Married women in the banking and management consulting firms in Nigeria encounter challenges that affect their commitment to their families while working long hours in demanding jobs. This study explores the challenges married women encounter and the impacts they have on women’s family lives, social lives, and health. I analyze primary and secondary sources to understand how organizational work culture such as long working hours, work competitiveness, and Nigeria’s unstable economy negatively affect the work-life balance of married women in banking and management consulting firms. Configuration management has become more important than ever to managers of DoD projects. The study evaluated the relevancy of the facilitating and obstructing factors to the success of the overall configuration management process in DoD projects. It also examined the correlation between years of experience and academic qualification as well as configuration management professionals supporting DoD projects and the criticality of each factor. Hypothesis testing indicated that all facilitating and obstructing factors are relevant to the success of the overall configuration management process in DoD projects. A typical wildland firefighting organization is structured hierarchically, much like the military. Thus, it follows that one would expect to see strong evidence of command and control (i.e., directive and transactional) when studying leadership behaviors in this kind of organization. However, a successful, yet paradoxical type of leadership was found at the Alabama Forestry Commission. Booming e-commerce activities further increase this demand, exerting intense pressure on the cities' well-being. To build a city with congestion and pollution under control, a consolidator can operate an urban consolidation center (UCC) to bundle shipments from multiple carriers before the last-mile delivery. Alternatively, the consolidator can operate a peer-to-peer platform for the carriers to share their delivery capacity. Our objective is to compare the performance of these two business models. We review the critically appraised topic (CAT) as an evidence-based tool in management research and provide original examples for consideration. The CAT is a highly condensed form of systematic literature review, collecting study findings to address a specific practice-oriented research question. Such questions often investigate the effectiveness of a known intervention. In addition, a CAT critiques the best evidence available by considering the rigor and validity of relevant published research. A new estimating tool is developed to provide bottom up estimates based on the design patterns of the organization. We have all seen the reports on the news about issues related to IV rooms and IV room compounding. Many health-system pharmacies have implemented, or are considering some form of intravenous (IV) automation and/ or compounding system in their clean rooms to reduce pharmacy errors and improve accuracy, productivity, and workflow. Manufacturers tout that automated systems, used appropriately, aid in reducing errors from reaching patients. Additionally, IV admixture automation is one of the most recent areas where technology has been added to pharmacy workflow.

Mobile applications usually exclude populations in rural demographics due to the infrastructure requirements and available technology in the region. The population studied is a low income rural health plan in southwest Georgia. This paper researched what the United States chamber of commerce paid Executives and the volunteer Chairpersons identified as the factors influencing their chamber for effectiveness. There has been little research on chambers of commerce in the U.S. This study adds to the small amount of research available, working to establish baseline information for research to continue this ubiquitous industry. We conducted 24 interviews, 12 paid Executives, and 12 volunteer Chairpersons at chambers of commerce in 11 states. This study investigated the incidence of job-related stress and how it affects job performance of librarians and library officers. Three universities in Lagos State, Nigeria were selected for the study. The study adopted a survey method and questionnaire was used to gather data from 86 librarians and library officers from the university libraries. The study revealed that job-related stress is prevalent among the librarians and library officers.
