The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect the adoption of electronic invoice and in return the consequences of these factors on tax compliance process efficiency of companies in China. A questionnaire survey was distributed to 276 users who adopted electronic invoice and partial least squares regression was used to analyze the data. This study found that perceived benefits and trust in e-government had a positive influence on the adoption of electronic invoice. Opportunity Finding By Nascent Entrepreneurs: Accidental Or Purposeful?, Rongji Zhou, Sibin Wu

Purpose: This research studies an important, but relatively unexplored entrepreneurial aspect: motivation and aspiration on opportunity finding/discovery.

Design/Methodology/Approach: This study surveyed 230 nascent entrepreneurs on their opportunity finding behavior. A poisson regression and a logistic analysis were conducted to discover the relationship between motivation/aspiration and opportunity search behavior.

Findings: Motivation and aspiration interact to influence active search in a positive way. However, only willingness to become an entrepreneur is found to search for opportunities purposefully. Research Limitations/Implications: Participants of the research are from a Midwest state in United States. Future research may collect sample from more and larger areas.

This study examines the relationship between enterprise risk management, firm performance, and the moderating role of ownership concentration and foreign ownership on the relationship between enterprise risk management and enterprise performance. The study uses 6015 listed firms in the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) from 2016 to 2018. The results indicate that enterprise risk management significantly influences both short-term and long-term firm performance based on multiple regression and panel data analysis. The study also found that ownership concentration positively moderates the relationship between enterprise risk management and both short-term and long-term firm performance. However, foreign …

E-Paper service at the Library of the Indonesian House of Representatives (also known as the DPR RI library) provides information on Indonesia's latest issues for experts and parliament members. The service served its main purpose as information support for decision-making and the law and regulation-making processes. This study audited the information resources management on E-Paper services in the DPR RI library and identify problems that arise during the management process. Changes In Communication Patterns When Implementing Lean, Jorge A. Colazo

Purpose: This paper explores the changes in communication patterns when companies implement Lean, and how those changes relate to Lean implementation success.

Design/methodology/approach: This is a multiple site case study involving four business units of a manufacturing company in South America, including two repeated measurement instances separated 24 months for approximately 600 direct workers and 65 supervisors. The analytical models include Social Network Analysis measures and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression.
