Thin films of pure cadmium oxide films (CdO) and composite with lead oxide (PbO) at different atomic ratios were prepared by pulsed laser deposition under vacuum usingpulsed laser of ND-YAG from CdO and CdO:PbO targets. The prepared thin films were characterized by different technique before and after annealing. The X-ray diffraction shows polycrystalline structures of cubic CdO phase convert tosample of mixed phases for composites. The AFM images illustratedecreasing the particle diameter and increasingsurface roughness with increasing the PbO ratio in composite. Classification is concerned with establishing criteria that can be used to identify or distinguish different populations of objects that appear in images. In this paper Supervised and unsupervised classification method applied on normal, abnormal (with a coronavirus) ct- lung images (which it took from Al shaikh zaeid Hospital) to study the quantitative and qualitative properties of these two categories. The analysis of performance with default quantitative parameters revealed that (kurtosis, skewness, entropy, Stander deviation (STD), mean). In this paper, the nanoparticles of the spinel ferrite (Cu1-xCoxFe2O4) were prepared using the sol-gel method at a calcined temperature of 600 °C for 6 hours at the cobalt content (x = 0, 0.3, 0.5). The XRD analysis of the nanoparticles confirmed the formation of a tetragonal spinel structure free of unwanted phases , single-phase and transform into a cubic spinel structure when cobalt content ratio (x = 0.5). The crystalline size and lattice constants increase with increasing cobalt content there was a significant increase in the density of x-rays when the crystal structure turned into a cubic system. The mechanical properties of Polypropylene (PP): Egg Shell powder composite was assessed with respect to the effect of filler content shells powder Egg varying from 1% to 10% by weight of the composite. Apparent amelioration in the mechanical parameters has recorded best ratios 5% and 7% weight. The mechanical properties of prepared film have examined through diverse parameters concerning the elastic deformity based on calculated the load – elongation properties. In this work, a contemporary optical system is designed using a technology of spatial light modulator (SLM). This system is depending on the ability of altering light beam into different optical patterns according to a signal feedback injected computationally to the SLM. In this paper a CuO thin film, has been deposited using RF sputtering technique, then the thin film has been characterized by XRD, result obtained showed that strongest peak was 48.6503 degree, and FWHM was 0.145 degree, while lattice constant was 4.65 Aº, and the average grain size was 62.78 nm. While AFM analysis showed that the increasing of another four samples temperature led to increase of roughness average from (3.77 to 15.7) nm, root mean square from (4.66 to 18.8) nm and ten points height from (22.6 to 52.6) at 250,300,350 and 400 C respectively.
