Pekerja dapat mengalami stres, termasuk Tenaga Bantuan di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP). Selama Pandemi COVID- 19, tenaga bantuan KKP melakukan pengawasan terhadap COVID-19. Dengan beban kerja yang dimiliki dan rasa lelah memungkinkan tenaga bantuan mudah merasakan stress. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stres pada Tenaga Bantuan KKP Kelas I Soekarno-hatta. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi analitik yaitu cross-sectional. 90 Tenaga Bantuan yang bertugas di KKP Kelas I Soekarno-Hatta sejak Januari sampai Oktober 2020 merupakan populasi penelitian. 74 diantaranya merupakan sampel penelitian dengan kriteria telah bertugas lebih dari 4 minggu. Seseorang yang mengalami stunting saat balita cenderung memiliki tubuh yang lebih pendek dan memiliki risiko efek jangka panjang, yaitu menderita penyakit kronis yang berkaitan dengan gizi, rentan terhadap penumpukkan lemak tubuh, serta berisiko menderita diabetes melitus karena resistensi insulin dan beberapa penyakit tidak menular seperti hipertensi dan stroke. Ventilator Associate Pneumonia yang sering disingkat VAP adalah terjadinya pneumonia pada pasien yang telah terpasang ventilasi mekanik dengan menggunakan endotrakhea tube (ETT) dengan durasi penggunaan minimal 48 jam. Pneumonia terjadi karena infeksi nosocomial yang umumnya didapatkan dari penggunaan ventilator di rumah sakit. Menurut Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2013, prevalensi stroke pada penduduk usia >15 tahun di Indonesia sebesar 7 permil dan mengalami kenaikan dari tahun 2007 yang sebesar 6 permil. Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) menjadi provinsi dengan prevalensi stroke tertinggi kedua di Indonesia dan prevalensinya melebihi angka nasional yakni sebesar 10,3 permil pada tahun 2013. Berdasarkan laporan dari The Global Cancer Observatory (GLOBOCAN) 2020, kasus terbaru kanker serviks di Indonesia sebanyak 36.633 jiwa (17,2%) menempati posisi kedua setelah kanker payudara dan menempati posisi ketiga penyebab kematian akibat kanker. Secara nasional hanya sebanyak 8,3% perempuan usia 30-50 tahun yang melakukan pemeriksaan dini kanker serviks melalui metode Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA test) dan kanker payudara dengan Periksa Payudara Sendiri (SADARI). Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) leads to complications of other diseases. The modifiable risk factors for T2DM are overweight, physical activity, hypertension, unhealthy diet, and smoking. This study aimed to analyze determinants of T2DM incidence in passive smokers among various factors. This study was conducted at Hospital X in Surabaya City, East Java Province, Indonesia, from September 2019 to April 2020. The variables were univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Multimorbidity in the elderly is a major public health issue with serious consequences. This study investigated the effects of health promotion programs on perceived self-efficacy and self-care practices among the elderly with multimorbidity using a quasi-experimental study design from February to July 2021. The study samples were the elderly from Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, selected by a multistage random sampling technique. This study aimed to investigate the perspectives of reproductive health education among Javanese parents of children aged 9-11 years. This cross-sectional study was conducted with 12,306 parents in Semarang City, Central Java Province, Indonesia, using a purposive sampling technique. Some parents agreed that reproductive health education at home was unnecessary (29.5%), taboo (45%), difficult (73.1%), and awkward (41.5%). Most parents (72.7%) were not transparent in providing reproductive health information to their children by using other terms to name the genitals, considering the politeness aspect. Good practices of providing reproductive health information are slightly more common in mothers (54.2%), unemployed parents …

The SARS-CoV-2 transmission dynamics in low- and middle-income countries remain poorly understood. This study aimed to estimate the SARS-CoV-2 antibodies seroprevalence in Jakarta, Indonesia, and to increase knowledge of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in urban settings. A population-based serosurvey among individuals aged one year or older was conducted in Jakarta. Employing a multistage sampling design, samples were stratified by district, slum, and non-slum residency, sex, and age group. Blood samples were tested for IgG against three different SARS-CoV-2 antigens. Seroprevalence was estimated after applying sample weights and adjusting for cluster characteristics. Health facilities are experiencing overcapacity, oxygen scarcity, and a limited number of healthcare providers due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), thus impacted on anxiety. This study aimed to determine predictors of anxiety among healthcare providers toward the Delta variant of COVID-19 in Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 371 healthcare providers in Java and Bali Islands, and the snowball sampling technique was used. Participant attrition is detrimental for exercise intervention studies, particularly if dropout is not random. Community engagement has helped facilitate participant adherence, which is particularly applicable for group exercise programs. Developing a sense of community (SOC) helps participants feel that they belong and provides ongoing social support. This paper reports on strategies used during an 11-week high intensity functional training (HIFT) intervention with exceptionally high adherence (96.7%) that involved 30 participants (57% women, age 36.7 ± 4.5 years). Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a severe illness affecting middle-aged and geriatric male patients. This disease normally occurs at the age of 40 or above and is also associated with sexual dysfunction. Alpha-blockers and 5α-reductase inhibitors are the preferred drugs practiced to treat BPH. However, invasive surgical therapy remains the gold standard for managing the condition in the case of refractory and intricate BPH conditions. Knowledge of disease can affect attitudes and prevention practices, and wrong attitudes and practices can directly increase the risk of disease infection. This study aimed to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and COVID-19 prevention practice of healthcare workers in Indonesia and factors associated with prevention practices. A mobile-based cross-sectional survey was conducted in August 2020 with 254 healthcare workers in Indonesia. The self-administered questionnaire consisted of four parts: 1) sociodemographic information, 2) knowledge of COVID-19, 3) attitudes and anxiety toward COVID-19, and 4) COVID-19 prevention practices. Cognitive dysfunction is an important consequence of ischemic stroke, which can progress in the first few years and is primarily determined by clinical factors. This study aimed to investigate the clinical determinants of cognitive dysfunction in stroke survivors in West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. The Nusantara Sehat Team (NST), established in 2015 and consist of multi-professional health workers, implemented to provide comprehensive services at remote primary health cares (PHCs) for two years. This study aimed to explore how the NST leverages the Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) and its impact on the future career prospects of health workers. Using a qualitative approach, the information was gathered from 48 informants drawn from the current 30 NST recruits and 18 alumni through semi-structured interviews.
