لقد تناول البحث اهميه التعليم في مستوى التوظيف حيث تكون العلاقة موجبة بين التعليم والتوظيف على المدى البعيد مما تكون العلاقة سالبه في المدى القصير وان الهدف الرئيسي للبحث التقليل من مخاطر البطالة الاقتصادية وزيادة فرص التوظيف لحملة الشهادات وتشير بعض النتائج من خلال البيانات الجدولية ان زيادة فرص التوظيف مرتفعة مع زيادة متوسط سنوات التعليم حيث تكون النسبة في متوسط سنوات التعليم سنة 2005 (2.081059)مما تكون فيها نسبة التوظيف 38.55 اذ انها ترتفع مع تقدم السنوات مما يكون لعام 2016 نسبة التعليم 2.249923 ويكون المقابل لتلك السنة 39.26 نسبة التوظيف . كما يتضح من خلال الاشكال البيانية التي تؤكد …

Prior research has established the effectiveness of market segmentation strategy, and specifically the use of political ideology. Existing literature divides political ideology into two groups: liberal and conservative, despite over 40% of consumers self-identifying as independent. Researchers have indicated the need for consumer behavior studies about independents, but none yet appear to exist. This exploratory study attempted to address this by examining financial product consumer behavior of political independents, as measured by financial risk tolerance (FRT), for two products: mutual funds and bitcoin. The fine line between granting employee autonomy and inadvertently falling into patterns of neglect presents a complex challenge within organizational leadership. This study explores the question: What do leaders perceive as effective strategies for providing autonomy to remote employees without being perceived as neglecting them? This "dark side" of entrepreneurship is seldom explored due to our collective fascination with the central figure of the entrepreneur. Impostorism is a prevalent phenomenon among individuals who perceive that their role is beyond their capabilities and fear being exposed as a "fake."
