Objective: The study aimed to assess the results of stenting in unprotected left main coronary artery disease (uLMCAD) at a tertiary hospital center. Methods: We assessed all patients who received stenting for uLMCAD, including stable patients who underwent elective, urgent, or emergent procedures. Data were gathered by reviewing hospital records and coronary angiograms and calculating SYNTAX scores. Patient follow-up was conducted via clinic visits and phone calls. Results: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was performed on seventy patients with uLMCAD, all of whom had successful revascularization.
