Purpose – The purpose of the research is to explore library patrons' and leaders' perspectives regarding the key challenges facing during COVID-19 and issues to be addressed in managing libraries in the UAE.

Design/methodology/approach– The researchers collected 300 patrons' and 50 library leaders' opinions by administering two types of questionnaires that tested its reliability and validity by implementing Cronbach Alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) tests. This study aims to determine the comparison between the combination of these assessments between public and Islamic-based universities. This study adopts a quantitative research methodology. The self-administered questionnaire was distributed each to 200 visitors of the Nusantara Business Institute and YARSI University to find out the comparison of the combined assessment of LibQual and Muslim-friendly Librarian. The study found that the combination of ratings between LibQual and Muslim Friendly Librarian had differences in satisfaction scores between the campuses. This study notes that Muslim-friendly Librarian has a higher satisfaction score for public higher education users than Islamic-based universities

The main concern of a bank is customer satisfaction. Every bank strives to achieve customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer becomes the positive word of mouth for the bank. The purpose of this research is to find out customer satisfaction in commercial banks, particularly in Bank AL Falah. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 150 customers of Bank AL Falah in Hyderabad. Microsoft Excel was used for data analysis.
