Background: A case of a patient who was been diagnosed with Morgellons disease, a rare disease, and an interesting case because of the uniqueness of its presentation. The analysis of this case is important because it will help to point out some of the characteristics that can be used to identify this disease. My patient in this paper did demonstrate in front of the doctor and myself, foreign material extruding from her skin and inside her mouth.
