Non-governmental organizations working in conflict-prone, resource-deprived developing countries face a very unique set of challenges. Like with other non-profits, program dollars and other resources must be allocated carefully and thoughtfully so the maximum output is achieved with the inputs allotted. Unlike other non-profits, however, the political, social, and economic environment is constantly changing in developing countries like Afghanistan. Basic human needs are not being met, leaving the path to NGO program success fraught with seemingly impossible challenges. The purpose of this study is to propose a performance evaluation method (organizational effectiveness value) that is most suitable for LH field organizations and to suggest an improvement plan by comparing and analyzing the results from organizational perspective.

I compared and contrasted three LH construction fields. The following is my research findings: First, the main factors which determine successful or unsuccessful field are organizational cohesion and inter-organizational communication. Introduction

The University of Kentucky Healthcare administration is currently considering the creation and organizational structure of a transplant house. A transplant house would operate in a manner similar to the Ronald McDonald House, meaning that it would house caregivers and patients who have been accepted into the UK transplant program. The questions that this paper sought to answer were whether a transplant focused hospitality house would be cost effective and whether there is sufficient demand to justify offering the service.
