The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the effects of outdoor STEM education on creative problem-solving competencies, and 2) to study the best practices in outdoor STEM education to develop creative problem-solving competencies. The sample consisted of 9th-grade students. The research approach used for this study is action research. The rising prevalence of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) among Enterobacteriaceae in livestock presents a significant threat to both animal and human health. This study investigates the antibiotic resistance profiles of Enterobacteriaceae isolated from 160 samples collected from the lymph nodes of healthy pigs in Armenia. Fifty isolates were identified, including Escherichia coli (24), Klebsiella spp. (10), Salmonella spp. (6), Raoultella ornithinolytica (4), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (4), and Proteus mirabilis (2). Resistance was evaluated using the disk diffusion method against 22 antibiotics from nine classes. Taiping Island is an important sea turtle nesting site in Taiwan. However, information on the nesting ecology on Taiping Island is still limited. The present study was conducted between 26 April and 3 June 2023 with the objective of collecting primary data on the sea turtle species that nest on the island. A total of 20 individual nesting green turtles were identified. No other sea turtle species were recorded nesting during this period. Five percent of nesting sea turtles had external tumors. Poor growth in intrauterine and extrauterine life and inadequate protein supplementation in babies during the first weeks of premature babies are linked to long-term growth failure and poor brain development. The calorie requirements of premature newborns cannot always be fulfilled, even with routine and traditional fortification. This is because traditional fortification procedures rely on the presumed well-known composition of human milk rather than the calculated one. Background: Delayed access to services for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) can worsen outcomes. This hospital-based, cross-sectional study aimed to identify factors associated with delayed access to ACS care in Yala Province, Southern Thailand.

Methods: The study analyzed ACS patients from community hospitals in Yala Province, enrolled between October 1, 2018, and September 30, 2021, using data from the Yala ACS Registry and HosXp Database. Background: Ya-Hok-Sing is a traditional Thai polyherbal medicine used by Singhanakhon healers, Thailand. This study aimed to provide scientific evidence supporting the traditional use of Ya-Hok-Sing as an anti-fever remedy.

Methods: The chemical fingerprinting and in vitro toxicity of Ya-Hok-Sing were investigated using the Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole time-of-flight-Mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS) method and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The clinical efficacy of Ya-Hok-Sing for fever relief was examined using a case series of five patients following treatment from a traditional Thai healer.
