At present, Indonesia's lack of a validated measure for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) presents a barrier to diagnostic and treatment processes. In the current study, the Indonesian Florida Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory (FOCI) was evaluated in terms of its reliability, validity, and optimal cut-off score in predicting OCD presence. Participants comprised 384 adults, including 157 with OCD, 80 case-controls with anxiety or mood disorders, and 147 healthy controls. Assessments included the FOCI, Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory Revised, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. Childhood adversity involves a wide range of negative experiences that pose a serious threat to a child’s wellbeing. It has been consistently shown to predict (chronic) depression in subsequent stages of development, but mechanisms underlying the relationship are still less clear. This study aims to obtain an overview of psychosocial factors and distress among special education teachers in Depok during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a semi-quantitative approach through filling out questionnaires and interviews. A total of 67 special education teachers in Depok participated in this study. The results showed that 34.3% of teachers experienced moderate distress, and 16.4% of teachers experienced significant distress. This study aims to describe the perception of workers on psychosocial factors and to find out the symptoms of occupational stress among the staff. The dependent variables are occupational stress symptoms, while the independent variables are individual characteristics, context to work, and content of work. The research design is cross sectional, using online questionnaire and involving all 51 employees. Univariate analysis is using computer software. Work activity on footwear Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) such as sitting work position, bending down, neck bend, long duration of work and uncertain can cause pain that lead to musculoskeletal disorder complaint. This research aim to analyze individual risk factors, occupational risk factors, work environment risk factors, and work equipment risk factors against musculoskeletal disorder complaint on footwear MSMEs workers in Ciomas district. This research investigates and compares various psychosocial factors and social environment factors that can influence to one or several distress symptoms to workers in the geothermal company PT. X. This research is semi-quantitative research with a descriptive design. The research found 10 out of 11 dominant indicators of psychosocial factors perceived by half or more of the respondents, with 5 dominant stress symptoms are headache and dizziness, MSDs, angry, sleep difficulties, and change in appetite.
