Pefilman Rusia mendapatkan tempat tersendiri karena pengaruhnya dalam dunia film dunia, selain Amerika, Inggris, Prancis, Tiongkok, dan India. Akan tetapi, film-film di Rusia tidak sebebas counterpart-nya di negara Barat yang dapat mengekspresikan visual maupun pesan instrinsik dan ekstrinsik secara bebas. Penyampaian kritik melalui film harus dilakukan dengan cara negosiasi yang halus melalui penggambaran adegan. Penelitian ini membahas film Kalashnikovkarya Konstantin Buslov yang menggunakan senjata AK-47 sebagai cara untuk mengungkapkan kritik, pujian, dan sanggahan terhadap pemerintahan Rusia secara halus agar dapat tayang di Rusia. Photojournalists make serious and often heroic split-second decisions when covering scenes. One of the dilemmas they might encounter is the choice between humanitarianism, which favors the subject in need, versus professionalism, which focuses on telling the story. This exploratory study aims to understand the moral decision-making situations encountered by professional photojournalists and how they process decisions in these situations. We interviewed nine professional photojournalists and surveyed the moral intensity of the situations they encountered. The results identified three types of situations where photojournalists encounter citizen vs. professional moral dilemmas. The purpose of this qualitative case study was to examine the integration of the diffusion of innovation through core skills, information, and technology used in newsroom operations. The problem was the lack of understanding of the policies and procedures in TV newsrooms and the skills needed to succeed in the field. Studies conducted in the past twenty to forty years in the United States examine the work routines and skills of employees.
