An exchange-traded fund (ETF) is a pooled investment vehicle with shares similar to common equities, and it can be bought or sold on the stock exchanges. As more money flow into an ETF, its assets increase as do the number of shares outstanding. The demand for ETFs, especially after the 2008 crisis, has grown remarkably in the United States. Features such as intraday tradability, tax efficiency, low fees, and transparency have contributed to the ETFs’ appeal to investors. هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر أبعاد جودة الخدمات المقدمة من دوائر الضريبة بوزارة المالية في تحسين الأداء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين بمكاتب المحاسبة والتدقيق. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمَّ تطوير الاستبانة لجمع البيانات الضرورية، وكذلك تمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين بمكاتب المحاسبة والتدقيق، والبالغ عددهم (265) موظفًا، حيث تمَّ استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وكانت نسبة الاستجابة (82.26%). واستُخدم برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات، وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، أهمها: مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة من دوائر الضريبة بوزارة المالية كانت كان بدرجة متوسطة بنسبة (56.47%)، بينما مستوى الأداء التنظيمي لمكاتب المحاسبة …
