In 2015, young adults in the United States (U.S.) reported co-use of tobacco and marijuana at a much higher rate than exclusive use of marijuana. While there is some qualitative research specific to using tobacco and marijuana separately, there is a lack of qualitative research studying poly/dual or co-use of these products and to understand the complex interactions between the varied modes of delivery for tobacco and marijuana.
