Hijab makin dikenal di Indonesia justru ketika maknanya terus berubah seiring konteks penggunaannya. Dampaknya, terjadi peningkatan produksi sekaligus konsumsi, hingga hijab menjadi tren mode. Dalam konsep Jean Baudrillard, hijab lantas menjadi hiperriil, dengan representasi makna yang juga terus-menerus berubah hingga menjadi hiperrealitas. Hijab kemudian ‘menggantikan’ jilbab, sekaligus memutus hubungan dengan realitas jilbab sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan mewawancarai 268 keluarga yang memiliki anak remaja yang dipilih secara acak di daerah kumuh perkotaan dan daerah pedesaan pada bulan Maret – Mei 2015. Using linear and asymmetric models and by studying the association of crude oil and stock price, this article aims to explain about the short-term responses of Indonesian sector stock indices to crude oil price changes. Besides, we also try to figure out whether there are asymmetric responses within. The purpose of this study is to get value-BLI Better Life Index as a measure of multidimensional development in Indonesia, and to analyze the relationship between BLI with the human development index HDI, regional development index IPR, and economic growth. BLI formation method through three stages: normalization, weighting, and aggregation. The results show that Indonesia’s BLI is in the lower-middle class. Province of Jakarta, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Riau and South Sumatra with the highest value of BLI.
