In 2018 General election, generation Z called as first-time voter who will use their right to vote. Statistic data of the 2018’s General Election Commission indicates that first-time voter in West Java Province reaching 30% of the total voters. This research described information seeking behavior among generation Z on West Java Governor Election. This study examines the information seeking behavior of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Humanities Universitas Indonesia (FIB UI) related to the learning process in universities and evaluates the use of eresources subscribed by UI Library. This research adapts the model of information seeking behavior by Ellis, Cox and Hall (Behavioral Model of Information Seeking Strategies) which was later adapted by Wilson (a model of the Gross-Information Seeking Strategies) to analyze and provide a description of students’ information seeking behavior in supporting their learning process and research. This research discusses the implementation of information literacy in Ministry of Education and Culture Library. The aim of this research is to identify the implementation of information literacy through their program which the library held annually. This is a qualitative approach with case study method. Collection of the data is carried out through depth-interview, observation, and document analysis.
