelitian deskriptif terhadap 119 penderita dari tahun 2006-2010. Sekitar 28,57% penderita dijumpai pada tahun 2010, sekitar 31,93% terjadi pada usia 11-20 tahun, sekitar 53,78% laki-laki, dan sekitar 38,66% pada telinga kanan. This study was conducted primarily to measure the relationship between career program, career development and personal outcomes using self-administered questionnaires gathered from employees who have worked at a Sabah local government in Borneo. The outcomes of testing research hypothesis using a stepwise regression analysis showed two important findings: firstly, relationship between career program (i.e., planning and management) and career development positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. This study examines the impact of earnings management to impression management in Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A). Earnings management is measured using an index that includes accrual discretional, income smoothing, and loss avoidance reporting. Impression management is measured using an index that includes the use of self-serving attribution and accounting explanation bias. Impression management data are obtained by content analysis of the MD&A sections of 594 annual report companies in the period between 2004 and 2009. There are two theories: Cyber-Optimist that argues internet social media is significant in changing a rezim and Cyber-Realist that believes internet is a status quo regime's arsenal in controlling their citizen. Based on cyber-optimist argument, this article believes that internet social media is not supporting the authoritarian government of Husni Mubarak in Egypt, but as the citizen's arsenal to change the authoritarian government of Husni Mubarak.

Penelitian kesesuaian pelaksanaan sistem tanggap darurat di PT X menjadi upaya untuk mempersiapkan proses tanggap darurat. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif analitik ini menggunakan dua jenis data meliputi data primer yang didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder melalui telaah dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi sistem tanggap darurat di PT X Perusahaan Pelayanan Gas dan Minyak, ditinjau dari National Fire Protection Association 1600 (NFPA 1600) tahun 2012. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan kesesuaian implementasi sistem tanggap darurat PT X berdasarkan NFPA 1600 adalah 36,23%, sedangkan ketidaksesuainya adalah 37,60%. Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Kabupaten Pati bergerak fluktuatif dan menunjukkan status tertinggi pada tahun 2011 dengan 126 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan kematian ibu di Kabupaten Pati dan menganalisis faktor risiko kematian maternal di Kabupaten Pati Tahun 2011. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan observasional analitik dengan metode kasus kontrol. Jumlah sampel adalah 24 untuk setiap kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil dari penelitian adalah tiga penyebab utama kematian ibu di Kabupaten Pati adalah penyakit jantung, preeklamsi/eklamsi, dan perdarahan. The Mx gene is an antiviral gene used to determine the resistance or the susceptibility to different types of viruses, including the Avian Influenza (AI) virus subtype H5N1. The AI virus subtype H5N1 infection in chickens causes Mx gene polymorphism. The Mx+ gene shows resistant to the AI virus subtype H5N1, whereas the Mxgene shows signs of susceptible.
