Several studies have shown that chronic disease lead to mental illness especially in patients with cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer. People with chronic disease suffering from mental illness may effect on motivation in self - care and lead to more severity of chronic disease that likely to difficult and complex to treatment. This article is aimed at providing nursing care for adolescents with cancer relapse receiving palliative care due to their physical and mental suffering. The relapse is considered a severe condition as the cancer cell has spread to other organs which are often incurable, depending on the patients' health. Purpose:Explore the confidence of determining signs/symptoms of phlebitis by nurse practitioners.Design:Cross-Sectional Questionnaire SurveyMethods:Fifteen signs/symptoms of phlebitis identified from a systematic review were included in the questionnaire survey among the nurses from Infusion Nurse Network of Thailand. Respondents were asked for their confidence in determining each of the 15 signs/symptoms, using a 5-point Likert scale.Findings: From 344 participants (77.83%) responded to the survey, the mean age was 34.73 years, 98.8% were female, 77.62% had no experience with phlebitis management. Purpose: To examine the factors predicting academic performance in baccalaureate students Thammasat University.Design: Descriptive predictive researchMethod: Data were collected from 250 baccalaureate students Thammasat University; using a personal data, the Coopersmith Self-esteem Inventory School Form, the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale (CES-D), and the Resourcefulness Scale (RS). The reliabilities of these questionnaires were 0.71, 0.83 and 0.81 respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.Finding: The study found that self-esteem was significantly positively correlated with academic performance. วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ของบุคลากรทางด้านสุขภาพ ที่ประยุกต์ใช้การบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะในการปฏิบัติงานดูแลผู้ป่วยวัณโรค\n\nแบบแผนการวิจัย: การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research: PAR) เพื่อศึกษาการบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะในการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยวัณโรคจากประสบการณ์ของบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพ\n\nวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพที่ดูแล รักษาผู้ป่วยวัณโรค คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากโรงพยาบาลรัฐใน 5 จังหวัด จำนวน 78 ราย เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสังเกต สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและตีความผ่านการให้รหัสเปิด (Open coding) เพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย\n\nผลการวิจัย: ประสบการณ์ของบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวัณโรคโดยใช้การบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะ แบ่งออกได้ 4 ประเด็น ดังนี้ 1) ประสบการณ์การวิเคราะห์เพศภาวะในการเยี่ยมบ้านผู้ป่วยวัณโรค 2) ประสบการณ์การบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพกับผู้ป่วย เพื่อลดการใช้อำนาจกับผู้ป่วย และเสริมพลังอำนาจให้ผู้ป่วย 3) ประสบการณ์การบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะในการทำงานระดับชุมชน เพื่อลดการตีตราผู้ป่วยในชุมชน และ 4) ประสบการณ์การบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะในการจัดระบบบริการสุขภาพ\n\nสรุป: การบูรณาการมิติเพศภาวะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวัณโรคนั้นมีความสำคัญต่อการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพอย่างยิ่งทั้งช่วยให้เกิดความเข้าใจต่อผู้ป่วยวัณโรคที่มีความต้องการ และข้อจำกัดที่แตกต่างกันจนสามารถนำไปสู่การให้บริการ การวางแผนการรักษาที่เหมาะสมจนเกิดให้เกิดผลสำเร็จในการรักษาได้ ซึ่งบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ และวางแผนด้านการพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวัณโรค และผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาด้านสุขภาพอื่น ๆ ต่อไปได้

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่เข้ารับบริการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก\n\nรูปแบบการวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยแบบพรรณาเชิงหาความสัมพันธ์\n\nวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: เก็บรวบรวบข้อมูลจากครอบครัวผู้ดูแลหลักของเด็กที่เข้ารับบริการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 74 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มจำนวนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กแบบ Cluster sampling ได้จำนวน 5 ศูนย์ หลังจากนั้นเลือกผู้ดูแลหลักของเด็กจากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม - มิถุนายน 2558 เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกพฤติกรรมความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจาก มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Kuder Richardson 20: KR20) เท่ากับ .93 แบบสอบถามพื้นฐานอารมณ์ของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กกับผู้ดูแล และแบบสอบถามรูปแบบการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กของมารดา มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .80, .93 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน\n\nผลการวิจัย: สัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กกับผู้ดูแลหลัก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -.23, p < .05) และมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากระยะประท้วงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -.28, p = .01) พื้นฐานอารมณ์ของเด็กและรูปแบบการอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบตามใจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากในระยะปฏิเสธอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -.28, p = .01) และ r = -.23 p < .05 ตามลำดับ) แต่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากในภาพรวม (p < .05) \n\nสรุป: พยาบาลและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลเด็กควรส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กกับผู้ดูแลหลักและพื้นฐานอารมณ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน และส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงดูเด็กแบบให้ความรักมาก การควบคุมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีการใช้เหตุผล ไม่ปล่อยตามใจ เพื่อลดความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่เข้ารับบริการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก
