Radiation cystitis (RC) is a debilitating adverse side effect of pelvic radiation therapy. Despite advancements within the field of radiation oncology, the location of the bladder makes it difficult to avoid during radiation and approximately 5-10% of cancer survivors with a history of pelvic radiation are at risk. While RC is not common, the long-term effects can be crippling and we hope to provide more information on the risk factors to help survivors and inform clinicians.

Sacral neuromodulation (SN) and intradetrusor botulinum toxin (BTX) are effective treatments for refractory overactive bladder (OAB) and urge incontinence (UI).1 The decision on which treatment to use is based on several factors. Urodynamics (UDS) have not been proven to determine who will respond to SN. Detrusor overactivity (DO) suggests that BTX may be more effective, given its direct role on muscle. The purpose of this study is to determine if presence and severity of DO on UDS is associated with failure of SN and response to BTX.

INTRODUCTION
Female gymnasts put strain on their pelvic floor muscles with high impact exercises that increase their susceptibility for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Moreover, they refrain from seeking medical attention because of embarrassment. This project seeks to quantify the prevalence of SUI in female gymnasts while also influencing conversation about SUI in the gymnastics community to alleviate its stigma. We hypothesize there to be a high prevalence of SUI in young female gymnasts compared to nonathletic females.

INTRODUCTION
Research suggests that narcotic pain medications are dramatically overprescribed. We hypothesize that narcotics are unnecessary in the majority of infants for postoperative pain control. In this series, we report our experience combining caudal blocks with a non-narcotic postoperative pathway as a means of completely eliminating postoperative narcotics following infant robotic pyeloplasty.

Editorial Comment: The lidocaine-releasing intravesical system (LiRIS) is a passive, nonresorbable intravesical system inserted cystoscopically and designed to provide continuous, controlled release of lidocaine into the bladder over a 2-week period, after which it is removed. There was a positive anticipation that this treatment system might provide symptomatic relief for at least a segment of patients with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS), based on the logic of the rationale and from results in 2 small studies, 1 of which was presented at the American Urological Association annual meeting in 2016,1 showing positive results in patients with Hunner lesions (HL). Conference Presentation Abstracts
Radical prostatectomy is the preferred treatment for patients with clinically localized prostate cancer and is typically performed using a robotic approach. Surgical techniques that preserve the neurovascular bundle minimize the risk of incontinence and erectile dysfunction post-operatively. Umbilical cord tissue is a relatively new technique, which has been shown to reduce inflammation and promote regenerative healing. In this video we show a robotic radical prostatectomy with bilateral nerve sparing technique utilizing a cryopreserved umbilical cord allograft nerve wrap.

Reimbursement Incentive Associated With Decreased Inpatient Opioid Prescribing Following Robotic Radical Prostatectomy, Brett Watson, Ross Touriel, Joshua Volin, Frank Burks
Conference Presentation Abstracts
Introduction: Various strategies have been explored to decrease the quantity of opioids prescribed for post-operative pain. The Michigan Opioid Prescribing Engagement Network, in partnership with BCBS-Michigan, has developed a pain optimization pathway for several surgical procedures, including prostatectomy. Urologists who follow the pain optimization pathway, which includes pre-operative patient education and limiting discharge opioids to 6 tablets of oxycodone 5 mg, can report a modifier for additional reimbursement. We explored the impact of this incentive on inpatient opioid prescribing practices following robotic assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). Methods: Patients undergoing RARP between January 2017 and August 2019 at a single institution …
