In December 1986, a survey was conducted to determine the socioeconomic characteristics and shopping patterns of residents in an area of North Omaha that is being considered for retail development. This survey is part of a larger study being conducted by Applied Real Estate Analysis, Inc. (AREA) of Chicago, Illinois, for the Community and Economic Development Division of the Omaha Planning Department.
