Visitor Use Of Interpretive Facilities At Fossil Butte National Monument, Wyoming, Rizal Bukhari

Visitors expect to a gain high-quality outdoor experiences at any recreation site they visit. In order to support that effort, most recreation managers utilize interpretive facilities to educate and inform visitors about the site. It is important for interpretive managers to be aware of what kind of interpretive media could best be used in a given setting for the type of visitor anticipated. To accomplish this goal, it is necessary to understand visitors' behavior and incorporate that understanding into the interpretive planning process.

This thesis contains four essays which broadly come under the area of Dynamic Games. All the essays involve developments or applications of non-cooperative equilibrium concepts to games played over infinite horizons. The two essays in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 involve the concept of renegotiation proof equilibriain repeated games. The essay in Chapter 4 discusses how a social norm of slow building of trust in bilateral relationships can be understood as a social equi- librium even in the absence of asymmetric information problems. The allotment management plan involves National Forest System lands within the Sawtooth and Challis National Forests. The analysis of the current condition of the Stanley Basin Allotment has found that the existing grazing system does not comply with the direction, standards and guidelines of the Sawtooth and Challis Forest Land and Resource Management Plans (FLRMP).
