Abstract: Augmented reality (AR) can superimpose virtual auxiliary information in appropriate positions at the actual work site to achieve intelligent assembly guidance of "what you see is what you operate", alleviating the difficulties for workers to recognize drawings in traditional drawing-based assembly and the problems of misassembly, missing parts and so on. Abstract: The characteristic of multi-source, high-dimensional, time-varying and massive of the Earth big data is difficult to be understood and analyzed. Aiming at this problem and for the science popularization needs, an AR-based multi-person interactive globe system is proposed and implemented. A system architecture integrating AR technology is proposed to realize the seamless overlay combination effect of the virtual information and the physical globe. A data visualization display scheme is designed to realize the visualization of the Earth big data in three-dimensional space. Abstract: In order to shorten the training period of aerospace maintenance personnel and improve their operation proficiency, a spacecraft maintenance simulation system based on the desktop virtual reality technology is designed and developed. It is superior to the head-mounted display, which is bulky, isolated from the real world, easy to make users dizzy and hard to be shared. The assembly management scheme based on XMind and SqlServer database is proposed to realize the visualization of assembly rule editing, which makes assembly and disassembly flexible and convenient.

Abstract: To improve assembly efficiency, it has become a trend for traditional manual assembly workstations to be carried out human-robot collaboration transformation. To realize the safe and fast evaluation of the improvement scheme, a general human-robot collaboration simulation method and human factor evaluation method based on Augmented Reality are proposed. Four levels of human-robot collaboration assembly simulation are established. An interactive scheme between real human and virtual robot for visual detection, perception and feedback is established. Abstract: When using augmented reality (AR) virtual sandbox for multi-person collaborative command or discussion, the local operator needs to know the specific direction and location of the remote operator to avoid wrong direction, position conflict and to better communicate with the other. Aiming at this problem, a three-dimensional marker suitable for AR environment is designed, and a vision-based position and orientation algorithm is researched and implemented. A large screen interactive display method based on the servo motor is prsented. The serial communication program to control the scanning reciprocating mode of the servo is designed. Abstract: In this paper, an augmented reality scheme that can achieve the virtual-real objects' interaction effectively is proposed. The depth camera, such as Kinect, is adopted to capture the depth image of scene, and then the segmentation and dynamic tracking of the scene objects are implemented based on the depth image. In the scene segmentation, we propose a scene segmentation strategy based on the prior knowledge. An observation system composed of analogue camera and network high dome system camera is designed and constructed to extend the view scope of operators.
