The purpose of this study was to conceptualize trust in governance systems (TGS) within the hotel context, develop a scale to measure it, and validate its effects on hotel investment decisions. The study focused on the perspectives of hotel leadership which includes the owners, operators, and investors in the United States. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, exploratory sequential research design. Initially, the governance system within the hotel industry was conceptualized, and trust in governance was defined. This study addresses the utilization of sustainable energy resources. It aims to uncover the initiatives taken by the accommodation businesses in Hakkâri to use sustainable energy resources. To achieve this, a field study was carried out in the Center, Çukurova, and Yüksekova Districts of the city by employing qualitative research methodologies involving interviews. In-depth interviews were conducted with a study group comprised of five managers selected through non-random snowball sampling. Hospitals receive payments through claim submissions with complete documents to the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Health. However, not all inpatient claims have been submitted to BPJS Health, and there are still 16.97% pending inpatient claims. In claims that are not approved, claims can be resubmitted, but time constraints for the claim process have resulted in 2.64% of inpatient cases in 2022 not resubmitted. Purpose: Service robots are increasingly prevalent in the hospitality industry. While studies have explored the concept of service robot risk awareness (SRRA)– an employee’s perception of service robots posing a threat to human labor– the impact of SRRA on robot abuse and its emotional mechanism through which it affects employees remains unclear. This research leverages emotional appraisal theory to investigate the mediating role of fear of robots in the relationship between SRRA and robot abuse. Additionally, considering the influential role of leadership in shaping emotional appraisal, this study examines the moderating impact of transformational leadership.

This study used a quantitative research design to explore the specific function that hospitality services have in promoting religious tourism. Literature study and the distribution of structured research questionnaires to Redemption Resort visitors during monthly programs were the methods adopted for the collection of data.
