服務學習是香港以及全球不少中學及大學廣為採用、深具成效的一種經驗教學法。透過學生、導師、社區夥伴及教育機構的攜手合作，服務學習帶領學生走出課室去服務社區。學生得以學以致用，服務社區。社區在另一方面給予學生生動實在的教育，同時也受益於學生的服務。

現時針對服務學習的研究普遍著重對學生發展的益處，較少對社區夥伴或所服務社區的影響。其中一個原因是，現已有不少可以量度服務學習對學生學習的影響的工具，但對於有效地量度服務學習對社區的影響仍然存在不少困難，並且缺乏工具。

有見及此，我們希望此「社區影響反饋問卷」能填補這個缺口。此問卷旨於從社區夥伴的角度，去瞭解服務學習對他們以及服務受眾的影響。問卷涵蓋三個範疇並通過三方面評估服務學習對社區夥伴的影響，即：實現機構使命、增加機構資源，及獲得新知識、洞見、想法及技巧。同時亦包括量度服務受眾獲益於服務學習項目的程度、對整體社區影響、社區協作夥伴會否繼續參與及推薦服務學習等題項，藉此取得相關的關鍵績效指標。

此用戶手冊詳細介紹此「社區影響反饋問卷」可以如何使用。附錄亦載有問卷的中譯本。我們希望中譯本能協助更多社區夥伴參與評估服務學習項目對社區的影響，並將他們的經驗轉化成範例，促進服務學習的進一步發展，並為社區帶來更深遠及持續的好處。

Service-learning is an experiential pedagogy designed to benefit all stakeholders, comprising students, educational institutions, instructors, and perhaps more importantly, community partner organizations (CPOs) and the community as a whole. Service has no boundaries. A warm smile and a hug can spread love. Last summer, a group of university students decided to take a step out of Hong Kong to serve the unknown. During the service trip, they came across touching stories, encountered turmoil, traveled alone in unfamiliar countries and gained valuable knowledge. All these challenges and hardships are now precious memories that add meaning to their lives.

Let’s walk with them on their paths through Indonesia, Kenya, Egypt, Taiwan and other places, to feel and experience their exciting, yet touching stories.

本报告的编制旨在纪录及分享从核桃种植试点计划所学习的经验和汲取的教训。核桃种植试点计划为中国云南山区服务研习计划中微观经济的一部份。

核桃种植试点计划的目的是协助发展云南格章拉村微观经济的持续性，透过与社区合作，逐步发展其农业，及减低对烟叶种植的依赖性。

岭南大学学生陈珍妮于2012 年12 月30 日至2013 年1 月5 日及2013 年暑假前往云南，并就当地核桃树的种植进行前期研究。及后，德勤中国企业管理咨询的顾问罗兆湝于2013 年9 月15 至18 日亦随团前往云南当地跟进有关项目，并在相关的农村及学校访问了多位农民、校长及教师以进行更深入的资料搜集。

此报告由德勤中国及岭南大学共同制作，集结两者在行程时对核桃树种植的观察及发现，并简述核桃树种植在云南农村的发展及进度。报告简介了相关农村的烟叶种植；探讨格章拉村、杨家村、格章拉小学、弯腰树小学及石腊它中心小学的核桃树种植进度，和反思学校及农村在种植核桃树时所遇到的机遇及挑战等。本报告针对性地就各项挑战提供了一些建议，并就在云南农村种植核桃树的整体可行性做出总结。

我們是來自不同學系、不同年級、不同成長背景的嶺南大學學生，因參加了「和富領袖網絡系列 – 星級服務研習『嶺』袖之旅」2010-2011 而走在一起，希望透過社會服務提升個人質素，做一個具領袖魅力的「嶺南人」。

提到雲南，大部份人大概立即聯想到麗江、大理等旅遊勝地。然而，「雲南中國遠征軍追憶之旅」卻是個非一般的旅程。我們泛舟到歷史恆河的上游：到軍營步操、在松山戰場遺址留下足印、深入農村探訪抗日老戰士、到國殤墓園致祭。我們遊走於現代心靈的佇足點：大夥兒每晚擠在小小的房間裡進行反思會，以不同的觀點及角度分析歷史，從中檢討自己的處事態度，學習及改善自己的不足，甚至是生活細節及整個人生。

追憶之旅完結後，我們舉辦了「追尋歷史痕跡，憶念愛國情懷」分享會，匯報我們的考察成果。我們更自發地舉辦義賣籌款活動，重建雲南侯橋鎮一間遭受山泥傾瀉破壞的山區小學。這一切，皆是我們一眾「嶺」袖之星對是次旅程的一份反饋、承擔。

此特刊紀錄了我們一路上的成長──出發旅程前的「心動」、旅程中的「感動」、旅程後歸來的「行動」。在此，謹以此特刊向所有曾參與抗日戰爭的老戰士致敬，並向和富社會企業、嶺南大學服務研習處、中華精忠慈善基金會及粵港創新培訓人才中心為是次旅程作出的貢獻致謝。希望大家從不同的故事中感受到這段歷史的重要性，與我們一起重新關愛在世的老兵。

「2008年清明節，我與父親前上司的家人一起吃晚飯期間，其中一位軍官的外孫將其外公以前所拍下的照片整理成為一本圖片集，並送了一本給我。回到家中，隨手翻閱圖片集的其中一集，發現一張1947年拍下我父親臉相的照片，幸運的是，我當時仍珍藏一張父親二十年前的照片，仔細檢視後，發現這兩張相內的主角臉相是一模一樣!正因如此，我開展了對滇緬抗戰的歷史研究…」

聽著香港警務處屯門警區指揮官兼中華精忠慈善基金會會長的蔡建祥總警司在飛往雲南騰衝的途中細說他開始研究滇緬抗戰的機緣，正好為三十七位「嶺」袖之星(十九位嶺南大學與十八位中四學生)揭開「中國遠征軍追憶之旅」的序幕。由蔡警司親自率領「嶺」袖之星及屯門區、九龍城區少年警訊走到廣州、雲南、考察黃花崗七十二烈士墓園、龍陵抗戰紀念文化廣場、董家溝日軍慰安所、惠通橋、松山戰役遺址、國殤墓園、滇緬抗戰博物館等地，從昔日抗戰老兵的訪談中學習未被廣泛認知的滇緬抗戰歷史，這本特刊記錄了此次考察活動的成果。特刊主要分為四部份，首先是簡述滇緬抗戰的歷史背景，第二部份「抗日遠征軍戰史教育行」是關於每個考察地點的小知識及參與同學的心聲，第三部份的「抗戰老兵專訪」記錄了受訪老兵的故事，最後一部份為「嶺」袖之星的感言。
