Content Based Retrieval Of Lecture Video Repository: Literature Review, Arun Adrakatti, K R Mulla Dr.

Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)

Repositories store so much more than just full-text articles, they are used to catalogue everything from artworks to zoom logs and everything in between and that breadth represents hidden but real …

Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)

One of the leading objectives of the libraries is to provide the latest and timely information to its clientele and keep them updated with the new arrivals related to their subject areas. Creating An Institutional Repository, Nathan R. Schwartz Apr 2016

Creating An Institutional Repository, Nathan R. Schwartz

Selected Faculty Publications

Creating an institutional repository (IR) requires much forethought and planning. Setting up a university IR committee will help direct policy, collection goals and encourage faculty participation. There are many things to consider in design such as branding, policy, copyright, collection development, author submissions and discoverability. Our IR goal was to promote scholarship and encourage faculty to create publishing profile space in SelectedWorks, which can become a virtual curricula vita.
