This handwritten account statement is for visits made to "CG" by Mrs. J. P. Darden from May to July 1869 at a total cost of thirty-two dollars. Payment was received by N. L. Junie on January 25, 1870. The back of the statement bares Mrs. Darden's name and several scribbled variations of "Your friend T. L. Darden" at the bottom of the page.

The top edge and the right edge of the paper is jagged from having been torn. The back of the contract has the word "Adopted" written sideways on the left edge and includes what appears to be doodles and a partial calculation of numbers. The
