Writing skills are one of the skills that must be mastered by language learners. As an effort to improve writing skills, the researcher uses the Task Based Language Teaching (TBLT) approach. The impact of morphological awareness on reading proficiency has been neglected and there has been much focus on researching the impact of phonological awareness on reading skills. The aim of this study was to examine reading errors among second-grade Emeriti students by mapping a threefold paradigm (i.e., difficulty level, lexical category, and reading error patterns). The purpose of this study was to identify and assess the misconceptions of grade 12 students in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) concerning the electrical potential of spherical conductors in physics. This study employed a two-tier multiple choice testing strategy to assess student misconceptions. The participants consisted of 200 grade 12 science students, including 100 male and 100 female students, drawn from UAE public high schools. The findings showed that the students held a variety of misconceptions regarding the electrical potential of spherical conductors. This research purposes to investigate the use of evidence-based behaviorism instructional strategies with effect size in the education of students with special needs from inservice special education teachers' point of views in Kuwait's public inclusive elementary schools. A developed questionnaire survey included some variables (i.e. nationality, age, marital status, education qualification, teaching experience, direct instruction, functional behavioral analysis, and assessment, evaluation and feedback) to measure 120 inservice special education female teachers' point of views that randomly selected. Stereotypes about mathematicians that conflict with ``traditionally feminine" identities are widely held by people from middle-school-age onwards, and can influence their participation in mathematics and related fields. Simply being exposed to women in mathematics is not enough to change students' perceptions of mathematicians, and may even decrease girls' interest in mathematics. This paper proposes a storytelling strategy to help change students' perceptions of mathematicians. Criminal justice programs are often considered a training ground for students’ future careers; however, that training often lacks a focus on civic engagement. This article highlights an experiential learning project in an introductory criminal justice course that was designed to develop the skills of civically engaged professionals. The project, combining research with service-learning, was implemented in an undergraduate criminology course to demonstrate the ways in which research and theory are necessary for implementing social and political change. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of student mindfulness and homework completion. This study consisted of a sample size of 42 students within a 7th grade public school Language Arts classroom. The data was collected over a period of six weeks using conversations in small focus groups (4-6 students) , student homework completion data, one-on-one conversations with participating students, and individual observations from within the classroom. The results of this study show a loose connection between a student’s mindfulness of their homework assignments and completion, and their ability to complete the assignment(s). The data does not …
