Assessment Of Job Satisfaction Of Employees’ In Ahmadu Bello University Library Zaria, Muhammad Kabir Sahabi

The study examined the assessment of job satisfaction of employees’ in Ahmadu Bello University Library Zaria. Survey research design was adopted for the study. Total population was 359 librarians in made up of professionals and para-professionals. Total enumeration was used for the study. The instrument for data collection was a validated questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha results ranged from 0.86 to 0.90. The response rate was 87.5%. Data were analyzed using Pearson product Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression. This research sought to investigate the roles of libraries in preventing wars, as well as students' sources of war information, trust and the likelihood of future world war. A descriptive survey design was used in the investigation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Of the 295 survey respondents, Instagram was found as the most preferred source of information on wars while libraries were the least source. This study investigated the attitude of faculty members towards participation in open access institutional repositories in public universities in North East, Nigeria. Two objectives with corresponding research questions guided the study. Two null hypotheses were formulated and tested at 0.05 level of significance. This study investigated the impacts of user education on users’ awareness, accessibility and use of information resources and services in Federal Polytechnic Ede Library. The study employed a survey research design. The population of this study consisted of all registered student users of the library totaling 6,000; 10% of the entire population amounting 600 was used for the study. The random sampling technique was adopted. Structured questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection.
