This research investigated the levels of health literacy among Pakistani university students in the Covid-19 pandemic and infodemic. The university students were surveyed using an online questionnaire at two public sector universities and one private sector university in Punjab-Pakistan. The administration of the data collection instrument was completed with permission from concerned authorities. A total of 374 responses received which were imported to SPSS and analyzed by applying descriptive as well as inferential statistics. The present paper examined user opinion and satisfaction about library information resources in engineering college libraries. The tool employed for collecting data is a questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed in such a way to collect the data from faculty members of engineering college libraries. Questionnaires were circulated among 890 library users and received 705 responses. The response rate is 79%. The present paper describes the importance of Grey literature (GL) in scholarly communication. It highlights the initiatives taken at the Central Library of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, to digitize and preserve the GL. It dwells upon how 18,000 theses and dissertations were digitized, and 7500 documents related to people’s movements in the pre and post-independence era comprising 3lac pages were digitized and archived. It elaborates on the challenges encountered and overcome, like removing the duplicate copies, assigning metadata, and saving files as PDF/A, budgetary constraints. Bibliometric Dimensions Of Research In Social Sciences: An Empirical Analysis Of Indian Central Universities, Namita Mahapatra, Jyotshna Sahoo

This paper evaluates the performance of the 14 most productive Central Universities in Social Sciences research. The study is based on the Scopus Indexing database for the period from 2009 to 2018 where the total records retrieved were 7278. Results revealed that journal articles were the most preferred form of publication with 4293 (59%) research papers and the mean annual growth rate of publications was 1.01 while the Mean RGR (Relative Growth Rate) and DT (Doubling Time) were 0.314 and 2.751 respectively. The present study was conducted to explore various aspects of Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) research publications including annual scientific productivity, top contributing authors and their impact, top contributing countries and organizations, most relevant sources of publication, highly cited documents, and most frequently used words. Bibliometric methods were used to investigate these aspects of CdLS research publications. The present study evaluates the publication trends of IFLA Journal for the period 2013-2019. Using bibliometric techniques 189 articles of seven volumes of the source journal were examined in terms to identify chronological distribution, authorship pattern and gender distribution, mapping of subjects, types of document cited, ranking of authors etc. The results highlight that majority of contributions have been made by female authors and huge amount of authors were affiliated to the universities. The study assessed Library users’ purposes for using Electronic Information Resources (EIRs) as well as the problems that militate against the use of the resources in Osun State University. A survey methodology using a case study research design was adopted. The questionnaire was used as research instrument for data collection.
