Calhon Estate as brought forth to the court by Calhoun's son, William Henry Calhoun as a complaint against his mother, Jane S. Calhoun and his siblings. The settlement decrees the division of property, both real and personal, as well as shares in the Mobile Ohio Railroad Company. A deed for the decree was filed by Chancery Court Clerk, W. H. Bacon, per H. Norlus Jones on October 6, 1870.
